I couldn't give Charles any less than 5 stars. I had an iMac that was 10-12 years old. Hadn't fired it up in years. The last time I did I knew the drive was shot. Charles gave me an estimate between 2 drives and I arranged to have him fix my old gal. Charles actually came to my office to pick it up since he was in Santa Rosa on a Wednesday afternoon.
