Very delicious choices of hot pots. Extremely affordable and great service. Ling explained properly and we decided to have different one each of us: lamb pot with duck egg soup base and chicken pot with chicken broth soup base. Quantity of vegetables, proteins and sauce were more than enough. Also comes with steam rice. Even tea was great and also we had as compliment a delicious winter melon with honey refreshing beverage. It is a place to go back again, very healthy type of food. Ling's service was impecable!!!! Nice location and peaceful ambience

Great customer service. The waiter was very polite and nice. Food is alright. I loved my spicy soup but my husband's Thai soup was very blend, we had to add our dip sauce and some of my soup to add flavour. Meat was great, fresh and tasty. But the veggie plate was quite disappointing. Most of it is just cabbage, you get a tiny bit mushrooms as shown in the picture and 2 pieces toonie sized tomatoes. Basically what you can see in the picture is what you get, underneath is just full of cabbages. In conclusion, with extremely limited options in North Vancouver and the price point, I might go back again if I reeeeeeeally feel like hotpot.

Visiting Canada for the first time! I've ate at hot pot places all over California, Texas, and China. This place is one of my faves now! Got the lamb combo and added an order of scallops. We got the spicy pot/medium spicy which was perfect. The wintermelon drink really hit the spot. Place was well decorated for the holidays, clean, & the service was great! Waitress was super friendly and sweet. EAT HEREEE

Doing good business on a Friday, but we had a reservation. Everyone gets their own stove and hot pot. You order the soup base and meat using the tablet at the table, while seafood, veggies, and noodles are out in a buffet section. There is also some dimsum like custard buns and eggs tart, along with a typical dipping sauce bar. The bone broth soup base and quality of the meat is pretty good. The seafood is not top notch, but decent enough for all you can eat. At the end of the meal, you can get some soft serve ice cream in a cone or cup. I like the ube and vanilla swirl cone. Dinner price is $53 before tax and tip per person. Not cheap, but cheaper than going to Dolar Shop or Haidilao, and you'll definitely leave full.

There was a table of lots of kids and next to them, old men were drinking from a portable barrel on the table. Very interesting view, honestly. The atmosphere was great. Friendly service. Not too loud inside. There were some tables in the patio. We tried Bulkogi burger with garden salad, Nagasaki champon and deep fried shrimp wantan. The burger was so good. Lots of vegetables and fried onion ring inside. You need to press it down because it was like 12cm high. Champon was so huge and we shared to finish. I wish it had more seafood broth rather than vegetable broth. But tasted great and lots of seafood inside. Next time I want to try deep-fried oyster with original tartar. I eat Korean pretty regularly, fwiw, the food was ok, but not amazing. We both had a bibimbap. It didn't come in the typical hot stone bowl, instead, it was just in a large bowl. So, no crispy rice at the bottom, oh well. It did come with a side of kimchi, but no banchan, apparently they don't have that. We had barley tea, but the waitress didn't come back to check on us until we were almost done, so we didn't get a refill until the the of the meal. I would probably give 3.5 stars, but feel like they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

This is basically the hot pot version of that. Its VERY EASY to grab too many fixings and end up paying for it! It's not a bad thing, just be careful! The walls are stocked with gorgeous, fresh soup ingredients from wall to wall. The restaurant is brightly lit and really invites you to stuff your bowl with all these fresh ingredients. This was the perfect place post-Ironman triathlon for my bf to really fill up! He ended up grabbing so many ingredients that the server had to bring his soup to him in TWO BOWLS. I too was overzealous and was only able to finish half of my hot pot. The endless amount of veggies, mushrooms and plant-forward protiens available made it all too easy to pick too many ingredients. Everything cooked up fresh and delicious and the soup was savory and comforting. We absolutely enjoyed our visit and hope to come back again in the future!

I recommend getting the quad soup base - you don't need to get 4 broths. You can get 2 soups and it'll be cheaper than if you get the 2 soup container. The sauce bar is great! Not only do they have sauce, they have fruit (oranges, tomatoes) chips/ snacks and dessert (red bean sago, ice jelly) This place no doubt has great customer service. The waiters come by often, refilling water and hot pot base, taking away used plates, gathering impurities from the broth over time. In the drawer below your table, there's hair ties, toothpicks, extra chopsticks and napkins if needed. I would def come by again.

There was a $19.99 AYCE lunch special so we thought this is the best way to try it. The service was only ok.... The waitress we had seemed distracted and did not honour any of the special hacks we tried.... Also they seemed disappointed we were only interested in the AYCE basic which didn't include the sauce bar. We were disappointed as well that no sauces came at all with this special.... I am like hold up....sauces is the best part of hot pot. Anyways we asked just for soy sauce and they said there was a charge for that as well... at this point I am ready to get up and leave... seriously???? No sauce bar and charge for soy sauce???? WTF? The food is fresh, delicious and generous portions but everything else was disappointing and lacking here. I knew there was a reason we held back trying this place. Maybe their regular menu is different but I don't recommend their AYCE $19.99 special.... Doesn't come with any sauces and the charge of soy sauce says alot to me about their service mentality.... Never stepping into another Haidilao again.

We got their two flavour soup base - spicy beef and tomato soup base. Their meats and veggies were all fresh! They had a massive self-serve bar with sauces, tofu, fried chicken (which was delicious), noodles, bean curd, and other items. It was a good selection! You also get dessert in the AYCE menu with two options - vanilla ice cream and coffee pudding. I calmly told her with a smile that we didn't, as we are all allergic to chicken. Instead of an apology, she stomped away and slammed the receipt in my face. After reviewing it and realizing she was wrong, she simply blamed her coworker and didn't offer a single word of apology for her behavior. Beyond the attitude, the food quality is a bait-and-switch. The first batch of meat was okay, but every round after that was inedible, greasy fat. They take forever to serve you because they are too busy fighting with customers.
