This place has everything, and I do mean everything. It's huge, so there's plenty of room for their outstanding selection of wines and spirits at every price point. If you like rare and hard-to-find scotch, bourbons, tequilas, you won't be disappointed here. While they stock plenty of mid-to-low range wines at nice prices, they've also got a cave with fine vintage bottles. They just enlarged their walk-in humidor to showcase a bigger variety of cigars, too. And the service is friendly and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to accommodate special orders and requests. What's not to like at Liquourama, unless you live far from remote Upland? If you do, you can make a day trip out of it by stocking up for the season, then stopping in Claremont for a pleasant lunch, or in Monterey Park for some great Chinese before heading back to the West Side. read more

Liquorama is to me as Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory is to fat kids. It has a staggering selection of every type of alcohol, from beer and hard liquor to wine and champagne (though admittedly i spend all my time in the beer section). The best part about it is that it brings in wonderful specialty brews from different regions. It has Bay Area IPA's like Racer 5, Pacific Northwest microbrews like Rogue Shakespeare Stout, and of course beer from the true king of beers--Stone Brewery. Last night I picked up Stone Smoked Porter, Stone Old Guardian Barleywine, Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar, Shakespeare Stout, and 24 PBR's just for kicks. There are only 2 negative things about Liquorama: It's hidden in a dark corner of a shitty stripmall and is difficult to see from the street, and the prices aren't that great. For beers like Rogue that can be difficult to find in Southern California the extra price is no big deal, but on more readily available beverages better prices can be found at grocery stores and Trader Joes. I think I'm going to get a Liquorama tattoo on my face. They deserve the valuable ad space that is my handsome face. read more

Beer selection is large, though probably 1/2 imports and about 1/4 California locals. Lots of fridged six packs but still many IPAs unrefrigerated. Found Bruery, Alesmith, Lost Coast Guard Left Coast, North Coast, Firestone Walker, Napa Smith, Big Sky, Heretic, Laughing Dog. Nothing I haven't seen before. The Best Company to order from! Ordered a wine I have been meaning to get. Ordered online. Found a 2014 vintage I had been looking for, that I had at a dinner party. Got call the next day from Liquorama, they were out of 2014, but had 2015 in stock. 2014 was rated higher, so I was very disappointed, and had them cut the order to 4 bottles so I could see if I like the 2015. This is a top notch company! I was treated very professionally by Liquorama. They waited for my decision, if I wanted to keep the order, without bugging me. When I decided to go with a reduced amount, I thought it was going to be a problem to get my money back, but it was no problem! They only charged me for the final order. One main reason I ordered from them, was they had a very reasonable delivery charge. I believe delivery to my door, was like $7. (?) Anyway, I said fine to the 4 bottles of wine on a Thursday late afternoon. The price was cheaper then the winery, and cheaper than other wholesalers. I could not believe the email on Friday saying the wine would be delivered on Saturday, I thought it was a mistake. Saturday morning 9 am, there was a delivery person at my door for a signature. I was in shock! I have no idea how they are able to give that kind of service. I am soo pleased with Liquorama, will not hesitate to order again. read more

Liquorama is like a wal mart of alcohol. If you have tried it before theres a good chance they carry it. The rows are designated by spirit and soooooooo many type of beer it will make your head spin. I had been looking for years in small liquor stores to large specialty stores and could not find a certain tequila that is just amazing but a little pricey. It comes in a hand blown glass bottle with little bat like creatures on the front. It's called Chamucos and is one of my favorite tequilas. Look for the big red letters though because the business is in the small corner but the store itself is huge. read more

Went in on Friday morning to buy some items for a graduation party. I have always loved this place but had never really talked to anyone. Had a question about a chocolate martini; the staff were very helpful in recommending Dorda with Chopin vodka. It is a really thick chocolate liquor that is amazing, I think around $25 for the bottle. They recommended pouring it over ice cream. read more

The store is hidden in the corner. It's a good little gem. They have a wide selection of liquor. Beer and craft beer. I always like trying new beers. And I like when there is a big choice. Kind of a mini bev mo vibe. As far as the 3 stars. Well that was just because of the lack of customer service. I walked in. This was my first time coming here. And I came here because the yelp reviews. I walked around for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Passing multiple employees. And not once was I greeted ,I didn't get a hello until I walked up to the register to pay. I may not look like the guy who deserved to be welcomed. But I have worked in customer service for a lot of years. And it does mean something to the people who come in for the most part. I'm sure I'll go here again because they have a lot of. We buy regularly on line to CT. We LOVE getting our delivery! The email for free shipping said the last day was Leap Day! We tried all weekend long - website was unavailable? Finally we went to .net and made our order. Said it couldn't deliver to our address. :( NO one answered when we called. I ordered a bottle of wine as a gift and delivery was a complete debacle and I ended up having to cancel. They seem to always have the same beers. They'll throw some seasonal beers here and there but i've been there like 5 times in the last year and i saw pretty much the same typical macro craft brew beers (stone, ballast point, lagunitas, etc). They have a small selection of imported craft beer. Pretty decent business but too unvarying. read more

I wrote a review and it somehow disappeared. Perhaps the lack of stars caused that to happen. The customer service is terrible here. Especially if you are a woman. The employees literally will say hello to male customers and ignore all women patrons. It is not discrete and very apparent. Is that some sort of branding or marketing ploy? It is so apparent and happens so often I had a few friends and family members mention their experiences as well so I decided to throw my review back up. During my last visit the lack of acknowledgment of a female customer was so obvious, I actually had another woman there turn to me and say "did I just image that or did that happen". If management is reading this, address the issue rather than delete this review. I know plenty of females who can drink their male counterparts under the table. Do not alienate that customer base. Mama is happier when she has her cocktail! Trust me! read more
