The "acting manager" also came over to scold me for showing him my previous orders for the same drink at this store. I explained that I did so AFTER my order was paid to question the $2 price increase from the day prior. The acting manager refused to take responsibility for changing my order and blamed me for how the previous manager placed my drink order in store. I Either way, the acting manager should have asked the barista to remake the drink after the cashier explained that it was not what I ordered. The staff should bit accuse the customer of complaining to get a free drink (which did not happen). The price should have been adjusted and I should have been on my way in less than 10 minutes.
