I had to go back in to the Lady Lash Studio 3 times for my micro blading. I got an eye infection. For two weeks my eyes were matted. When I expressed my concerns, Hope said, oh! But, they are better now. Lady Lash Studio is only concerned about the money they make. Not the customer. When I tried to explain how I wanted my eye brows to look, Hope did not care. Same results.y eyebrows are not symmetrical. I had a facial performed by Hope. Very rough. Not pleasant and soothing. Left two dark spots on my face. The male that called me is very rude and unprofessional. Straight Bull! I ask for what was advertised. I did not get that. Oh! And, Hope took it upon herself to charge my credit card $25. And, had the nerve to charge my credit card $25 when I did not owe. Sad!. Ridiculous! A happy customer is a return customer. I only returned due to the fact I was promised by Hope she would make it right. She didn't. Thank you for your time and patience. Ets was one of the first salons to pop up on a Google search, so I crossed my fingers and booked an appointment. I came in, politely greeted the receptionist who gave me a look, then went back to typing on her computer. The only word I heard from her was a blunt "name." My stylist was not very friendly either. She had me sit down on the bed and anything barely came out of her mouth either. As she was looking at my lashes, she kept telling me how horrible of a job my previous stylist did, and how she was going to have to fix it. She even huffed about it and really made me feel like a huge burden on her. She also told me that I should have known when my eyelashes felt heavy, or because the length was incorrect. I told her I had only gotten them done twice... Aside from feeling completely unwelcomed, she did do a very nice job and made my lashes look so much better. I think she charged me extra for her "inconvenience," but whatever. This place is alright, but if courtesy matters to you, there's tons of other lash studios in Houston.

I asked her if we should tone it to get rid of the brassy orange tint and she said no.... So once again, I left with a HORRIBLE color job that looked no better than it did before she "fixed it." When I called to speak to the manager the next morning, I sent her pictures and asked for another SENIOR stylist to fix it and she said no. She told me that this girl had done it and she had to fix it herself. I said absolutely not. I asked for my money back and they refunded me (minus the $20 tip I had initially given her) and was apologetic. So now, I have an appointment at Beautique to fix this girls mess. **At Beautique, the stylists have to apprentice for a full year so you KNOW they will be competent.** I'm sure there are some great stylists here but be sure to ask for an EXPERIENCED, SENIOR STYLIST!!!

The technician, Christina, was professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained the process clearly and took the time to ensure everything looked perfect. I also received 25% off my first set, which was a great deal. She was able to blend my nail lengths to match a broken nail I had, without making all the nails too short. The manicure was so good that only a week passed before I came back for my toes. As others have said, the foot massage is to die for. Hai massages your legs as if he was Kenny G and your leg was the saxophone. He was seriously hospitable and accommodating, even offering me the most delicious cafe sua da, an iphone charger, and some headphones that would blow your mind. The pedicure wasn't too shabby either. It is obvious why this location has been in business for 13 years, despite being hidden by the neighboring Los Cucos. I can't stop staring at my perfectly painted nails. I just wish I had another set of hands and feet so I could go back sooner!

Aesthetically, this is a nice salon. It's clean and spacious. On a Saturday morning, I wasn't forced to wait (the wait at my old shop around the corner was 20 damn minutes at 10 am!) Prices were reasonable for the services I received: Nail fill-in - $25 - nail polish Color change (toes) - $10 Nail & Chin Wax - $20 The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I love Miss Tina and "Mihoi"! Theses ladies are hilarious!!! I was laughing my entire visit. I'll be back :)
