Wow, I've never felt more overwhelmed at a buffet before, but the hungry rush of a Mother's Day customers made it feel a little crazy in here. All that said, I'll be back! We sat in the enclosed patio and it was a little warm, but away from the noisy dining room. This buffet is loaded with a large sushi bar, dumpling section, multiple rice sections, classic chinese take out options like orange chicken, beef and broccoli, sweet n sour pork, an course chow mein. Not to mention a build your teppanyaki area! Everything here is made fresh, including the sushi, which was one of my favorite items. There's literally four sushi chefs making it constantly so as soon as the plates are empty, they can be refilled. That's basically the same strategy for all of the stations here. As soon as anything started to run out, the staff was refiling it. My kids loved it with my son trying his first raw oyster... he's not a fan, LOL. I suggest coming for lunch, you'll be saving about $10 and get primarily the same meal. read more

It's been a long time since I'd been here, and they've added a hot pot option, so we decided to give it a go. Arrived at noon on a Saturday and it was not terribly busy. We got a hot pot with two different broths and proceded to order some meats and pick out some veggies from the buffet area. The server was delightful. Overall, the hot pot was good. When we moved onto the other regular buffet dishes, things took a downward turn. I couldn't find anything that was good, other than the sushi. Every hot dish we tried was disappointing. Been here plenty of times. Place looks crowded but they do have plenty of seating outside. Service is always attentive when it comes to refills and cleaning off the tables for each round of food. They could use another restroom though. Front restroom is tight and small, feels like you're stuffed in a small room with no ventilation. They have a private restroom towards the back but it's just one stall and the line gets long. I like that they offer hot pot, a bar and endless boba of course for an extra fee. They do have deals on certain days and times of the week which is good. I think this buffet is one of the better ones here in Fresno. They always have everything ready to eat and freshly made. I like coming here for the seafood and you gotta bring your own sauce aka crack sauce to eat with it. Come to realize they have a whole sauce station now because of the hot pot so if I didn't have my own sauce I would be able to make the exactly same thing there! They have a wide variety of dishes, although it can be a hit or miss. The noodle/ habachi station is usually good but people can mistakingly not know how to order still. The man that usually works behind the counter doesn't communicate just gives you a blank stare and points. Kinda discouraging. This is the only buffet thus far that I actually like coming to. I love that I can create my own fresh noodles with veggies and meat. It has a sushi bar for those that enjoy sushi. It can get pretty full during the weekends so be ready to wait, especially on a holiday. read more

Had a great time celebrating my bf's dad's bday here! There was such a great variety of asian foods. i especially liked the mongolian chicken. The fam enjoyed the sushi and seafood options too. What was funny was we didn't realize they had ice cream. We were looking for the typical ice cream machine all over and it wasn't until on our way out, close to the entrance, that we saw the ice cream chest with individually packed ice cream and popsicles!!!!! lol. There's even a sign that says "Yes! We have ice cream" hahaha. So i'm sure we weren't the only ones confused. Hands down to Lin's Fusion for being the best buffet in Fresno. Everytime I come here, they never disappoint me. Today, I came here to try their new Hot Pot selections and Boba Drinks. Sadly, they don't have Boba Drinks today; I don't know what was their reason for not having it. HOT POT :: You get to pick 2 base. SPICY MALA PORK (M SPICE) : Our server recommend us these two flavors. Boy their buffet was phenomenal already and this base is not bad. It's pretty awesome. Very flavorful, herby and light spice. You don't need a lot of additives or condiments. It's already perfect. RATE : 5/5 TOM YUM : The Tom Yum is whatever to me. It's not my favorite... It's ok... But, more on the sourness side. Be aware, the sourness is pretty potent; which will wake up every of your taste buds. RATE : 3/5 BUFFET :: They never disappoint their flavoring on all of their dishes. There's no dishes here that does not taste good. They always refilling low dishes. So some food might have sit a little bit longer than usual. RATE : 5/5 PROS : Supper flavorful food. FRUIT : Fresh fruits ( orange, grapes, etc.), canned fruits(peach), korean marrinated seaweed, kimichi, jello, chocolate/vanilla pudding, etc. SUSHI : variety of sushi here. Most of them are the same fillings but just places/design differently. So when you eat it, it taste the same. Some have unagi sauce on it. Eel, mango with rice. Etc. DESSERTS : Varieties of cookies and cakes. FRESH SOUP/NOODLE : There's a bar where you can make something fresh here. First you have to grab your cold stuff first. Choice of noodles, meat and veggies. You hand it to them and it's either stir fry noodles or soup base noodle. There are a few different type of soup base. I usually like the beef broth base. It reminds me of Pho! It's not the best but it's actually pretty good. MEAT : duck and sausage. (This morning @ 11am) besides the chopping board, there's a pizza box to keep the pizza hot. DUMPLINGS/BREAD/POSTICKER/SIDE SOUPS : Lastly, don't forget this area. It's a but hidden to the side. Not a lot of people go here. But they do have asians buns, pot stickers, dumplings, sweet and sour soup etc. SERVER : Did a great job today. She's very attentive and help us manage our hot pot while we were not paying attention/eating. She got us in and out quick. LUNCH MENU : There's not a lot of dishes difference comparing to dinner time. $18.95 per person is a steal. Dinner rate is at $26.95. We also had hot pot on top of our tab; $7.95 per person. INTERRIOR :: Nicely renovated to classy high gloss tiles on walls. They did great on interrior designing. It's a buffet but it feels so classy inside. Even the bathrooms are really nice! OVERALL :: Once again, they never dissapoint on making those dishes! Hands down! Lin's is the best buffet in Fresno! I'll say their hot pot is actually the best hot pot base in town. If I were to compare with other locations, Lin's hot pot is more flavorful than anywhere else. The only down side about Lin's dishes selection and location is small. This was my first time at Lin's Fusion and it will definitely be my last. Firstly they sat us at a wet dirty damp table , that had crumbs. I ended up cleaning it off myself because the attention span from staff was nonexistent. The food was honestly gross, and there was a bone in my salmon that stabbed my mouth ..something I've never experienced anywhere else. Which was really disappointing because I LOVE Salmon everywhere I go. They offer Mil discount but you will not get it if you come to eat close to 8pm because you were seated at a certain time "so they can't apply it" (they will not tell you that though until the end ) On top of that, the service was terrible. Our waiter kept taking our plates before we were even finished, and at one point we were left sitting there without forks. Just confused . Never offered another set, not ONCE. I'm also concerned on the working labor here. Some people seem to not understand/speak English at all (which is fine) however they seem very exhausted , confused and I'm genuinely concerned . When I went to the bar to order a drink, the lady clearly standing at the bar tells me, "Sorry, she went home no alcohol." At 8 PM. Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant. But I will say there was ONE sweet staff there, super young with so much potential and sweet energy. this restaurant has egregiously overcharged me almost every time i ate at this establishment. the last time i dinned at Lin's fusion this past week they charged me 90 dollars on my credit card for their two plate meal that was only supposed to cost me 25 dollars per plate and when i bought the bottomless boba drinks they refused to refill my boba drink after only two cups which was fraud. read more

The food is better than the last time I was there, but that was a decade ago, so I don't think that counts. It is relatively affordable for the buffet and the $5.95 bottomless boba + gratuity to make it justifiable and the food really is a plus. I would just say that the desserts could be better, especially the egg tarts and the slice of cake that they had. The crust of the egg tarts were stale and the custard rubbery, while the slice of cake (I think was cheesecake or something similar?) was straight up like a form prop. It was very hard and dense and just did not taste good. The service was great, though, and our server let us know upfront that we did not need to tip and even selected the no tip option when we were paying. I know some people like not tipping, but I tend to do it even if services is less than stellar. The other servers and wait staff were very nice as well and our original server even came back to check on us when we requested a new table with better accommodations. Both the inside and patio sections were nice and clean, but I do think the patio area could've been lit up. The only light coming in was from the emergency exit facing the front door and from the dining area. Aside from that, it was nice and clean the entire time. All in all, I would go again and definitely do recommend the bottomless boba as it's now cheaper than other boba places, albeit with less selections and only 4 toppings to choose from. read more

Disappointed and won't be coming back. It's been a while since our last visit because the previous experience wasn't great. My sons were hesitant to come again--they actually wanted Chinese food--but we decided to give this place another try. Unfortunately, we regret it. The prices have gone up to $27 per adult not including drinks, and the food quality just isn't worth it. Everything lacked flavor, and the food sat out for long periods without being refreshed unless it was completely gone. I was hoping for some salmon, but the one that was out had clearly been sitting there for over 40 minutes. When I asked for a fresh piece because it looked dry and old, the staff told me they wouldn't bring out a new one until the current one was finished. The only thing I enjoyed was the fruit bar--fresh watermelon and pineapple. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. For the price, you can get much better food and service elsewhere. read more

I'm sorry I have to leave this review. But why the heck does this place have a line out the door every time I drive by? Went in last night. And the little I tried, was enough for me to be done. Half the sushi rolls had hard rice on top. Like they had been sitting there all damn day! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, tasted so strongly of sesame oil.. I couldn't even find the flavors of what I was eating over that. Some of the veggies were overcooked. Some were apparently "cooked" yet they were raw in drowning in sauce basically. Went to get a salad hoping they couldn't screw that up. Yet there was no salad. Bar was completely picked over and gross. And every corner I turned.. someone was coughing in the food. I requested my check, paid and left the food we had on the table. I already paid too much for what I had eaten and what was on our plates. No way in hell I'd let them charge me for the extra food I literally couldn't eat. All I have to say is.. most of you all leaving these reviews must have mediocre taste buds at best. 2/25/24 Getting lunch and they do to-go orders! Great! Really Great experience! Greeted upon entering and told the worker I wanted to do a to-go order! She was very nice & handed me a box and showed me where to go. Oh my goodness! They have so much Great foods to pick from and a really Great variety of foods! I got a bunch of different delicious looking items. Everything in 2, to share. Even got sugar biscuits. Then went to checkout and the worker weighed it. I paid for it And it was Really inexpensive! I enjoyed the whole experience of Lin's fusion , the food is good and has a variety of everything!

My husband and I have been here twice. We were very pleased with the food. I liked the hot and sour soup, even though it was not the best I have had. I also love the sesame balls, salt and pepper squid, clams, marinated octopus salad, the cold peel-and-eat shrimp and the shumai dumplings, as well as a softer pork dumpling. The sauteed green beans are good, too, but I wish they were cooked a little longer. One thing is for sure: you must be able to handle a rather high noise level and not be easily startled. At least that has been our experience both times. The second time wouldn't have been quite as bad except for the woman who was gleefully encouraging her tiny tot to screech as loud as that child could screech. Was actually praising the tot and encouraged to repeat, repeat, repeat. That kid must have surely gone home with a sore throat! I can't grasp whatever reasoning was behind the whole thing, but I guess some people have a better time if they can ruin it for others. The restaurant owners or managers tolerated it. This restaurant closes down its lunch offerings from 3:30 to 5, so be aware of this and don't hover around waiting for the staff to bring out any more of your favorites. I assume this assures that customers coming in for dinner will have fresh food and not something left in the warmers for hours (which one other buffet has been known to do). They do offer cups of ice cream, but you are supposed to ask for assistance if you want any. I suspect this is to keep kids from just going to the freezer repeatedly. The restrooms are very clean. They are "all-gender", but since they are single occupancy (unless you are a parent escorting a child), that is of no concern. There are booths, but it seems that you will be escorted to a small table with screechy chair legs unless you ask if there are any booths available. I much prefer a booth, as long as the seats are not sunken so much the tabletop rests under my chin haha! (That didn't happen at this place.) So, pick a day to try this restaurant out, and pay attention because hours vary. I think you will be glad you went. read more

A bit disappointed that they didn't offered any crabs beside oysters that sat out there especially during mothers day weekend. Service wise was great, the staff were attentive and quick. Ambiance is not the best. It's very dingy in there, perhaps they can upgrade some seatings and changes to the interior. It's just doable, but could be better for the eyes.
