I finally got the chance to utilize this facility. The credit card option is very convenient! The space is very clean and there's always an attendant on site. All the machines are maintained well and there's always ratio of out of service machines vs the working ones are minuscule. They have 2-load machines, 3-load machines, larger ones for linens and sheets, and the jumbo one if you're the type who prefers to stuff all their laundry together to save time! There are plenty of dryer machines you won't need to wait long to get one. The quarter machines are still in effect and who doesn't like the nostalgia? The only feedback I have is that (1) Tap option on the machines do not work at all. I prefer to use my Apple Watch to pay but since it only takes card swipes, I opt for the quarters instead. (2) some of the machines need a clean out as they're starting to smell like mildew. I have to increase my laundry booster to make sure my clothes won't smell like mildew when it's done. Hopefully that's in the works. Otherwise, it's a laundry facility i highly recommend!

They promised a specific completion date and still took over a week and a half. No communication, no urgency, no professionalism. Then they had the nerve to charge $100 for what turned out to be some of the worst tailoring I have ever seen in my life. Instead of properly shortening the sleeves like a real tailor, they took the laziest, most amateur shortcut possible. They literally folded the sleeve inward and stitched it. Because of this, they destroyed the original sleeve structure and button design. What was once a properly tailored suit with multiple button slits was reduced to ONE sloppy, butchered slit. The buttons were overlapped, crooked, and misaligned. It looked cheap, rushed, and careless. The pants were just as bad. They were supposed to be shortened evenly, yet they came back at completely different lengths. When we pointed out their mistake, they actually suggested that maybe my fiancé has two different leg lengths. Instead of admitting their incompetence, they tried to blame the customer. That was beyond insulting. When my fiancé confronted the owner, Eileen, she took ZERO accountability. No apology. No refund. No credit. Nothing. Just constant excuses and defensive nonsense to protect her "tailor." That tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates. We took the suit to a real professional tailor afterward, and even he was shocked. His exact reaction was that the work was horrendous, sloppy, and lazy. He had to undo their mess and redo everything properly. This was not a minor mistake. This was pure incompetence and disrespect for the customer's time, money, and clothing. Do yourself a favor and never trust New Era Dry Cleaning with anything you care about. I wouldn't let them touch a suit, a dress, or even a basic hem. We will never return, and I will actively warn everyone I know to stay far away from this place.
