This is a grab and go cafe within a hotel, so you have to take it for what it is. I would pick almost any other option for ordering food since it is prepackaged food being heated up here. There are plenty of other better options nearby for food. I only stopped in here for snacks and drinks. It is so nice to have an option on property to grab a soda and granola bar. They are a Diet Pepsi property so they only sell that. It is bottled. The people in here were nice and helpful every time I went. They also have sundries in here if you need anything during the stay. read more

We were guests at the Sheraton the week of 9/28/25 and went to Link Cafe for coffee each morning. While I did not get the name of the person at the counter, we saw her every day that week and she was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and kind, and we got our triple mochas quickly for a nice walk on the seaside of the resort. read more

Fine for breakfast and lunch on beach but had a terrible dinner experience. Edamame is some sort of sauce, a salad that just didn't work and had a huge plop of goat cheese instead of the crumbles promised. My daughter thought her burger was ok but the fries are those overly crispy kind that I don't like. There are too many good restaurant options just 7-20 min walk and it's worth it to avoid dinner here. read more

Avoid this place at ALL cost! The egg turkey McMuffin was simply a microwave frozen tv dinner for $7. Go to the nearest Starbucks or McDonalds instead. Breakfast burrito was frozen and reheated. Safeway burritos in the frozen aisle is better than this! Everything is literally from a frozen section to be reheated and a gas station can do better. I'm sorry, but this is one of the worst dining hotel places I've ever been. It's like they don't even try to make anything appeasing because there is no walkable distance places besides them. Do yourself a favor and get a protein bar and banana from the grocery store if you want a quick bite before your morning activities. Sheraton's convenience store for hotel guests. You can get water, gifts, snacks, souvenirs, and even wine here. Pour your own coffee and toast your own bagel. A banana will cost you $2.50! It's very pricey! There is usually only one clerk behind the counter and service can be slow. There is a small area inside with table and chairs, and more seating outside that looks into the beautiful Sheraton courtyard area. I guess we could have stocked up on snacks at a market in town, but we enjoyed making Link's our first stop in the morning for our coffee and bagel before heading out to watch the sunrise. read more

Link@Sheraton Café has coffee (Starbucks), beverages (water, soft-drinks), breakfast items (like oatmeal & croissant or muffin sandwiches with bacon, egg, cheese, etc) and sandwiches like roast beef, turkey, etc. The deli sandwiches start at (iirc) 11am and most (all?) items are pre-made so not much customizing. The odd name (IMO) comes from the "Link@Sheraton(sm) Experience with Microsoft(tm)" which appeared to be referring to the handful of Win7 machines near the concierge plus several within the café. I saw this naming in the Guest Services binder, not by the "Link" machines so hopefully this is working out for the M$oft marketing ROI. Anyway, we came for breakfast items a couple of days during our stay. The g/f went with the more nutritious oatmeal (topping choices of Almonds, Brown Sugar, Raisins) and I went with the Sausage Egg & Chz Muffin ($5.50). Breakfast sandwiches get zapped in the microwave way too long. It's a decent café. They have lots of things to choose from, from breakfast to children's games. The Chai tea latte and cheese Danish have been my go to straps for breakfast. The kids get cereal cups and they provide milk at the counter. It's so nice they have almond milk as an option for those that do not drink cows milk. I gave four stars because the wait in the morning can be very long. read more

This cafe is great! The cashier was so nice and sweet, and my vanilla latte was excellent - not bitter, good coffee! The merchandise for sale is so cute, you have to check out the local block toys for kids - I want to buy them and keep them for myself (ex. Block lei necklace?! So cute...). They also have a lot of local bags and some jewelry, and also local ice cream and some convenience items if you forgot anything at home. The food selection could have been better however I really liked my cheese danish, and they heated it up for me. They also had 3 different breakfast sandwich offerings. I don't know why this got bad reviews, its worth going there especially for the coffee and gift selection! read more

The good: Open till 11 pm and they make hot pizzas. There is a ice cream and cold beer in the fridge. Starbucks coffee and good pastries. There is almost everything you need for your hotel room snack needs The bad: they don't allow you to use their microwave to reheat your food that is cold or left over. read more

If you are staying at the Sheraton, this convenient little mini mart is just what is needed. Starbucks coffee, and assorted breakfast goodies, made this the perfect start to every day's adventures. Goods are overpriced. But what do you expect from a resort. Always upselling anything & everything. Only place close enough to get a snack before bed. Room service is done at 9pm. Can't really expect the girl behind the counter to be very helpful, just because she is the only one there. At least she was nice. read more

They use Starbucks brand for specialty coffees and would say are comparable to Starbucks. Not much of a resort gift shop. It is very spars. Had to buy some Aleve $4.25. I had a coconut muffin at the link today. It was fine but not what I had imagined a $6 muffin would taste like. I expected a lot more coconut flakes in my muffin. My husband had a blueberry muffin. There was plenty of blueberries in the muffin, but it didn't taste special. My husband said there was no wow factor. read more

This is only a review about their beach side service and two things on the menu. First off, they have amazing pina coladas. Here's a trick we learned, when visiting a place that has local coconuts ALWAYS order a pina colada. They do no disappoint. We tried their coconut shrimp which were delicious. However I noticed on one of my shrimp that they didn't devein it beforehand - which is not cool. Otherwise, super friendly wait staff as well. read more

stayed at the Sheraton so this was the most convenient option for take out (breakfast). Breakfast sandwiches offered are premade but fairly good. Prices are about $10 a sandwich, it may sound high but breakfast buffet is 28 and simple breakfast is 22. Elsewhere (living foods market) breakfast burrito is 15. So bottom line, Hawaii prices are high but if staying at Sheraton then fine place to grab and go. read more

First time in and such a delight thanks to Roxanne. She was so sweet and very helpful. Even though it was late at night she did the best she could with helping my boyfriend and I pick out what we were going to eat. Even after we left we talked about how great and sweet she was i just had to write a review oh and the sandwiches were pretty good too. Good service=happy customer. read more
