It did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic, made with such care and creativity it was like an artistic experience. Zach is really fun and personable and passionate about what he does. He makes each ingredient shine. Everything was so good it's hard to pick a favorite. Stand outs for me were the mussels and the venison. I had no idea venison could be so tender and the mussels were perfect. I'm very lactose intolerant and he had no problem making me delicious food that I could safely eat, including a strawberry crisp with nondairy "icecream". Just wonderful. In fact that describes our entire experience there.
