I visited Linn Fusion, for years since it was New China. Twice this year I've visited , and unfortunately both visits were disappointing. The food quality has gone downhill, which is disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes like freezer Chinese food rewarmed. Our large party was automatically charged a 15% gratuity, yet the service didn't justify it. Our server only brought water once and never refilled drinks till we were leaving. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated at the only table they have for large parties, located in the back near the dessert area. The table was wobbly, appeared to have a folding table added to make room, and was cramped and uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What I don't understand is why large parties are charged extra when the seating and service are no different from any other table in the restaurant. If you're paying more, there should be better accommodations or added service, not the same experience everyone else receives. After two disappointing visits this year, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because I used to love this restaurant. I suggest to go to another place for large parties or for business events. just fyi it was almost $300 for 5 adults 3 children. Also on a previous visit I went two hours before closing the food quality is extremely horrible and they don't refill the food anymore. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They started mopping it smelled like dirty mop. Still charge full price. They just let you eat whatever is out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sad to say

Was craving Chinese food and hubby said let's hit this spot. When I say we enjoyed literally everything. The price is worth it considering everything that comes included. Huge variety with fresh food! Going home with a full tummy

A little bit of everything topping chow mein and a side of rice.

Surprisingly, we dined here twice last week. Party of 6 on Sunday, and our party of 13 the following Saturday. Since had not dined the stir fry in a while, I decided to make and request a plate on my 3rd or 4th trip to the buffet. Reminding myself, from this day on, partake the stir fry station every visit. Our servers on both visits were good about keeping our drinks refilled. We will gladly return.

My favorite part about this place is the service. They are very kind and helpful. The waiting was not too bad, went on a Friday night. They have a variety of sushi, noodles, seafood, chicken, pork, dessert, and soups.

    Me and dad at lins

I've been comming to lins for years the food is amazing [[HIGHLIGHT]]its just a peaceful atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I also need to point out a server that goes above and beyond and she is always on the move to help all her customers constantly checking on us filling our drinks and making sure if we need anything. She by far out shines all other servers at this establishment. Halie you are the best!!!!

Round one. Pork ribs, fried shrimp, orange chicken, peel and eat shrimp and butter potatoes.

Best place for a Chinese food fix WITHOUT having leftovers for days! LOL. Lots of food choices. Good service on every visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Big restaurant with lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Weekends are busiest.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Watch out for people walking aimlessly about with plates loaded with food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the only buffet thus far that I actually like coming to. I love that I can create my own fresh noodles with veggies and meat. It has a sushi bar for those that enjoy sushi. It can get pretty full during the weekends so be ready to wait, especially on a holiday.

Been here plenty of times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place looks crowded but they do have plenty of seating outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is always attentive when it comes to refills and cleaning off the tables for each round of food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They could use another restroom though. Front restroom is tight and small, feels like you're stuffed in a small room with no ventilation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a private restroom towards the back but it's just one stall and the line gets long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I like that they offer hot pot, a bar and endless boba of course for an extra fee. They do have deals on certain days and times of the week which is good. I think this buffet is one of the better ones here in Fresno. They always have everything ready to eat and freshly made. I like coming here for the seafood and you gotta bring your own sauce aka crack sauce to eat with it. Come to realize they have a whole sauce station now because of the hot pot so if I didn't have my own sauce I would be able to make the exactly same thing there! They have a wide variety of dishes, although it can be a hit or miss. The noodle/ habachi station is usually good but people can mistakingly not know how to order still. The man that usually works behind the counter doesn't communicate just gives you a blank stare and points. Kinda discouraging. Overall I still enjoy coming here when my back is feeling extra big lol

Had a great time celebrating my bf's dad's bday here! There was such a great variety of asian foods. i especially liked the mongolian chicken. The fam enjoyed the sushi and seafood options too. What was funny was we didn't realize they had ice cream. We were looking for the typical ice cream machine all over and it wasn't until on our way out, close to the entrance, that we saw the ice cream chest with individually packed ice cream and popsicles!!!!! lol. There's even a sign that says "Yes! We have ice cream" hahaha. So i'm sure we weren't the only ones confused. Also I wanted to shout out Josephine who brought out a little cake for our celebrant even though we were on the way out. She's so sweet and that really put the cherry on top of our visit! :)

Does this place serve steam or boil crab legs?

Not any more. But they do have a dish called Seafood Delight with a medley of items from the sea. Other seafood dishes, too!

The tables, silverware, and plates were clean. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance. Next time I'll bring gloves though. It's busy, but not too disorganized, it seems people were going the opposite direction of most buffets, so at times, I couldn't tell if I was cutting in line or not. Don't get me wrong it isn't completely like an abuelita was in the kitchen making it, however it was edible. It had a clean smell and not a barnyard smell. This is an accomplishment that surpasses most "authentic" Mexican restaurant, and I experienced it at a buffet. The only thing missing for me was tortillas and fresh cilantro and onion.. You can pick between 1 and 4 different broths per pot. Each table has one cooking stove top, with the larger tables having two. The broths range from vegetarian to mild, to spicy to meat based. Everything is a la carte with the exception of some premade combinations bundling a variety of like items. There's various meat and veggie combos as well as a seafood combo. I always order the veggie combo which comes with a lot that's easily shareable between 4 people. It comes with various greens, mushrooms, cabbage, corn on the cob, cauliflower, and carrots. I don't eat red meat so I stick to their sliced chicken breast or the shrimp balls. My other favorite is the bean curd sticks which is a good meatless protein option. As for broths my two favorite are the Chinese Healthy Herb and the kimchi. I also like their salted crispy chicken appetizer (popcorn chicken). Steamed rice is also a must for me. They have a dipping sauce bar where you can make your own dipping sauce to accompany your hot pot. With the exception of the broth adding flavor, the meats and all the ingredients you add to your hot pot are unseasoned. It includes everything from soy sauce and fish sauce to garlic, fresh chilis, vinegar, and crushed peanuts. Whether you like to keep it simple, mild, or spicy there's a sauce you can create. The ambiance is pretty nice. It used to be a Chinese restaurant years ago and they did keep some of the things the same. They have 3 different TVs inside. The two larger ones on the walls each play a different Kdrama and the one above the register plays Kpop music videos. They do have one larger table that I think accommodates somewhere between 10-12 people (don't quote me on that) and another that can fit 6 or 7 people. Majority of the tables sit 4 and a couple sit 2. Depending what day and time you go, it can get pretty busy and you might have to wait a while. The staff is always friendly and helpful. At the end of the meal they give you orange slices and hard guava candy. Their orange slices are always so good too and a good palette cleanser at the end.

I rate restaurants on a 5-point scale based on food quality, service, cleanliness, and price/value/variety (1 point each), plus wait time/pacing and atmosphere/ambiance (0.5 point each). Based on that scale, I would give Texas de Brazil a 4.7 out of 5. Every time we visit, the restaurant is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, from the dining area to the salad bar, which is always fresh, flavorful, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. Even though it is self-service, staff are constantly checking the area, keeping it clean, and making sure dishes are replenished. The service is excellent. The servers are attentive from the moment you arrive. They offer drinks quickly, explain the menu, and remain consistently present without being intrusive. Your plate never stays empty for long, and you never feel like you have to chase someone down for service. The meats are absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked, flavorful, and plentifu, and I mean plen-ti-ful. Since Texas de Brazil is all-you-can-eat, you really do get your money's worth. It is on the pricier side, which is why I would take 0.3 off for price/value/variety, but the quality of the food, the service, and the amount you can enjoy still make it worth it. I've seen some reviews mention feeling rushed, especially during busy times or holidays. My recommendation is simple: use the red/green card system to your advantage. If you turn your card to red, they stop bringing meat to your table. When you're ready for more, turn it back to green. That makes the experience much more enjoyable and lets you eat at your own pace. Another plus is that they often have online promotions where you can buy multiple dinners at a significant discount, usually valid Monday through Thursday. Even when using those deals, the quality and service remain just as good. The only item I personally found a bit too salty was the Parmesan chicken, so I'd skip that one or try it with caution. As for dessert, they've all been wonderful so far, but the carrot cake is currently my favorite. Overall, Texas de Brazil is absolutely worth it if you enjoy great service, quality food, and a dining experience that feels like a treat every time.
