I requested for a flat rate, but Danny refused to provide and insisted on hourly only. This way they can spend 10 hours if the job is for 6 hours and do slow work, and I end up paying for hours that are not needed. I refuse to do business with such people who can't give a flat rate, the only purpose of that is they seem to overcharge or not enough experience to know how much time will be needed to complete the job (even after coming out and see the project - house to clean in person). I will surely stay away from such practice.

We confirmed a time for 2 pm on Tuesday. It was 2:52 p.m. when I asked for an update and requested she come on Friday if she will show up after 3 p.m. Ana messaged me herself shortly after. It started to get confusing talking to two people, and she couldn't give me any update on her schedule. She ended up calling me a few minutes ago about a cleaning that was ALREADY canceled with John on wednesday. I am not sure why I would need to update two people about my schedule. I needed my house cleaned by Friday, couldn't get a consistent time out of Ana and informed John as such. I instead said could we try for something next month with more time. John responded right away and was professional regarding it and he said he would let me know about June 30th. After texting with Ana today I decided it's best not to move forward with their service. I have a baby and elderly parents, and am handling a move by myself. I don't need inconstancies, people who can't stick to a schedule, multiple conversations with more than one person about coordination and someone who chooses to escalate a conversation after respectfully saying I prefer all communications with one person. All conversations with John have been added in green and all conversations with Ana have been added in blue. Personal information has been blacked out. I couldn't add all my texts with John. Wish I could because he was very courteous, very understanding and was able to communicate easy with me.

I have been going there for at least fifteen or more years. The owners are always so sweet and take great care of anything I bring in for dry cleaning. When I need minor alterations I go there as well. Back in the day when I needed Boy Scout badges sewn on my son's sash they always did a great job. They hemmed his uniforms multiple times. I think I have taken other things like pants in for alterations. I feel bad I've not reviewed them until now, but thankfully Yelp reminded me. They are right next door to Cakery Bakery and very close to See's Candies.

As a proud Armenian, I chose them over others because they were a female-owned Armenian business and because they promised to use steam cleaners for a true deep clean of walls, cupboards, the oven, and more. I trusted them completely. That trust was betrayed from the moment they arrived. The cleaners immediately complained about their previous client not giving them breaks, so I offered to get them food and coffee. When I returned, they were smoking outside my back door with the doors and windows wide open. Later, while I stepped out to take a work call, I found them smoking again. They also told me the job would take longer than the three-hour minimum I was quoted. Wanting to be fair, and never having hired cleaners before, I trusted them again. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of a workday--on calls and stepping outside often--so I wasn't able to properly monitor them. By the time they rushed out around the four-hour mark, I only gave the house a quick glance, assuming the work was done. It wasn't until my partner arrived and looked more closely that the shocking reality was revealed: No steam cleaners were used at all. Dust remained on doorframes and the tops of cupboards. Sticky chemical residue covered walls, shelving, and windowsills. Toilets were still stained (later removed easily with bleach). The whole house reeked of smoke. Worst of all, harsh chemicals had been used on my stainless steel oven and backsplash, permanently destroying the finish. The oven knobs peeled, and the backsplash was left scarred and stained. When I contacted the owner, she first denied everything, then tried to blame me for not warning them that I had stainless steel appliances--as if that is a client's responsibility. After I sent photos, she backtracked and offered three free hours of cleaning. But by then it was too late--we had already re-cleaned the home ourselves, and the appliances were beyond repair. A couple of months later, when I followed up, the owner refused to honor her promise. She even admitted they didn't own steam cleaners at all--the very reason I had hired them in the first place. Realizing her mistake, she begged me not to post a bad review and instead offered a single free hour. I didn't write the complaint immediately because I wanted to see whether she would ever stand by her word. After weeks of stalling, she finally called late on a Friday evening at 7pm, saying someone could come the next morning. When I explained that such short notice was impossible, she essentially told me to "forget it." This company lied to me repeatedly, ruined my appliances, left my home dirty and reeking of smoke, and treated me like a fool for trusting them. What should have been a straightforward, professional service turned into one of the most disappointing, disrespectful, and dishonest experiences I've ever had. They failed to deliver the service advertised, caused permanent damage, and engaged in blatant dishonesty.
