I stopped in last week with my friend and our little ones. We both got the Brussels Sprout Hash weekend special, it was amazing! It came with plenty of toast and it had bits of bacon and melted cheese, it was delicious. The ambiance was very inviting definitely a great place to stop by with family, the service was quick and friendly.

Ordered DoorDash this morning. Food was delivered fast, packaged well and tasted great. Food was fresh and had a plentiful serving. Omelet was tasty with perfect touch of spice. Definitely want to give some other items a try!

This is our usual spot for breakfast when we visit Santa Rosa. The food is always on point. This time we both got sandwiches. I got a turkey and avocado sandwich on sourdough with a side of sweet potato fries. So good and fresh! The fries were crunchy just like I like them. My boyfriend got the BLT with regular potato fries. The ladies here are friendly and fun! It's very quaint and cozy place and always clean. The bathrooms are also very clean. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The prices are super reasonable.

I've been here quite a few times over the years since it's close to my home. It's definitely not my favorite, but it's serviceable for a quick, okay breakfast. The service is always quick and friends. It's standard diner set up, but always clean. The pancakes are probably the best item. My kids love the Mickey Mouse pancakes. The bacon is over crispy. Hash browns are bland.

My Sister Deborah took me to Lita's Cafe for breakfast. We've been there before but it had been a few years. The first thing I noticed was how quaint and welcoming you feel when you walk in. We were greeted by a very nice young lady with a nice and friendly smile named Diana. She showed us to our table and presented us with the menu. She asked if we wanted to start our morning with a breakfast beverage. We decided on having a mocha coffee. The selection on the menu was impressive! It wasn't an easy decision and it took me a moment to settle on the Lita's omelet and a glass of cranberry juice. Sis decided to try the Ortega Chile omelet with gluten-free toast l. The food arrived very quickly. The portion is a good size and everything was absolutely delicious, including our mochas! All in all, I am very glad we decided on Lita's and look forward to our next visit. As a side note, anytime the leftovers you bring home from the restaurant look and taste just as good the next day, is a blue ribbon winner!

Excellent service and great food! Homemade sopes were great! I will come back if the opportunity arises!

    Weekday special

Came in for breakfast during the week. Looks like they have a few regulars and the wait staff knew them by first name. I ordered their weekday special which came with two eggs, choice of protein, choice of bread, and home style fries or hash browns. Sometimes I just have a hankering for the classics breakfast plate. Everyone tasted well and I had no complaints. My husband ordered the loco moco. He said it was ok no thrills. Service was great and felt well attended too! Their menu had a lot of other good looking things.

Great family run business and good food with excellent service. My coffee cup was never empty. Quick service and nice employees gives this restaurant a very pleasant place to eat,and a warm feeling of a family establishment.

My wife and I had breakfast at Lita's Cafe today. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had the New York steak and eggs with country potatoes. The steak was very thin, underwhelming and over cooked. Not seasoned well. I'd give it a 2 out of 10. The breakfast burrito however was very good. 8 out of 10. The fresh tomato pico on the side was delicious! I'd go back for sure.

Great food, casual ambience with quick service. The waitress was constantly checking the table and refilling the coffee. Prices are reasonable.

I recommend making reservations. There were 4 of us on the patio and without reservations they said 1 hour on a Sunday at about 12:30 pm. We have two medium size dogs that were welcome outside. The outside seating is nice even at 80 degrees. I had the Ruben Pastrami. They make it. I loved the smokey flavor. There was plenty of pastrami. This is a must try! I added mustard which for me was perfect. My husband had the Chicken Kreplach dumplings. They had a soy, maybe miso, butter sauce with breaded fried onions like the ones I put on my green bean casserole which was a perfect complement. My girlfriend had the Veal & Shiitake Pelmeni sour cream & dill. Delicious and filling. I had a sip of the Orange Dream-sickle cocktail. I would like this for dessert. When I come back I'd like to have the Crispy Baby Artichokes. Thank you for such a memorable lunch!!!

When the food finally arrived, the chicken schnitzel was dry, overcooked, and tasted like it had spent far too long sunbathing under a heat lamp. Once our food was delivered, our waitress performed her most impressive trick of the afternoon: disappearing completely. My water ran out about 10 minutes into battling the Sahara schnitzel and was never refilled--which felt especially cruel considering that entrée required its own hydration plan. To give credit where it's due, the Crimson Revelry cocktail was absolutely delicious, and the fries were very good. Sadly, neither could rescue the rest of the experience. Between the painfully slow service, the vanishing waitress, and the schnitzel that left me both disappointed and dehydrated, I can't see myself ever going back. Grossman's? More like "Gross, man."

With all of the options around it is sometimes hard to pick a place to go on a Saturday morning. Jeffrey's is a charming, family friendly establishment that is attached to a small inn off Highway 12. Other inside is pretty small, but they do have some outdoor tables. The interior has some lovely art on the walls as well as positive phrases making you feel like you're home. The service is also great here, and I feel like I've seen the same folks working here for many years. My wife and I ordered two different Hashes to share. The Brussel Sprouts and Bacon Hash is fantastic, which has this blue cheese aioli that gives the dish so much flavor. The Brussel sprouts seem like they're steamed and then tossed in the hash with sautéed diced onions, bell peppers and bacon. The aioli is on the side, but just adding a little bit to each bite gives it so much extra. We also ordered the special of the day which was a Smoked Chicken and Butternut Squash Hash. It has some of the same elements of sautéed onions and bell peppers, but this was served with a cilantro aioli. This dish, while not as amazing at the other Hash, was still really good. My daughter ordered the Buttermilk pancakes (added blueberries to them) with sausage and eggs. She certainly enjoyed them!

Food: Needs work. Ordered the Eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were on point. Absolutely perfect. The champagne hollandaise was a fun twist but couldn't save the meal. The English muffin might have been hard track. It was paper thin and I had to saw through it. Ham had no flavor at all. I don't think it was ham. Maybe thin sliced and unseasoned pork but not ham. Worst part was the county potatoes. They came out slightly above room temperature and hard. They're parboiled then flash fried. Not a bad way to get crisp but I can only assume they do this ahead of the rush and then they sit in a container to be served. My wife ordered her's extra crispy and they come out much better. Coffee smelled and tasted like an ashtray. Overall, I wanted to like this place and the service itself is amazing, but the back of the house needs some work.

I ordered the huevos rancheros with both green and red salsa. The green salsa was okay, but I didn't care for the red, and the dish itself was bland and definitely needed some salt. My husband ordered a basic breakfast, which was fine but also needed more seasoning. The hash browns were probably the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, given all the hype, we expected more. We were surprised by the lemon / tangy flavor in the artichoke dip but really enjoyed it! We LOVED the mussels--this was a generous serving, and this was a great combination with the broth and sausage. The tagliatelle was clearly homemade and fresh, and the sauce was flavorful but light; the only thing I would change is the amount of peas / pea flavor. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy! Lastly, the bread pudding was literally baked fresh to the point where we almost couldn't order it. The staff told us it would be a bit of a wait, but when it took a little longer than expected, they continued to check in on us and whether we still wanted to wait. It was definitely worth it! It wasn't as sweet / cinnamon-y as other bread puddings that I've had, but was moist without being soggy and felt like a true homemade recipe. The ambiance was casual yet intimate, and despite being busy, didn't feel crowded or loud. We also appreciated that the wait staff didn't rush us out!
