My first time going here and I have to say, I will be coming back! The service was immaculate especially since me and my kids host / server, Genesis was there. She is the best host / server I have seen in all of my years of food critiquing. Food was amazing as well. As long as she is working there me and my family will be back . This is my new go-to spot for Korean bbq. Pros: There is a good variety of selection for the meat and vegetables. Cons: I hope to see a better selection for the seafood and side dishes. Soups: Your options are tofu soup or the egg soup. I love tofu soup but unfortunately not from here. I dabble more in the egg soup which has been a hit and miss lately. Either really salty or needs more salt during the instances that I've come back. The side dishes are your standard radish wrap, kimchi, seaweed. The other options are usually a dumpling, chicken, and egg roll. The dumpling is okay but because it probably sits in the warmer for a chunk of time, the quality of it does deteriorate, as well as the chicken. I'm hoping to see more authentic Korean side dishes that include fish cake, an authentic miyeok julgi bokkeum and not the one already provided. I'm not sure if the rice paper was a new addition but it's one of my favorite type of wraps for Korean bbq! However, I wish it wasn't cut into a tiny 2 inch strip and will actually come in the standard square sizing like most restaurants. Please upgrade your cups! The amount of ink that stained by hands from the cup's logo was insane. Like any other paper cups, it's expected to start to wither but your stamped logo shouldn't come off with it. read more

I was really excited for this place to open, especially since Korean BBQ options are pretty limited in the area, particularly when it comes to AYCE. I stopped by on a Friday night before the dinner rush, so the restaurant was still fairly quiet. The atmosphere was really pleasant--clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a nice energy that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. The service was attentive, likely because there were only a few tables occupied at the time, but everyone was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the well-stocked condiment station, which had kimchi, pickled daikon, a salad bar, and more. It was nice having plenty of options to enjoy alongside the BBQ. The food quality was decent overall. I say "decent" mainly because I'm used to the Korean BBQ options in the Bay Area, so my expectations are naturally a little higher. That said, for the area and the fact that it's AYCE, it's great to finally have another Korean BBQ option nearby. Come to Seoul, naooo! OVERALL: My husband and I took a chance on a busy Labor Day to see if the newest AYCE kbbq lived up to the hype, and it definitely did. Wait time was reasonable, and service was excellent. We ordered our meats and sides through the tableside tablet, and within seconds, they appeared. SERVICE: HUGE shout-out to Don and Lila for for being amazing. If you're looking for the best of the best, Don and Lila are IT! MEATS: We ordered two rounds of food. 5 meats can be ordered every 10 minutes, so we left with more than enough to keep us full for the next three days. Lila's recs of rib finger and pork jowel were 10/10 would recommend! Thinly sliced pork belly, beef belly, beef brisket, thick spicy pork belly, garlic butter shrimp, it was all delicious. Their grills weren't on high, AND were changed often (tysm Don!). SIDES: C and I are particular about sides, mostly about if places have quality cheese corn and rice paper, and Seoul has BOTH, which is saying a lot for kbbq in Fresno. Tofu soup, glass noodle, steamed egg, seaweed salad, kimchi, sweet potato, and mushrooms helped keep us even happier. We went on a Sunday around 6:30 PM for four people. We were seated promptly. They did a good job spacing out the tables so they prioritize seating people around the edges. I think this helped with smoke control. Couldn't tell if our vent was on, but the place did not get smoky at all. This was a huge relief because I recently went to a Korean barbecue place in LA where the smoke was so bad that I had to leave to walk around outside to get fresh air. The cucumber kimchi is on the sweeter side but very delicious. The kimchi was decent but I liked Sheila's kimchee better. They also had Mandu, eggrolls and popcorn chicken at the self service counter, along with salad and a gochugaru salad dressing that also worked well as a dipping sauce for the mandoo/eggrolls. My friends were disappointed with the jap chae because the noodles were broken into really small pieces instead of longer noodles. Our server was super friendly and chatty. She and a few other servers came by multiple times to adjust our flame, change out our grate, check on us, etc.Great service. You have an hour and 45 minutes to eat. You can order five proteins every 10 minutes. I think this worked out well because it prevented us from ordering too much at once, and gave us time to cook each round before ordering more. The meats were good quality, even the ones that were not marinated. The chuck steak was simply flavored with salt and pepper and butter but was so tender; one of the best meats of the night. Spicy beef belly was very good and I've never had it at other Kbbq places. The shrimp was not clean, however, still has the guts inside it. I've never had mussels cooked in the shell at kbbq before; but it was good with the Cajun seasoning. I noticed their marinated meats were on the sweeter side instead of salty. I think that's why I wasn't super thirsty after dinner like I usually am from other Korean barbecue places. We also appreciated that they gave us a pitcher of water for the table instead of charging us for bottles of water like Sheila does. They had an interesting Matcha salt along with sweet chili sauce and olive oil. They gave my friend extra olive oil when she asked. First off, I have to give credit where it's due, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself is also really nice. It's spacious, clean, and has that modern KBBQ vibe that makes you want to hang out for a while. We came on a Friday and waited less than 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The prices were reasonable too, so my first impression was honestly pretty solid. Unfortunately, that's where my experience kind of plateaued. The food wasn't bad... but it also wasn't memorable. It was just... okay. Nothing really made me stop and think, "Wow, I need to come back for this." The one exception? The kimchi. That stuff was absolutely fire. Easily my favorite thing we ate. The brisket was decent and cooked up nicely, but the short ribs didn't really do it for me. They just lacked that flavor that makes Korean BBQ so addictive. Hmm I'm not sure what happened. I had been looking forward to finally trying, after waiting so long for it to finally open, I was disappointed that our experience ended up being underwhelming. Friday night just before 7pm I was surprised to see their live waiting list est 1min-11mins. 5mins away from the restaurant I joined the wait list and was almost instantly I got a text saying our table was ready. It was noticeable warm and a bit smoky, ventilation definitely needs some kind of upgrade. I checked in with the host and she asked which menu we wanted to eat from my husband and I usually opt for the full experience so we chose the $49.99 all day menu. She told us that she was going to charge our daughter we asked and she said $25. So a bit taken back noticed that they did charge "Children under 4 1/2 ft $25", thankfully she changed her mind, our kids don't eat much if anything they will pick on the rice and noodles. Our server came to greet us explained the ordering process and took our drink orders. They also provided a large water jug at the table. They do have a time limit of 1hr & 45mins. 5 proteins can be ordered at a time and unlimited sides. They also offered a buffet style on glass noodles, spicy cucumber salad, kimchi, and seaweed salad all were made well. Our order came out all quickly back to back. So a bit disappointed to say the "high quality meat" such as the rib eye steak was hard and chewy. There were a few more meats we ordered that were hard and chewy, just couldn't remember. The chuck eye, pork belly and bulgogi were good. But honestly expected alittle more. We were only there for an hour service was okay. The servers were nice offered to change out our grill a few times but towards the end of service it was a bit slow. We were looking for our server or someone to give us our check. The long awaited AYCE KBBQ has finally opened right outside of Fashion Fair mall across The Cheesecake Factory and we were a bit disappointed for our first visit (June 18th). Apparently their second/third week in was still their soft opening. But it was a Thursday night around 5:30ish and we were seated pretty quick. Upon entering, the AC was not working very well and it was a little hot inside. They did have fans going but it still didn't help much as it was much cooler outside. The host and servers were nice, although some looked a little lost. The wagyu was out from the $49.99 menu so we ended up ordering from the $39.99 menu. The table setup was strange. Plastic cups, disposable wood chopsticks and plastic spoons. You would expect the traditional stainless steel spoons chopsticks and plastic cups. Every table has a screen to order food from but keep in mind once you hit order, you have 10 minutes until you can order again so order as much as you can eat the first time around. Banchan isn't set up at the tables; you have to walk towards the front to get them yourself. They have a variety of japchae, tempura mushroom of some sort, cucumbers, kimchi, fried chicken and dumplings. They were all flavorless except maybe the kimchi and dumplings. You need to step it up in this area and add some flavors to it. The meats were actually good quality, cut well and came out pretty fast. The short ribs and rib fingers were our favorite. All the meats that were marinated weren't great so I don't think we'd re-order those. The steamed egg was really good. I asked for a side of sesame oil to add that on top and viola, so tasty! Also, no dessert The restrooms were clean..ish. The women's had 3 stalls. The men's, 1 stall and 1 urinal so keep that in mind. All in all, it was an okay experience. You can tell they were still trying to work through things. It's definitely better than other ayce kbbq places in Fresno/Clovis. Hopefully the next time we go it'll be better. It can be an expensive meal so go with someone who has an appetite. Prices did go up during lunch since opening from $24.99 to $29.99 for adults. Kids are now charged $25 and if over a certain height you pay adult prices which is a bummer because my kids barely eat and it just wouldn't be worth it to take them here. I came here with my friend for a late lunch, we came around 230 pm on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy. We were able to be seated right away. They are still in there soft opening phase. There is a lunch menu, $39 menu, and a $49 menu. We chose the $39 menu. They didnt have all the options available for the $49 menu so I didn't think it would be that worth it. The $39 menu has plenty of options to choose from. They have self serve banchan and rice. There selection of banchan is very limited. I wish they had the potato salad, sweet potato, rice wrap, etc. They only have seaweed salad, kimchi, and cucumber salad for banchan. I also feel like the buffet style of the rice / dumpling etc can be kind of unsanitary because you don't know if people are washing there hands, etc. The meat was pretty good, I liked the brisket, beef belly, and beef tongue. Service was very friendly and they changed the grill often. This place is best to go with larger groups so you can order more food to try. read more

This is probably one of the more decent all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots you'll find in town. My family and I really enjoy coming here, especially for their marinated pork belly. Compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants in the area, their meats stand out with more flavor and a wider variety of options. While the meats are definitely the highlight, the side dishes are where they could improve. Unfortunately, I usually end up skipping most of them because they don't add much to the meal. I would love to see better side options, especially staples like rice paper. Some of the other items we've tried, like the fries, were soggy, the chicken didn't have much of a fried texture, the corn cheese lacked flavor, and the salads could use more dressing. Service has been a bit inconsistent depending on the visit. When the service is good, it's excellent--the grill changes are quick, water is refilled right away, dishes are cleared regularly to make room on the table, extra condiments are brought out when needed, and the check comes promptly. However, on slower visits, we often have to ask for things rather than having them checked on proactively. Overall, the meat quality and flavor are what keep us coming back. I was looking forward to this place and was happy to see that Fresno was getting a new Kbbq spot. However, was not impressed with it. Hoping they get into the groove of this and it improves. The sides/banchan are self served. Favorites are the house salads, pickled radish wraps, and dumplings. The cucumber kimchi was also good but was missing more of the crunch. The japchae was a miss. It was super chewy and bouncy and lacking flavor. The eggrolls are Chinese style fillings and a bit mushy. The meat options were decent. You order from the tablet up to five different meats and it'll time you out for 10 mins before you can order again. Reminder that the grill is small so if you do order all five meat it may just be sitting at your table before it hits the grill. Least impressed with the matcha pork belly which was just the pork belly dusted with matcha powder. You only get a slight bitter taste from it. Beef brisket was our favorite, especially dipped in the sauces. The corn cheese was also really good. Loved the open spaces of the place that was bright and airy. Service was lacking a lot. We had to track down someone to order more drinks and ask them to change our grill out. No one came to check on the grill or us. We'd been looking forward to trying Seoul Meat ever since we saw it being built, and it definitely lived up to the excitement! The all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ was a fun experience, and cooking the meat right at the table made it even more enjoyable. We chose the $39 menu, and it was more than enough food for our family. One thing to know if you've been to other Korean BBQ restaurants: the raw meat at Seoul Meat isn't marinated as heavily as what we've experienced elsewhere. Instead, they provide a variety of dipping sauces. We found that pouring the sauce over the meat and letting it sit for a minute before placing it on the grill added even more flavor. Just something to keep in mind if you're expecting pre-marinated meats. I also liked that the kimchi, rice, and salad are buffet-style, so you can grab more whenever you'd like. One of the best surprises was that my son ate free because they base kids' pricing on height, and my daughter was half off. That made it an even better value for our family. Our server, Jesus, was outstanding. I actually recognized him from another restaurant we'd visited before. He was friendly, attentive, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. A couple of things to know before you go: you have 1 hour and 45 minutes to place your orders, and they do charge for excessive leftover meat, which is understandable. Also, soft drinks come in cans instead of offering free refills, so two Diet Cokes came to about $7, which felt a little pricey. It's OK. I think they need time to figure things out. The price in my opinion, is NOT worth it. The sides didn't have a lot of variety, and they were out of ALL the hot sides. They didn't bring them out till halfway through the meal. They also ran out of plates for sides, so some people didn't get any at all. The meats were good enough, but the seasoned/marinated meats were so sad...the garlic pork belly was just a THICK slab only seasoned with what looked like garlic salt. Same goes for the "spicy" menu items...it's just looked like the spicy sauce was drizzled on. There were some good options, and I do LOVE their tablet ordering system. When on a weekday at noon. They have different menus with different offerings. We went with the lunch menu. It's set up nicely in that you order meats and side dishes from a tablet at the table and some other items, like kimchi and dumplings, from a self-serve buffet area. I got a sinking feeling when I went to get some side items and all the trays were empty, but they were replenished eventually. Kimchi items were good, though I do think that a better selection of banchan would be nice. They were some hot sides I would just skip in the future, like the cheese corn and steamed egg. As far as the meats, you can order five every ten minutes. The favorites were the spicy pork and bulgogi. Least favorite was the beef belly. Service was friendly and prompt. They happily changed out the grill two or three times for us. We sat at a table toward the middle and there was no ventilation right above our table. The ceiling is high though. We will definitely be back, though dealing with that parking lot is a battle. And definitely don't plan on doing anything afterwards. Oh, and the music is too bloody loud. read more

Super excited for a new kbbq spot! They have 3 different types of menus that you can choose from. We opted with the lunch menu which they serve from 11:30-3pm for 29.99. I'm usually pretty basic when it comes to kbbq meats so this served its purpose well for me. Highlight was the spicy chicken bbq. The curry pork was decent but some of the fat on the pork could've been taken off. I also prefer more wet seasoning vs dry so I think the curry pork would've stood out had it been more saucy. Sides are self serve which featured dumplings, white rice, glass noodles, seaweed salad, kimchi and cucumber salad! All were pretty good and definitely kept getting up to grab some more. Also, expect to come out smelling like meat. Even with lowering the temp, smoke still comes out. Odd because some of our fave kbbq spots in Orange County don't do this. We did have to tell them a couple times to switch out the grills, but for the most part they were on it with switching it out in a timely manner. As for the vibe the waitress said they got rid of the AI music so it's a lot better now. I love me a lil house music, groovy tunes while I'm chomping it up so this exceeded my expectations here. Service was good as well. Once you get sat, they have you order from a tablet. You can order 5 meats every 10 minutes. They had multiple people walking around checking to see if we needed anything. Yay! A new Korean BBQ spot here in Fresno!! I've been waiting for this place to open for about two years now and today I was able to try them out during their soft opening! We arrived at 2:30pm on a Tuesday and there was a line outside BUT, that's mainly because they didn't have all the tables open. I'm assuming so they could train their staff which is completely understandable! We waited about 45 minutes in line before getting seated. There were little hiccups with our grill right away causing us to move to a different table but again, completely understandable being that it is their soft opening, we were willing to be patient as they were learning and teaching! The staff were all very friendly and checked up on our table the perfect amount of time without us feeling too bothered or neglected. A little warning, they are cashless so come prepared with your card and there will be a $25 charge for leftover meat. Once you're seated, you get to order through a tablet that's at your table. There are different menu options ranging in price to choose from. You get to pick up to 5 items and then have to wait 10 minutes before putting in your next selection. Everything came to our table at a timely manner. The meat selection had a wide variety to choose from, all tasted great! We mainly focused on beef and chicken. Don't hesitate to get the cheese corn, it's so good with the BBQ! They have a sides bar set up like a buffet filled with kimchi, salads, dumplings, fried chicken and white rice. Make sure you grab some of those items too! Oh, they also give you 3 sauces/seasoning to dip your meat in, one was a matcha based one and to my surprise, it paired so well with the meat! The drink menu is a bit limited, so I do hope they add to it in the future. The only surprise we had was the amount of times our grill had to be replaced due to how charred it kept getting. I'd say it was about 6x which is way more than what I'm used to when having K BBQ. Maybe that's normal for others, though? Also, I'm not too sure if the vents weren't working when we were there, but it constantly got pretty smokey on our grill, be prepared for smoke all up in your face lol Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. Met with a group of friends. We made reservations in advance and were seated right away. The grill on the first table did not start so we were moved to another location. I have visited several KBBQ places and was surprised by the rules they have. I'm used to having a time limit for your entire meal but having to wait 10 minutes between ordering items was a little frustrating. Not only was there a wait time of 10 minutes before allowed to order more items, then you have wait more for the items to be brought out and there was also a limit of only being able to order 1 meat item per person at a time . Total time given was 1hr and 45 mins. I felt like the majority of the time we were waiting to either order food or waiting for it to be brought out. They also have a minimal banchan station that you get yourself. It was only a salad bar, kimchi, radish and cucumber kimichi. The experience did not feel like a true AYCE and definitely walked away feeling that we didn't get our money worth. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

The food is good. The customer service was ok. We ordered 5 meats, several sides, and dumplings. We never received the dumplings. It took 20 mins to get the glass noodles, and asking about getting plates to be told there was a salad bar to get a plate. We paid premium meats, which is 50 per person only did 1 round of meats, never got the dumplings. When we asked to take our left overs which was only 5 cooked meat and the glass' noodles we finally got, we were told because it all you can eat we can not take any home. For $120 it was a waste of food. When other similar establishment we are allowed to take our left overs which home for an addition fee. Also note when we went it was between 1145 to 1200. I was able to be seated with in 5 minutes after checking in. There is an outdoor waiting area for you to wait tell you are called it is a little narrow with many people passing by . Once seated our server shared the process of ordering food on the tablet which I personally preferred. There were some meats that required to be asked by a server to order them. After we ordered the selected meats it was a 10 minute cool down period until the next round. Which gave us enough time to go through what we had ordered. The meat quality was higher than I expected. I hope they keep that up even when the hype dies down. I will say I do hope that they do more thinly sliced meats my non-marinated meats. I just rubbed whatever leftover. Sauce was from the other meats. I will say the customer service is pretty good, but we were a bit confused on who our waiter was. Overall, we do wish that on the tablet it did have a section to get refills for water. I do hope they add more Korean side dishes like bbq spots in LA . Overall, I think this is a great experience to have here in Fresno. It is nice to have another Korean barbecue spot here in town that doesn't charge for water. The food is decent kbbq, I didn't like how they say they have a spicy option for certain things. 4.5/5 stars. This place exceeded my expectations. We came during dinner so there was a line to get into the restaurant (4 people ahead of us). It didn't take long to get checked in (less than 5 mins). The host was super friendly and she took our name and let us know it will be 30 mins-1 hour wait and that she would call us when our table was ready. We went next door to Five Below and spent maybe 5-10 minutes in there before heading back to the restaurant. The 4 people ahead of us were already sat and so I went to ask the host if our name was called and she said not yet but they're clearing a table right now. We waited for maybe another 5-10 minutes then she sat us down. In total, we only waited 20 mins max before being seated. Since this was our first time here the host explained the ordering process to us such as ordering from the tablet for all of our food. We could choose 5 meats in each round and there is a 10 minute wait in between ordering a next round of meat (the tablet won't let you order more as it has a timer on it that locks you from ordering). I personally didn't mind waiting the 10 mins. Most of the time we were still cooking and eating our meat and by the time we were ready for our next round, the 10 mins were already up. Most of the side dishes were self serve which I personally like. The side dishes were located at the front of the restaurant which isn't the most convenient place but it was in an area with less foot traffic. The side dishes included lettuce salad, onion salad, cucumber salad, kimchi, purple radish, steam white rice, potstickers, and a stir fry noodle dish (similar to japchae). I tried all of the side dishes except the chicken because they were out. All of the side dishes were tasty. My least favorite was the clear noodles. I expected it to taste like japchae but it didn't. It didn't have much flavor but it was okay. Side dishes that you had to order through the tablet were fresh raw veggies like mushroom, sweet potatoes, onions, zucchini. There were other sides like fries, Cajun fries, cheese fondue, and cheese corn. We ordered the sweet potatoes, zucchini, and Cajun fries. The fries were freshly cut and fried because they tasted similar to in n out fries but taste a little bit better. Sweet potatoes and zucchini tasted great grilled. No complaints there. The food came out super quick! Like within 5 mins of ordering. All the meats and veggies were fresh for grilling. You can tell it's fresh because they have an open kitchen and I saw the workers slicing the meat fresh. I enjoyed most of the meat I ordered which included beef brisket, pork belly, 3 different kinds of steak. The only meat I didn't like because it was a bit chewy was one of their steaks (I can't recall which one). The steak was still fresh but it just wasn't a good cut. We also ordered the tofu soup and that was one of the best tofu soups Ive had!! It was spicy and salty and so comforting to eat and wash down all that bbq. The service was a 5/5! The host, servers, and bussers were all very friendly! They were polite, professional, and fast! They even had a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed their upbeat and positive energy! Overall, it was a very lackluster experience but I would definitely take this place over the other known, popular, spot in town. We arrived at 4:00 and waited about 30 minutes to be seated, not bad. The servers were nice. The banchan bar was upsetting lol. There wasn't any cabbage kimchi! Idk if they were out or what. They did have cucumber kimchi but it and the radish were room temp. Options were limited. There was also self serve japchae, rice, dumplings, and chicken at the bar, but I wouldn't count that as banchan. Sauces were whatever. The meat was good, but that can only take you so far without sauces. Eating good Kbbq feels like a hug. This place did not feel like a hug. Also the music was crazy. We had a rather unpleasant experience; we went there to celebrate my birthday. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend trying out new places for celebrations, as a bad experience at a new venue can ruin the day. When we arrived and were seated, it felt quite hot. At first, we thought it might just be because we were surrounded by so many other tables, but it kept getting worse. I had to step outside for some fresh air because I was feeling really unwell; at one point, I asked the hostess what was going on, and she said the air conditioning wasn't working. They said they hadn't fixed it today because it was a high-volume sales day and they'd rather do it tomorrow. It's unbelievable that they prioritize making money over the customer's comfort or health--especially given all that smoke and the lack of airflow. If they had mentioned it when we arrived, we would have chosen to go somewhere else instead of staying there. They ruined my birthday, and now I feel sick. read more

The restaurant is an open space so when it's busy it could be really loud so if you're wanting a nice, quiet experience then it may not be for you. Honestly, I was expecting more from this place since it's at the mall, but right when I walked in, they already had their doors open to air out all the smoke inside coming from the grills. Their air-conditioning was not working I assume because it was really hot when I walked in to look at the menus. My daughter wanted to try it, but I asked her do you really want to eat meat in the heat? She said no so we walked straight back out. The automated answering make it seem like a real person but it's AI and is unable to provide me lunch pricing for adults and kids and constantly keep asking to text me the menu and pricing. I agreed to text and it sent me a yelp link instead twice which leads me to now leave this review of the bad service I'm receiving already without stepping foot to the restaurant. This place is a good place to get rid of the kbbq craving you're having. We didn't have a set server. I don't think whoever was serving us realized we are their table but it's okay I'm not holding it against them. The meat selection is good. You can order 5 meats every 10 mins and that doesn't include stuff like steamed egg and corn cheese. My favorite was the chuck eye steak and the steamed egg. I wish there were more sides available but the kimchi was super delicious. They don't have the jalapeños, garlic, samjang, and sesame out. You just have to request it. We didn't realize it until halfway through our meal when we heard someone else asking for it. The place itself is open and pretty crowded. They have a section in the middle of the building with all the dirty grills and stuff you'll have to walk by and try not to run into a server. Other than that it's a nice place. We would definitely return to fix our cravings and if they had more sides like rice paper for the meats. read more

The good: Large, spacious and modern, clean decor. We went for lunch and the lunch price was definitely worth it. We mostly ate the brisket and pork belly which was good! Sauces and seasonings provided were great. There were a lot of servers, and they were attentive, changing our grill and grabbing everything we needed. The bad: TURN. ON. THE. VENTS. I had smoke blowing in my face for the whole meal. It was absolutely terrible. The whole restaurant was hot and smoky, please for the love of god, TURN ON THE VENTS or get them fixed if they're broken! The banchan was literally the worst I've ever had. Everything was flavorless. Banchan is a huge part of the meal. That's unacceptable. It seems they aren't even consistent with what they have, either. Canned soda? Are you serious? I have to pay 3.50 per can at an AYCE restaurant? Get soda fountains. Sheesh. Overall a 6/10 for me. Great meat, that's about it. The good thing is, there's a lot of easy fixes. The place is nice. Seat and table can be too small. The staff is very attentive. The meat quality isn't as bad as I thought. Shila KBBQ kinda ruin it for Fresno but this place is definitely way better by far. The price selection is nice if you just want small selection. Over the food quality was good.
