I came from a place that did not have an in-unit washer and dryer, so having a washer and dryer was a true blessing. It was actually what drew my family in. A concern that I had was the stairs' railings that were wide. Also, the top of the stairs to the bottom had a railing short enough for a determined child to jump from. I worried that my children would fall and get seriously hurt. We had to buy a board to place over the gaps, as my toddler liked to dangle her legs through them. The last night we spent there, our toddler actually sat by the railing and dangled her legs through. It actually reinforced to us how important that board had been. Not anyone's fault but ours though. We didn't anticipate that this would be a problem. My major issue with this place was an infestation we had, and how the staff handled it. From implying that we were not being sanitary, and providing a treatment that was not helpful especially because we had to leave our house for 3+ hours for the treatment to penetrate, and even then, the issue was not resolved. Another issue is the trash spot being on the same line as the homes. The trash was basically your next door neighbor. Additionally, the trash area doesn't seem big enough to accommodate the residents' trash. Most times, the place would be overflowing with trash. This just created a breeding ground for bugs- which there are. The problem with certain bugs is that they are resilient, and you would essentially need to break down the floor boards to get rid of them. So, back to my point: no amount of treatment will work if they don't get to the source. It will be a costly venture for sure. My tip: when you get there, don't get too excited, and once you see even one bug, call them and tell them! Keep a record of your conversations. If you let enough time pass by, you will see more, and by then, you've lived there long enough that they will flip it on you and say you caused the issue. No amount of paint overs will solve this. My family and I could have enjoyed this place really. But the bug issues made it hard to continue to live in. read more

We (wife and myself )) been over 5 years and the last year have been the worst I ever seen . I posted before about the noise,, but now it's gone from loud shouting and cursing to loud music, very loud music where I have to sit in my bathroom with the door shut just to talk on my phone. I have complained to the office who gave me some instructions on what i have to do. I do not recommend this place. Sad, it used to be a really nice place but now, its beyond belief. My boyfriend and I moved in here in late May, and have so far loved it! This is our first apartment and we and our cat are very comfortable here. The Only issues we have come across is neighbors parking in the middle of our garage driveway, but they always move their cars for us to get in or out so we have not reported. Popcorn ceilings and the seashell sinks are quite outdated however, and the kitchen sink is SO LOW, that my 6'4 boyfriend has a very hard time washing dishes. Overall though, for the price this place is the best we found in our long search, so we don't mind the outdated sinks, or the utilities! read more

I have been living here at Linden Courts Townhome for 3+ years. I can honestly say I love living here it is so quiet and peaceful plus the neighbors are nice. The people in the office are so helpful especially Jeremy and Amber. Whenever I need to put in a request or have a question regarding my townhome Jeremy and Amber are always there to answer. And Mike is the best maintenance man, if something needs fixing he always tries to get it done by the next day of putting in the service request if not the same day. BEWARE!! HUGE WATER BILL SCAM!! I lived here for about 6 months, couldn't take it any more so I packed up and left! I moved to another, much nicer, Lewis community in Rancho Cucamonga. (1600sq ft with 4 residents, I pay $45 for water, sewer, trash. In linden court I was in a 900sq ft apt 2 residents, I was paying $140 monthly on water sewer trash!!!) RIDICULOUS! On top of that be ready to deal with noisy, pesky, nasty neighbors. Dirty looks, trying to sell you stolen goods, weed smells, dumpster divers. There's some neighbors who claim the parking in front of their homes, they will literally go out and trip your alarm to get you to move. I caught it on a surveillance camera. THE OFFICE STAFF. (Thieves) They will treat you like you're ignorant and do not care about anything you have to say. They will literally LAUGH AT YOU if you think you know better. And forget about being able to communicate with them, they always have something "smart" planned out to say. LAKEYSHA laughed at me once for saying I was going to contact corporate, her exact words. "CORPORATE? HA! I CANT EVEN CONTACT CORPORATE! HAHAHA!" These are the kind of nasty people who work there, think they're better than you, and have absolutely no respect for the residents. Someone should really teach them the basics of business, TAKE CARE OF THE CONSUMER THEY FEED YOU!! They also tried charging me twice for something and then the funds magically disappeared, even though my bank confirmed both transactions went through. NO ONE in staff knew where the money went! So if you're ready to move into a neighborhood filled with fraudulent charges, scams, gang members, drugs, nasty people. Ready to live among roaches, rats, smells(sink/dishwashers) outdated apartments. Ready to deal with thieving staff who do not care for you. Then welcome home. Verdict? Save your money, at this price per service/quality might as well go live in San Bernardino ghetto, it's pretty close to it at TWICE THE PRICE!! Recommend Terra Vista in Rancho Cucamonga. I've lived here for a little over a year. The landscaping is kept up, the office takes care of any situation that arises promptly and efficiently. I recently had a situation regarding someone in the office and the management was quick to address it. They do listen to the residents regarding issues, including adding a night security after it's been requested. I wouldn't mind renting here again because the place is pretty nice, and well insulated so you can't really hear your neighbors unless the windows are open or your in your garage. read more

Units need air balancing (which I keep requesting) not just new filters. More air down stairs than up. *Property owners Lewis Management doesn't show as much love to this property as it's nicer properties in Rancho. Units can definitely use upgrading so it has a modern feel. *Get rid of the popcorn ceilings, stop reglazing countertops with the cheap stuff, seashell sinks are outdated. *Wish the concrete slab in back yard was bigger and leveled. My family and I moved in here December of 2017, and last month we upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Since we've moved here we've had no issues. The apartment switch went smoothly and quickly. The staff is always super friendly and maintenance is a pleasure to deal with. They're so quick to help and they really make sure your issue is resolved before they leave. Definitely an improvement from our last landlords. They also offer fun activities in the office which I think is great. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone who asked. read more

I have lived here for 7 years, and I love it. I have always felt safe living here and raising my children. The office staff has always been helpful whenever I have an issue. Mike and Gabriel are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and take care of anything in my home. Everyone is very friendly and professional. It is generally a quiet area that feels more like a home community than apartments. We also have resident events every month, where our amazing event coordinator - Suzie - puts together events that my kids look forward to. After being here for 7 years, I have seen the changes that have been made to the community - including the paint done to the exterior of the buildings. It would be nice to see continued renovations, and perhaps update the cabinets and kitchens. read more

I've been living at linden court for 4 years, The maintenance guys are always helpful and willing to help even if you don't have an appt to have something fixed, Gabriel especially if you just flag him down he'll stop what he's doing to assist you. However the rent is too high for the out dated town homes, the counters start to peel after natural wear and tear from cleaning them, the cabinets are outdated and the appliances. The carpet begins to separate from natural wear and tear and the office does nothing about it I asked about an estimate to get the carpet replaced and they never got back to me I asked 3x. They should definitely upgrade the floors to have a longer lifespan or shorten the current lifespan of the current carpet because 5 years is way to long for the carpet quality. This whole place is a joke first of all they're scammers told us utilities were included in rent then we get a 300 dollar electric bill and a 200 dollar water bill when we paid half that living at a bigger house. I see other comments saying the same thing so I know it's no just me they're doing it to. Then when we were first looking at the place they showed us a different apartment that we didn't get to move in. The one they made us move in has a damn train in the back yard! Of course they forget to mention that. There's never any parking anywhere and there's roaches! Everything is dirty here but over priced. Office staff don't know what they're even doing. I'm super excited to be moving here next month. The area is nice and quiet and the whole neighborhood is clean. I have not yet seen one thing that made me second guess moving here. I drove by the complex the other night to see how it was and several of the tenants said that they love living there and it's worth every penny. The gentlemen in the office have been super helpful and sweet during my application process, answered all my questions and are very prompt with getting back to me or updating me which is rare to find in management. Love the back yards (and yard maintenance)that come with some of the units!!! and we will be golden!! OMG where do I start....1st I would like to say, the office staff is really nice & professional Austin & Chris are nice & helpful....and also the maintenance men are very very nice Gabriel & Mike.....if I had any thing break down Gabriel was always there too fix it ASAP....I didn't have any problems with the staff at all....there very good at there jobs....What I didn't like about the Linden Court apartments is on how old it is & the high rent your paying for that OLD outdated place & plus you have to pay water,trash & sewer....That's just ridiculous, the month of December 2018 the water was HIGH AF...& I was told due to the tenants using more water that month...That's a bunch of BS....let me tell you what it was...the so call owners Didn't pay there part..(I heard they pay 30%) BS,they didn't pay nothing.....They need to update this old building...starting with the popcorn ceiling & the old shell shaped bathroom sinks & what's the kicker is the sinks are so low I thought the place was made for little people....it's not the proper height for an adult....and the kitchen cabinets I couldn't put my pots inside of them because there too small.....I moved out on the 31st .....but I'm being charged for 1days rent for the 1st....this is BS....always looking for a way to get more money out of you....and I feel sorry for the people who have pets...because you pay a lot for a pet deposit & on top of that you have to pay $40.00 extra a month for your pet....That's just wrong & ridiculous....I just didn't like it there & I had to go....if I'm going to pay high rent somewhere, the place will be New & not OLD & outdated.....Just keep this in Mind.....I'm not blaming the office staff or the maintenance men....I'm blame the company you guys work for...they set the rules and your just following the rules for them.... read more

I lived here for years. I recently relocated to Covina due to my job. While I lived in this community, I discovered that from my 1420 security deposit they were returning chump change. Citing that there was "more than normal wear and tear" due to traffic stains on carpet. Along with $140 cleaning because of some items left behind. If you are thinking of renting here, don't. 1st the area is not as great as they want to make you think. School rating for the elementary school is a 2 out of 10. If things had been resolved in a not so shady manner I would definitely would recommend for people to rent here. However, knowing how these bogus charges dipped heavily into my security deposit. I say go towards upland or Rancho, the area is nicer for a comparable price. Just saying. I mean honestly it's good living at a luxury price. read more

I have been having bugs in my house for a month now. I have contacted the office and all they tell me is that they're going to have the pest control come, I don't even know if they came but I still have bugs!!! I just moved in and I'm a clean person there are ants everywhere attacking my dogs and my daughter is terrified. The amount of rent that they charge is not a good value for the quality of living you get. My tub sinking in in one spot, my medicine cabinets have been painted and they stink like some sort of mildew I tried cleaning them but the fibers from the cleaning cloth gets stuck to the walls of the inside of the medicine cabinet never seen that before in my life!!! There are spiders everywhere there is also some sort of parasite in the backyard because my dogs got sick with coccidia and there are bees attacking us every time we step out into the backyard. My family and i love living here! The staff is very helpful and polite! They will answer any of your questions promptly and find a solution for any concern. We love how our place came equipped with a washer, dryer, and a stove all in great condition. They have raffles and offer some fun activities during holidays. You also have the perks of getting your yard cut every week and they also give you a 10% discount card for a nearby shopping center. Everyone here is very kind and we have always felt safe! We moved to Linden Courts in March of 2012. We really liked it 3-bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms two-story, large living room and kitchen and dining area, 2-car garage, with washer and dryer. When we moved in, and had a chance to look at everything and see if there was anything not working and needed to be replaced, there were a few things, minor. We informed the Leasing Office and they had the proper people to come out and take care of it or replace it. I have many people that I talk with and know many of the children because they go to the same school as my grandson. I like how close the school is. Actually, everything is pretty close. The entire staff in the Linden Courts Leasing Office have always taken care of any problems we have had and all are a pleasure to work with and/or talk to. I also like that we are off the main street and our own little community. I love when we have special days like Pizza Night, Back-to-School Night, etc. A good way to meet your neighbors. I would like to compliment our Maintenance Crew here at Linden Courts. Any service I put in a request for is taken care in a more than timely manner. Gabriel is usually the person who takes care of my requests. He is very professional and efficient in every aspect of the service calls and advises if there is something that needs to be replaced or not. I am more than pleased with the pleasantries that are evident each time I see them. Mike and Miguel are also busy. The Maintenance Crew makes Linden Courts a pleasant place to reside as they keep it clean and are very proficient no matter what they are taking care of. This the worse place that I have ever rented, they rip you off and they stated that they need to replace my carpet due to dog urine but when i can't have dogs because I'm allergic to dogs and cats. They don't change their carpet they get it professionally clean but so that means there is still dog urine left over after they clean it which is a health hazard. I told them to use my security deposit and they say it doesn't cover it. I thought once you move out the landlord was responsible to take care of the wear and tear. I left that apartment in the condition I got and they state they have to deglaze the tub and the kitchen window was damaged when I never touched it or opened it. To be honest I read the good and bad reviews and I listen to the good ones and I got screwed over so I'm left with 5000 to pay and they charge me 200 because the apartment hasn't been rented when that's not my problem. Please don't move in save yourself, they are just evil people and they pray to one God a green merciless God which is money. read more
