I've been going to li's massage for over 2 years, the massages have always been great but my recent experience last night was not good. After my massage I went up to the front to pay via Zelle, the masseuse was hovering over me as I put in my information and demanded I tip her; after I mentioned I was going to tip her in CASH. Because she was so adamant about tipping her I gave her $5 & she immediately gave me an ugly stare and it was clear she was mad. Little did she know I was originally going to give her $20, but she came off so demanding and rude that $5 was all she was getting out of me. At the end of the day tipping is OPTIONAL, therefore not mandatory. Customer service skills should be reviewed here and to be learned properly because what is a great massage with horrible customer service. read more

One of the best Thai massages I have ever gotten, and I use to (pre-COVID) get them once a month. The stretching and massage with a Thai style massage really works well for my sore and stiff muscles, and really needed one after over a year of lock downs now that I had my vaccination. The masseuse didn't just give a massage and call it Thai, she knew how to stretch and push to get a deep healing massage. She also cracked my back several times and really dug in where I was very tight. The only reason for now 5 stars is I prefer to be on a mat rather than a table for Thai massage, as it feels like you are going to fall off when you are twisted around, not a good feeling when getting a massage, BUT do not let this deter you, it really was a great massage. read more

Overall great experience, left the salon feeling brand new and relaxed. I went with my boyfriend and they paired us perfectly with the right masseuse for each of us. Hot stones were included with massage (I think all packages include them). So so good. There were a couple areas that needed extra attention and I didn't even need to tell them which was amazing. After recent work travel I was in need of some relief, but my therapist was out of town. I'd been to Li's several times over the years and found it to be reasonably priced and easy to schedule, so I called and got a same day appointment. I normally have female therapist, but my therapist today was Jeff. I was skeptical at first, but in my mind I was settling for "some relief" vs none. My massage was amazing!! I instantly felt relief. I could tell he was experienced and took his job seriously. I made sure to get a card with his name and plan to go back. Seriously glad I went and I definitely recommend Jeff! read more

I've been here multiple times and have always had a positive experience. It is a clean and quiet establishment with a simple decor that adds to the relaxing ambiance. I appreciate that they are open until 9:30 pm as quite a few other local places close early. I do always called ahead to make sure they can accommodate me, especially when I want to treat myself to a 90 minute massage. Usually they tell me to head over at whatever time is convenient for me but I definitely recommend making an appointment for a weekend visit or if you and a friend want massages at the same time. read more

I came out this week unfortunately without my wife, so I decided to treat myself to a massage, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. So much so that I have been back every day'! The first day I had Jenny for a 90 full body message and she really worked hard on me all over and I felt super relaxed and amazing afterwards. The next day I requested her again, however it was her day off, so I asked for someone equally as good and strong. Rose did not disappoint either. I'm actually writing this review before heading over there again. Their prices are very reasonable considering I've paid 2 to 2.5 times as much before at fancy spas or even on a cruise we were on and was so disappointed I had to ask for a refund. Not here! Large massage rooms. Relatively quiet. Downside: really uncomfortable face cradles on the tables. Had to turn my head to the side and rest my head on my hands to relieve pressure the points. I would leave a better review because the massage wasn't that bad (although incredibly painful at one point) but when I went to pay, she asked what I wanted to tip. I said $15 on a $90 service, she then scoffed at me and started laughing and very obviously talking poorly to me her coworkers.. as I was literally still standing there. She pointed to a sign that said 20%, I said okay no problem and she proceeded to charge my card for $20 tip, so more than 20%. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional for the sake of $3. Went to Li's twice, one week apart. Once for a 90 minute and once for a 120 minute full body massage. I found the first visit interesting in that my quads and my chest, abdomen were not touched?? Are these not part of a full body massage. They certainly are back home. Okay, I cut them some slack. Maybe she just ran out of time so next visit booked another appointment of 120 minutes duration. Got a different therapist. I did get an extra 30 minutes attention paid to my feet and hands but once again quads and chest were untouched. I am male, but with proper draping techniques, it is easy to avoid any undesired contact but Li's Massage solution seems to be avoid the area from shoulders to knees completely. Full body massage.....I think not. Add that to the annoying pressure for tips, I will NOT be back! read more
