I enjoyed the whole experience of Lin's fusion , the food is good and has a variety of everything!

My husband and I have been here twice. We were very pleased with the food. I liked the hot and sour soup, even though it was not the best I have had. I also love the sesame balls, salt and pepper squid, clams, marinated octopus salad, the cold peel-and-eat shrimp and the shumai dumplings, as well as a softer pork dumpling. The sauteed green beans are good, too, but I wish they were cooked a little longer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One thing is for sure: you must be able to handle a rather high noise level and not be easily startled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At least that has been our experience both times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The second time wouldn't have been quite as bad except for the woman who was gleefully encouraging her tiny tot to screech as loud as that child could screech.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Was actually praising the tot and encouraged to repeat, repeat, repeat. That kid must have surely gone home with a sore throat! I can't grasp whatever reasoning was behind the whole thing, but I guess some people have a better time if they can ruin it for others. The restaurant owners or managers tolerated it. This restaurant closes down its lunch offerings from 3:30 to 5, so be aware of this and don't hover around waiting for the staff to bring out any more of your favorites. I assume this assures that customers coming in for dinner will have fresh food and not something left in the warmers for hours (which one other buffet has been known to do). They do offer cups of ice cream, but you are supposed to ask for assistance if you want any. I suspect this is to keep kids from just going to the freezer repeatedly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restrooms are very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are "all-gender", but since they are single occupancy (unless you are a parent escorting a child), that is of no concern. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are booths, but it seems that you will be escorted to a small table with screechy chair legs unless you ask if there are any booths available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I much prefer a booth, as long as the seats are not sunken so much the tabletop rests under my chin haha! (That didn't happen at this place.) So, pick a day to try this restaurant out, and pay attention because hours vary. I think you will be glad you went. read more

Recently went and it was your standard buffet. Weekend rates are $26.95. Inflation is real! Pros: Chowmein was good Vegetarian station lol Soup bar Teppanyaki station Sushi station (vegetarian roll option) Everything was ok, standard buffet. Meh. But for 27.50$... it is a lot. Waitress for some reason couldn't figure out our bill for 14 people. They should consider having people pay first to prevent this on the waitresses. The food here has REALLY taken a dive. Most of the food here is now lacks any distinct flavors and it's all pretty bland...the chicken is more rubbery. Even the sushi has taken a dive.... MORE rice, NOT as tasty, bland fillings. There is NO master craft cooking, nothing that makes one dish stand out from another, it's so basic now it's sad. I used to love this place and thought it was great quality. Now, it's just something to shove in so you don't get a headache or too crabby. this restaurant has egregiously overcharged me almost every time i ate at this establishment. the last time i dinned at Lin's fusion this past week they charged me 90 dollars on my credit card for their two plate meal that was only supposed to cost me 25 dollars per plate and when i bought the bottomless boba drinks they refused to refill my boba drink after only two cups which was fraud. read more

We wanted a booth but the lady didn't understand, it was frustrating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They placed us in a very crowded area beside a family with a crying baby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The people beside us kept looking over at us, and made the whole dining experience uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server we had didn't even approach us, let alone ask what we wanted. It was a busy night so the service was a bit slow, but plenty of great food was always available and much consumed!!!

We've been visiting Lin's for years. They have a great variety of dishes to choose from and everything comes out hot so you know it's being made fresh. Most of their dishes are really good. Some of them I don't care for, but it's a matter of personal preference. They even have a small station with pizza for the kids who may not care for Asian food. It is worth noting that their sushi is pretty good for buffet sushi (which is something I never thought I'd say). The staff works hard to keep everything clean and they give great service. I would like to see them have an ice cream machine again! read more

Lin's Fusion Buffet is already amazing (food quality, service, ambiance, value in relation to price, and overall experience), but people like Joscelynn and Alicia only enhance our experience and motivates us to keep going back again and again. We consider ourselves loyal Lin's Fusion Buffet customers because not only do we go practically every week (with some exceptions, of course), but this restaurant is truly the only one we go to in Fresno. The food quality at this buffet is good, considering how busy it always is. The sushi is of good quality, but the selection is limited. However, our experience was ruined today when a customer dropped a pair of tongs (used to grab the food) onto the floor. The customer gave it to the sushi chefs behind the food counter to be replaced. The female sushi chef behind the counter just placed the same pair of tongs back into the food tray being served. My partner and I was were disgusted by their behavior. They probably assumed no customers saw it even though my partner saw the whole interaction as we were seated diagonally in front of them. We avoided that part of the sushi stand and used other tongs instead. But the food was great, and our waiter and hostess were amazing. read more

so it was lunchtime July 18 we get there wait a little bit to see because of course his line so it's it's pretty packed. We get asked what we wanted to drink. She was also very attentive so my first trip to the buffet thinking it would be hot food because it is lunchtime and food is coming out pretty consistently. I'll go get the sweet-and-sour chicken and the batter and fried chicken is cold. I go get the shrimp cold. I go get the red pork cold I go get the salt and pepper squid, which is one of my favorite cold so next time I seen my waitress I just asked her. Hey do you think you guys can turn up the warmers so that the food is hot because everything that I got on my plate is cold and they obliged but it was just kind of disappointed because that was one of the reasons I had stopped going in the first place I went on consistent visits and every time had to ask for the food to be warmed up, but I will say the manager handled it and they did give me a 10% discount which you know I'm thankful for but lins fusion would be a five star rating for me if they kept the food hot but I will say I do wanna go and try the hot part portion that they have of it now too just to see what that's like all in all I will say this the quality of the food is good and after I asked for them to adjust the warmers, I seen that the cooks started bringing out food more consistently, so it stays hot, which I appreciate. read more

The food was reallyyy good. We got the buffet and hotpot. The people were very nice but not the most helpful. Me and my server were having a hard time understanding one another. We ended up with way more food than we actually wanted. Other than that everything was really nice. Really loved this buffet. I'd drive the 45 mins to go again. Everything was fresh and restocked promptly. Every thing I tried was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Trying a similar offering across town tonight really made me appreciate this place and the quality of their food! I'm creature of habit and began to get sick of all my usual eating spots. A few month ago I noticed Lin's offered to-go plates at a dirt cheap price! ($5/lb. lunch $7.50/lb dinner.) Sadly, they don't offer fresh crab legs anymore but their sea food is actually good quality and fresh tasting! I honestly have been coming habitually for months and am not sick of it! I can always change up my to-go plates. Sometimes I just go for salad and sushi. Or fish and veggies and little of everything in between. The staff pretty much knows me lol. Overall 2 stars only. Host and sever were great, very attentive. One bad thing was just the man making the pho. He kept on stepping away from his station, and I wanted pho as my last meal, but he was gone for at least 30 mins, I just gave up on him and didn't want to eat anymore. Steak, was overcooked and dried, especially being on the warmer for awhile. Worst shumai ever, tasted overdue, sticky, old meat. Sushi is the typical sushi you get at any buffet. Chow main was good,the meat was mid. Sushi was good depending on which roll you get. Service was mid. The bathrooms were clean which I did not expect for a buffet. Our waitress was mid. She forgot our fortune cookies, and seemed in a hurry to push our group out even though some of us weren't done eating. She also didn't come back to ask us if we wanted refills, I had to go find her just so we can get refills . She only came back for the check on her own. Coming into lin's fusion was very welcoming.
