This establishment is price gauging! I went there June 2nd for a pedicure & new set with a design on each ring finger. The pedicure was done by Michael he told me I had two pedi options #1 regular for $40 or #2spa for $50. I requested regular but when it came time to pay me told me it was $50 and that he did French manicure with gel polish. I removed the polish with acetone it is not "Gel" also spa pedi was to include wax, and exfoliation which was not done. Next his sister Lisa did my newset and when she finished she insisted she do my eyebrows.'she implied that it was a promotion and that I did not have to pay by the way she told me NO when I turned down the offer and walked me to the wax room. Anyways, we asked out the wax room I asked how much she said $95.00 for my new set & eyebrows! I paid $140.00 today folks for a pedicure and a new set with a design on the ring finger and & $10 for the eyebrows I was finagled into having done. I disputed over the price for 20min but they would know give me a price list, they would not give me a receipt and wanted a picture of my nails before I left! Also they have a pet duck that they let swim in their spa tubs which cute but unsanitary. read more

This place is good if you like fast service and don't care too much about the look of your nails. I came here to try this new place out, both Michael and Lisa were very friendly. Michael is a jokester and I liked that, but I don't like my nails being rushed. I had an appointment at 3pm and was out of there by 3:39....I wld have been happy if my polish would have been applied with a lot more care. I had polish all on my cuticles, paint job was just very sloppy, especially for $46 dollars for a fill...they also did not clean under my nails and to me that's a must when you have acrylics! Also there is a charge if you use a CC they want cash if possible. read more

I went in there as a walk in to get a polish change on my feet. Lisa appeared to be nice she changed the polish on my feet. I asked how much she said $25 I said wow that's a lot of money. She looked up and said I'm high I said yes extremely high she continued on with her lying saying gel is $25 regular is $15 I said to myself so she's going to overcharge me for a whole pedicure even though she only changed the color I went on to pay her. I noticed once I left she gave me a used Covid mask to use because when I took it off I noticed two knots on each end from the previous person adjusting it. I want i put this out there I love my shape and nails but my issue was I came in for a fill and end up paying 55 for a fill yes I got little diamond on two finger. My BIG issue was the next day I noticed all my nails with lifting the were a step from falling off I came in for them to fix it and the first thing she says is oh that's why you shouldn't get a fill I'm sorry you I can yesterday you're more than happy to my Fill never telling me to get a full set was better! She make it seem it's my fault for getting a fill. she was kind of mad and didn't make eye contact with me had her brother fix my fill who was like look at my nails and then they look OK they look OK when clearly they weren't. the worst $55 I've ever spent love my nails do not like that the second day they were lifting and do not like the fact that for a fill I had to come back to get them reapplied because they're falling off Oo yeah 8 days later a nail pop off mind you the set I had be for this lasted me more than a month sticking to my regular place don't waste you money read more

if i could put no stars i would. she took my fam and i (4 people) it was only her. i asked for a manicure, all she did was file and paint them. she charged me $40 for that. she also didn't switch her gloves after going to do my moms refill and didn't disinfect the desk. my aunt and cousin were getting pedicures and if my mom hadn't said anything she would've used the same gloves for my cousin and aunt. nor did she put plexiglass in between all of us. read more

I recently discovered Lisa's Nails..what a great experience! Not only do Michael and Lisa know their stuff, they are funny and sweet! They have only been open for 7 months so any reviews older than that do not pertain to them. There's a CASH only sign on the wall. Be sure to bring cash! Came to try this place out b/c they just opened and very close to home. Walked in and was welcome by Lisa and her brother Michael. Had a fill and a deluxe pedicure. Their deluxe pedicure was worth every penny with the hot stone and the wax dipping at the end. I like my nails short so Lisa took her time and did a great job. I didn't even get cut like I would at the previous nail shop I went to. Didn't know they only accept cash, so Lisa and her brother was nice enough to let me go get cash without any hassle. I am so happy that I found this place. I am new to the area and I looked on Yelp to find a new nail shop. I was greeted by Lisa and she did my nails. The shape was perfect and her turnaround process for everything was quick! No one likes to sit all day for nails and my nails were perfect! She is good at what she does! Perfection!!!! Next up on my pedicure was Michael. He is so funny and he does an amazing job!!!! When I tell you, he gave me one of the best pedicures ever and my regular polish lasted over two weeks with no chips and it looked just like gel! The massage was great and I was super relaxed after! I also got acrylic added to my two big toe nails as well to give me the perfect shape. During my initial visit, my nails were $45 with gel, pedicure was $25 + $10 for acrylic toe nails (which looked so natural, btw). Prices were similar to the going rate in the area. They are way!!! To expensive and they do not charge everyone the same price. Went in Saturday got a full set regular pedicure and eye brows I paid 110 !! My co worker was there as well full set pedicure plus she brought her granddaughter and she as well got her nails done and feet not a full set only charged her 70! I had high hopes for this place as it is very close to my house, new and clean. However I won't be going back here. First off you won't gain my business by taking bad about the nail shop I usually go to and from the moment I walked in all they did was talk bad about that shop and how everybody always comes to them to fix their mistakes. Next I was being told I needed a new set and she was already taking off my nails when my set was actually only 4 weeks old I was then pushed for a mood color which I did not want and said no however she did do the mood color without my knowledge and what I believed was so she coulf up charge the service itself. My normally coffin shaped nails had now all been taken off and I walked out with a set of extremely thick square nails with colors that I did not want nor did I ask for I was extremely upset and just wanted to get out of there as it took her over two hours to do this job upon paying I was charged $3 to use my Visa card which is actually illegal with visa, they can charge a small surcharge when you use your card as debit but can never charge when you use it as credit so I did make a complaint with Visa. Sadily I will not be going back there. read more
