When saying I wa disappointed and to please be more aware of it, she said it's not her fault because people grab things and she was working alone. She told the manager they were a gift and may need to exchange for a different size. Today, we went to exchange for a smaller size (same style shoe). Reluctantly the sales clerk agreed to make the exchange but we would need to pay the price difference since the shoes were no longer on sale. We agreed, conditionally requesting she talk to her manager. Returning momentarily to get our original receipt, out of nowhere, a different sales girl said "get out of my store, we don't want your business anyway". Thanks to this unnecessary rudeness, Harvey Girls has lost our business. It is sad to see such more salesmen ship ruin this place. The brunette girl on the left was helpful, the blonde girl on the right was the one who went out of her way to be rude and disrespectful.

*BEWARE* Spoke with…read moreowner about looking at some items I wanted to get rid of she told me she would take a look but couldn't give full price. A couple days later I dropped four bags of items off for her to look at her son who was working at the time. Left my name and number on a notepad and left. Went in two days later in the afternoon to pick up items she wasn't interested in. I then noticed my items hanging on racks with price tags. I then told her I'm here about my items I dropped off. She then said she had No idea what I was talking about. I was shocked..... she then asked me for an itemized list of items I dropped off...I was In complete SHOCK!!! I ask if she did inventory??? I started to take my items off the rack and she CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. She told them I was yelling and stealing items off her racks. Lies. I took my items and sat on the bench in front of the store waiting for the police. I asked them to check the cameras which apparently don't work. She told the police to let me have the items I took with me. It's been Almost two weeks later and I'm waiting for the rest of my items??? This is NOT good business. She could have been friendly and worked with me. Horrible. My loss at least $300 in merchandise some with tags
