Leo is fabulous. I have a safe I couldn't unlock. Everyone else quoted to come and drill the safe, rendering it useless, and charging me $150-$250. Leo said the safe would have originally come with a key to get around the electronic lock, given I have had the safe for a long time and multiple homes, I had forgotten about that. Leo at Lion Lock and Security is an excellent locksmith and I highly recommend him. We were evaluating smart locks on my door, and Leo knew of most of the models and quickly determined what would and would not work. We determined the keypad was the best solution going forward. We did not know where the source of power for the keypad was coming from...but Leo went through every corner of my house trying to find the source of power. And he did! After installing the keypad, there was a minor issue with the pad...he responded within one hour, came to my house, and fixed it immediately. We had a break-in before Christmas where the burglars kicked in our front door despite our deadlock bolt. We called Lion Security after 7pm on a weekday, and they were extremely prompt in coming over. They even beat the police by a few hours! They were able to place multiple higher end deadbolt locks and patch our front door so it would close. We felt secure with our 2 young kids sleeping in the house that night because of their excellent work. They even came back the next day to change out a lock on our patio door as promised.
