Had a wonderful experience with Mira. Did microdermabrasion which started with a cleaning, then massage, then microdermabrasion and then exfoliation and at least 2-3 masks. So, I visited my Cuz in NY (Birthday and investing time together) As soon as I walked in the door of His Home he tells me he is taking me to the spa because I need a facial...I was like HOT DIGGITY...Is it that bad! I agree with the other 2-star and 3-star reviews - this is not a luxury spa experience. Given Ling Spa's reputation and prices for high-quality services, I was expecting to feel pampered and relaxed, but unfortunately this was not the case. Firstly the therapist for my 90-minute WOW facial, didn't ask me any questions about my skin issues or concerns, nor did she explain what she was doing or the products being used. She seemed totally disinterested and bored with her job. My biggest gripe was that she left the room on 3 separate occasions for a total of at least 25 -30 minutes yet did not offer a hand massage or shoulder massage as most comparable spas do. I was just left laying there in a small, stuffy room, feeling neglected. Yes, my skin felt moisturized after the treatment, however I felt tense, uptight and very disappointed at the lacklustre experience. read more

The price of the services are reasonable. I love that they are not pushy with the service or products that they show you at the end. Ann was extremely friendly and detailed on my skin concerns. She was very gentle with my acne, I did not feel the needle. It's usually painful for me. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as well. Today, I went in for a Pore to Pure treatment. I discovered Ling Spa on Tiktok and had high expectations. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was welcomed by a very kind receptionist + and the ambiance was so tranquil, it immediately put me at ease. The aesthetician that worked on my facial was Michiko. She was so so SO good (literally little to no pain from the extractions). I've gone to two facials at other places and let's just say it was painful and I did not have a good experience + it really messed up my skin. She is highly skilled at what she does.
