Great pizza with plenty options for toppings, sauce and dough. Friendly quick service. Typical pizza shop atmosphere, located on Main Street in downtown Brunswick.

Service was pretty good, slow at first when we first walked in on a Thursday night and not busy. Ambiance was quite nice and relaxing. Was craving a good pizza and it was okay. Had the goat cheese 10 inch with regular crust and loaded pizza, 14 inch thin crust. For Maine, this is good pizza. The stuffed mushroom apps were not worth it, so skip it. Drinks were good. I'll come back and try more.

This place was okay. The inside was cute and waitress was friendly. The food came out hot and was pretty good, nothing exceptional. Overall I think this place was worth trying but I wouldn't come back.

Food is always great! Service was great. And the atmosphere was relaxed for a Monday.

The $5.99 mac n cheese at Portland Pie Co Brunswick.

Just stopped in as we passed the store in Brunswick today. Bought two 10" small "specialty" pizzas. Ehh, not the worst I've ever had, could've been a lot better for $14 each. We attempted to get our young son the "Pasta with butter" that was supposed to be Penne pasta. Well, then I was told it was Ravioli, then I was told they had neither the Penne or Ravioli it was Max & cheese. Okay I said, Mac $ cheese is good, for $5.99. As the picture shows, I'm 99% sure this was approximately 1/4 box of Kraft box max and cheese. What's that, like a 800% mark up? We'll look elsewhere from now on.

Our Pesto Caprese With Chicken sandwich was more than enough for two hungry people: Delicious, visually appealing, and arrived quickly. We included two on-tap beers with our order (P3, Hazy IPA) that were also delicious and poured ASAP when we placed our food order. There is ample parking and lots (and lots) of outdoor seating (some of it covered for Sun protection and for cooling off.) There was a misting fan running, too. Service was very hospitable, and no long lines for food or beverages. The cost of eating and drinking here (on a special event day no less) was very welcoming: Our tab surprised me, and I more than made it up on the gratuity (which I hope you do, too.) These people are working hard, and some of them are in front of a blazing pizza oven. My only regret: I forgot to purchase beer to take home. I will remedy this shortly.

There are so many seating options inside and outside, and the outdoor space is especially great. They have covered areas that keep you comfortable in rainy or cold weather, and there are always fun activities happening outside. The beer is consistently good. We haven't tried one we didn't enjoy. The pizza and sandwiches are also really solid and perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The service is always fantastic. Every person behind the bar has been friendly and welcoming each time we've visited. One of the things we appreciate most is that they allow dogs inside. Our puppy loved relaxing while we enjoyed our food and drinks, which makes it such an easy spot for dog owners. The location on a former military base adds a really unique atmosphere, and they do a great job leaning into that theme with thoughtful details throughout. Overall, it's a great place with great beer, great people, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cheers!

The dog wants to come inside because it knows it gets treats here. The dog owners say they don't have time to stop in today and tell the bartender they will see her on Friday. The drinks are tall. Check the photos. Exactly what you would expect at place like this. The service is excellent. Everyone helping each other out. Taking care of the customers. The bathrooms are downstairs in the basement. There are a restaurant couple rooms in the basement...looks like great rooms to host private dinner parties. I noticed they were proofing the dough on big trays set out on the restaurant tables. The dough looked amazing. So puffy, so fluffy. I knew we had to try the pizza the minute I saw that dough! We ordered the Speck-tacular pizza which has roasted mushrooms, prosciutto, arugula, Gruyere and mozzarella, plus a few other perfectly paired ingredients on thin charred pizza crust. It is so good!!!! We also tried a pepperoni pizza, also fantastic. Same dough, red sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. So basic and so tasty! The wood fired oven makes a difference. We also tried the signature wings, bone in. It sounds a little different....sweet chili sauce and bacon bits? It is fantastic! Real bacons bits atop a perfectly fried chicken wing drenched in a sweet chili sauce. We also had to try the Sicily pizza which has a thick (not thin) crust with pepperoni. It was similar but quite different from the thin crust pepperoni pizza. I loved both versions. We brought it all home and had a lot of leftovers...which we happily ate for a couple days. Lastly, all restaurants and bars and coffee shops should have this! In the women's room, a shelf to put your phone, wallet, small purse, and a spot to hold paper towels. Very handy! Look in the photos.

I didn't complain, but I prefer flats so that was just really disappointing, and the wings were okay. They were big and juicy, could have been more crispy for my preference. My waitress was really nice and attentive. There was plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice patio outside and there was a bar inside as well. The pizza looked great and I would try that next time.

We have tried their burgers, pizza, bowls and appetizers. We really like their brussels sprouts, including our 3 and 6 year old family members. There's a wonderful sweet savory flavor, a nice crisp to the outside and very tender inside. The burgers and fries are very satisfying and flavorful. Most recently I discovered (realized) you can add mac and cheese to a burger. It was yummm!!! The wings, are plentiful, crispy and juicy. Be careful, because the internal temperature is VERY HOT when they first arrive. The past few times we have been the restaurant was very comfortable, not too cold or too hot. They have the ability to accommodate the 6 of us with ease on the times we have gone. This is definitely one of the core options when we are in town. Great for our whole family.

Let's start at the beginning- Just because the roll-down…read moredoor is closed doesn't mean the bagel shop is closed. That was my first error as I went by this place a handful of times. It's wasn't until I saw someone emerge from the double doors to the left of the roll-down that I realized that the business was open. Not that they need any help getting people inside (it was HOPPING) but a sandwich board outside perhaps would show that the business is open inside? I went in and immediately everyone was friendly and chipper. Ordering was simple enough but be prepared, they sell through some things, understandably as this place is very popular. I got an espresso and a toasted herb bagel with plain cream cheese. Ive been all over Bath, Brunswick, Rockland, and Camden and was convinced that the New Englander's palates were shot. Not a single business has served me a decent espresso. Not a single one until I stopped at Dutchman's. FINALLY a bright, clean shot that doesn't taste like someone put a cigar out in it. Everyone needs to take notes. THEN we get to the bagel....didn't think I was about to have the best bagel of my life, yet here I am. Light, toasted, slightly chewy but not heavy... jeez. Can we talk about the space? It's gorgeous. Airy, cool, industrial...but the people running it make it feel homey. We can talk about the restaurant they're putting in next door too but let's be realistic, if they use any of the blueprint they're currently operating off of, they're not going to have any issues (Omg the pizza oven!) The view alone will stop you in your tracks. I'm all in on Dutchman's. I bought the merch. I have a tee shirt and a beanie and the only reason I don't have a hoodie is because they were sold out in my size. What else is there to say... 10/10 No notes.

As soon as I walked up I was bummed to see they had no egg or cheese, which is what I was planning to order. Instead, I went with the Turkey Lurkey. It's not something I'd typically order but it was delicious. It was a bit messy so eating it in the car was a mistake lol. I also got a cold brew coffee. My order was $17 for those two things, which is expensive, but the quality of the food and coffee was very good and I'd much rather give my money to this business than a large corporation like Starbucks. I saw another review give 3 stars because they are comparing their bagels to NY/NJ style bagels. I'm originally from NJ, and yes I prefer those style bagels, but that is NOT what Dutchman's is going for. These are Wood-Fired bagels, and yes they do have a more bread like texture but I thought they were delicious and made for perfect sandwich bagels. I went on a Thursday morning and there was no line so service was quick. I was in and out in about 10 mins.
