A little bit of everything topping chow mein and a side of rice.

Surprisingly, we dined here twice last week. Party of 6 on Sunday, and our party of 13 the following Saturday. Since had not dined the stir fry in a while, I decided to make and request a plate on my 3rd or 4th trip to the buffet. Reminding myself, from this day on, partake the stir fry station every visit. Our servers on both visits were good about keeping our drinks refilled. We will gladly return.

Was craving Chinese food and hubby said let's hit this spot. When I say we enjoyed literally everything. The price is worth it considering everything that comes included. Huge variety with fresh food! Going home with a full tummy

My favorite part about this place is the service. They are very kind and helpful. The waiting was not too bad, went on a Friday night. They have a variety of sushi, noodles, seafood, chicken, pork, dessert, and soups.

I'm severely autistic & hav avoidant and restrictive food intake & this restaurant has a ton of my safe foods, it's good if you're picky, or if u hav a picky family member. The service is perfect and everyone is sooo friendly n they will give u refills without asking n check on u n talk to u & yah. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm sensitive to light n it's not too bright in there like, I can eat and relax n hav fun & jus love this place so much words can't express.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I never been sad here

Round one. Pork ribs, fried shrimp, orange chicken, peel and eat shrimp and butter potatoes.

Best place for a Chinese food fix WITHOUT having leftovers for days! LOL. Lots of food choices. Good service on every visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Big restaurant with lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Weekends are busiest.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Watch out for people walking aimlessly about with plates loaded with food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the only buffet thus far that I actually like coming to. I love that I can create my own fresh noodles with veggies and meat. It has a sushi bar for those that enjoy sushi. It can get pretty full during the weekends so be ready to wait, especially on a holiday.

    Me and dad at lins

I've been comming to lins for years the food is amazing [[HIGHLIGHT]]its just a peaceful atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I also need to point out a server that goes above and beyond and she is always on the move to help all her customers constantly checking on us filling our drinks and making sure if we need anything. She by far out shines all other servers at this establishment. Halie you are the best!!!!

Had a great time celebrating my bf's dad's bday here! There was such a great variety of asian foods. i especially liked the mongolian chicken. The fam enjoyed the sushi and seafood options too. What was funny was we didn't realize they had ice cream. We were looking for the typical ice cream machine all over and it wasn't until on our way out, close to the entrance, that we saw the ice cream chest with individually packed ice cream and popsicles!!!!! lol. There's even a sign that says "Yes! We have ice cream" hahaha. So i'm sure we weren't the only ones confused. Also I wanted to shout out Josephine who brought out a little cake for our celebrant even though we were on the way out. She's so sweet and that really put the cherry on top of our visit! :)

Been here plenty of times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place looks crowded but they do have plenty of seating outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is always attentive when it comes to refills and cleaning off the tables for each round of food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They could use another restroom though. Front restroom is tight and small, feels like you're stuffed in a small room with no ventilation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a private restroom towards the back but it's just one stall and the line gets long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I like that they offer hot pot, a bar and endless boba of course for an extra fee. They do have deals on certain days and times of the week which is good. I think this buffet is one of the better ones here in Fresno. They always have everything ready to eat and freshly made. I like coming here for the seafood and you gotta bring your own sauce aka crack sauce to eat with it. Come to realize they have a whole sauce station now because of the hot pot so if I didn't have my own sauce I would be able to make the exactly same thing there! They have a wide variety of dishes, although it can be a hit or miss. The noodle/ habachi station is usually good but people can mistakingly not know how to order still. The man that usually works behind the counter doesn't communicate just gives you a blank stare and points. Kinda discouraging. Overall I still enjoy coming here when my back is feeling extra big lol

The broth was kind of dull. The woman who prepared it for me was great though. She asked me which toppings I would like and was very friendly. I also visited the crepe station. The crepes are made to order and filled with ice cream. I had strawberries on the side to complement it. That was pretty tasty. At the buffet, the sushi was on par with most AYCE sushi. Although, I was surprised to find that they had tamago available. It wasn't too bad but the rice was had a dry texture. I was really excited for the crab legs here, but those were hardly refilled. I was lucky enough to grab a couple at some point though. Overall, this place is good for its price. The selection offers something to satisfy anyone's craving from dim sum, seafood, tacos, enchiladas, pizza, etc. The service is excellent too. This place has been in my regular rotation since they opened and I have never had a bad meal here…read more The concept is a family style hot pot restaurant where you cook your own protein, vegetables or noodles in a flavored brother. You can pick between 1 and 4 different broths per pot. Each table has one cooking stove top, with the larger tables having two. The broths range from vegetarian to mild, to spicy to meat based. Everything is a la carte with the exception of some premade combinations bundling a variety of like items. There's various meat and veggie combos as well as a seafood combo. I always order the veggie combo which comes with a lot that's easily shareable between 4 people. It comes with various greens, mushrooms, cabbage, corn on the cob, cauliflower, and carrots. I don't eat red meat so I stick to their sliced chicken breast or the shrimp balls. My other favorite is the bean curd sticks which is a good meatless protein option. As for broths my two favorite are the Chinese Healthy Herb and the kimchi. I also like their salted crispy chicken appetizer (popcorn chicken). Steamed rice is also a must for me. They have a dipping sauce bar where you can make your own dipping sauce to accompany your hot pot. With the exception of the broth adding flavor, the meats and all the ingredients you add to your hot pot are unseasoned. It includes everything from soy sauce and fish sauce to garlic, fresh chilis, vinegar, and crushed peanuts. Whether you like to keep it simple, mild, or spicy there's a sauce you can create. The ambiance is pretty nice. It used to be a Chinese restaurant years ago and they did keep some of the things the same. They have 3 different TVs inside. The two larger ones on the walls each play a different Kdrama and the one above the register plays Kpop music videos. They do have one larger table that I think accommodates somewhere between 10-12 people (don't quote me on that) and another that can fit 6 or 7 people. Majority of the tables sit 4 and a couple sit 2. Depending what day and time you go, it can get pretty busy and you might have to wait a while. The staff is always friendly and helpful. At the end of the meal they give you orange slices and hard guava candy. Their orange slices are always so good too and a good palette cleanser at the end.

Everything had the same smell to it. It must be the fish sauce or vinegar that they use or something. But the smell and taste was overwhelming. If I just ate the noodles of the chow mein, that wasn't so bad but that was it. The sweet and sour chicken was ok, and for the most part, the chicken salad was ok except the pieces of chicken again, had that same taste. I can't really describe it. Anyway, those two dishes are the only reason I gave 2 stars. I normally love leftover Chinese food for breakfast the next day. Not this, I had to throw it away. And that's a crime in this economy.

For dessert, we got crème brûlée which was just okay. Easy to skip. Small detail, but they didn't have any kind of complimentary anniversary treat (at least mot for us lol). Every other nicer (and even not as nice) restaurant we've been to for our anniversaries/birthdays came with either champagne or a dessert to celebrate. They did go through with decorating what we ordered though. Not a huge deal, but just something to note if you're planning to celebrate anything. Overall, we'll definitely be back again. We had a great time and it felt like a great date night spot.

Obviously, the food is one of the greatest in Fresno. Steak, salads, bread, cured meats, mashed potatoes, soups. Keep it up Texas De Brazil. You beat Texas Roadhouse. Although I have a thing for country girls.
