I left and went to Fuller's instead. Every service bay there was full, yet they had multiple employees working on my vehicle at the same time and completed the job in just 35 minutes. The quality was excellent. I wish this business offered a faster option for customers who want something more than a basic wipe-down but less than a full detail. A 2 1/2-hour wait for a complete interior wipe-down and clean floor mats just isn't competitive.

Drove through this afternoon, after parking under that same tree AGAIN. NO effort whatsoever to clean and it showed. Drove around and explained that I'd just been through and it didn't come off. They just sent me through again. And obviously the car was still not clean. Third time NOT a charm. The gentleman who presented as the one in charge talked over me and mansplained a bunch of nonsense. Pretty much just refused to even try to scrub it off after I had suggested that it had worked the last time. Why not just TRY to make a customer happy? You'd definitely have gotten a good review if you had. Now I'll just find another car wash.
