Our brunch started off rough. The staff seemed discombobulated, but things seemed to work themselves out. The food was good, but was a bit bland. Their homemade hot sauce was very good! Our server was very attentive and kind. The restaurant is quite loud.

Cute cozy restaurant in Downtown Santa Rosa, came to the area to visit museums and grab a bite to eat before our adventure. Place was crowded when we arrived but we made a reservation with Open Table and got seated at our time. Everything is farm to table and you could tell. It was fresh and colorful didn't feel sleepy after eating. We went during brunch hours and tried the breakfast options. Enjoyed the service and the meals.

What a delightful lunch! I had a BLTA on gluten free bread with fries, and my friend had a half a sandwich with salad lunch special. I brought my little white Maltese service dog and he sat on the chair next to me. The service was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and they even brought my dog's food in a dog bowl. I'm sorry I did not take pics, but trust me, everything was excellent.

Good brunch spot in Santa Rosa. We were staying at the hotel nearby and looking for a quick breakfast before leaving for some wine tasting. We were lucky to be the first ones seated. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and my dining mate ordered the Santa Rosa omelette. They came out relatively quick and we were able to order, eat and pay within about 45 minutes. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good, the gravy was nice and thick and flavorful with a good amount of sausage pieces in it. The biscuits were solid but not too dense. Went well mixing it together with the over medium egg I got. The omelette was alright. It was a good size, a bit more than what my dining mate needed and we took a little under half with us to go. Good amount of filling that went well together. The breakfast while more expensive than the buffet at the hotel was so much better than how the hotel one looked.

A great, rustic American diner feel! You get the feeling of comfort without all the grease! Wonderful farm-to-table selections. Love how the menu describes every ingredient and where it comes from. (ie. not just "lettuce" but "Singing Frog Farms lettuce") Service was excellent from start to finish - with a smile, refilling your water or coffee, checking up on you from time to time. We ordered: Cream of Mushroom Soup: Fabulous, hearty and full of funghi flavor! I ate up my entire bowl so fast, it never had a chance to cool. Biscuits and Gravy: delicious plate of comfort food with the eggs cooked just exactly how it was requested, sunny side. Chicken Fried Chicken: When they say juicy and buttermilk, you have to have it! The chicken was juicy in the inside and the outside was crispy good! We ordered the gravy on the side and that made for a perfect dipping sauce. Let's talk about that fantastic gravy though! With the bits of sausage for flavor. Yum! Huevos Rancheros: so delicious with its homemade tortilla and the wonderful black beans. Eggs were also cooked exactly how they were ordered, medium. Freshly squeezed orange juice was served so beautifully in a jar glass and the orange slices. The strawberry mimosa, although very good, could have been served and prepped in a prettier way. Overall, I'd definitely return.

Went to Americana for my birthday brunch and was very excited for this experience. I had called numerous places looking for a bottomless mimosas option with flavors other than orange. When I called they confirmed they offer bottomless and that they have various flavor options and with the bottomless option you can switch between flavors. My family and I went on my birthday (a Saturday) and three of us ordered bottomless mimosas with our meals (two people didn't order any mimosas and did not drink any). When we ordered, we were not informed of any sort of limit (quantity or time limit). The flavors were delicious so I did appreciate that and the food was also very tasty. I appreciate the farm to table aspect and that they had gluten free options as my dad is celiac. He really enjoyed his waffle! My biggest disappointment is that when I was almost finished with my meal I ordered another mimosa to drink as we finished up and paid the bill and I was informed they normally only allow 4-5 mimosas. That would be perfectly fine if they didn't call it "bottomless." Our party was not loud or obnoxious, they just have a limit to the number of mimosas they allow. We were also waited on by three different people. The service was okay overall but when Amera was helping us out, the service was definitely better. I'd go here again for breakfast but definitely wouldn't order the bottomless mimosas or choose to celebrate my birthday here again.

California Eggs Benedict and "Deal of the Week" pancake
    Emi E.

Came here for the first time and loved it! We got the California eggs benedict with hash browns and the "Deal of the Week" which was a single pancake (+all the toppings) and choice of meat. The cider maple syrup and fresh whipped cream were delicious. Reasonable prices for the area and service was attentive. The restaurant was so warm and sunny for a morning brunch, would go back again!

The taste is fine, but I was not "wowed" for the price point. My friend and I ordered 2 breakfast items mine was the combo breakfast ( one egg, one small chicken sausage & waffle with fruit) for $23.50 and hers was the Santa Rosa omelette which was 25.50 , the server asked her if she wanted toast or a biscuit and she elected to have a biscuit which was an addition $3. The food was fine but we each had black coffee and paid $67 before a tip. The service was great but be prepared to pay for the "farm to table" ingredients.

This is my 3rd visit and it keeps getting better with each visit. Great ambiance with lots of beautiful tropical plants, good service and great food. The patty melt was excellent as was the grilled chicken sandwich.

    Chilaquiles
    Paige L.

This place is extremely overpriced. We got the chilaquiles and they were not good. Didn't have any flavor at all which was so disappointing. Apparently they offered green sauce and we tried it and it was SO much better! We also got the gluten free waffle and WOW! Seriously one of the best waffles I've ever had and made up for the chilaquiles being so underwhelming. The service was just okay....all of our food came out at different times. From the time we got our first plate of food to our last plate was a 20 minute difference! Not cool or acceptable. Overall, this place is in a good location in a cute building but their food is just extremely mid. Everyone else also just thought their food was okay as well. Maybe they just had an off day but just kind of disappointing.

We arrived on a Saturday morning and there was a wait. After we got sat, our friendly server came by. She was very personable and attentive. My son had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with Onion Rings. He loved it all. My husband had the Crispy Huevos Ranchero and I had the Sonoma Omelette. Portions were good and everything was fresh. I was happy they offered gluten free bread and source from local farms. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

I loved our server. I told him I was vegan and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and how things are cooked. I ordered the chilaquiles verdes and a chai. I wanted fries but he said something about the fries being cooked in beef oil or something. So I could not have that. The place is clean and looks like there is plenty of space. They have their own parking lot. I just wish they had more vegan options.

Refillable coffee, really good coffee from Santa Rosa Coffee brewer and they were great about refills

Saw that this brunch restaurant was listed as one of the best in Santa Rosa and I agree with Sonoma Magazine! We went on a quieter Wednesday at brunch time and were seated quickly, and the host was really friendly and helpful. Ordered refillable drip coffee, and it was delicious! We shared the Biscuits and gravy, homemade sourdough toast, and home fries and wow, really fresh tasting, yummy, really worth it! Are it up and forgot to take more pics! Lastly, space was cozy and is inside a very cool space with plenty of seating. Check it out!

All in all, good food, quick service, usual pricing (we paid $40 or so for our meals).

We had also tried Grossman's Noshery & Bar from the same restaurant group and were happy with the food there. I also heard good things about their other restaurants, so it should not have been a surprise that we were also impressed with the food here. Food is served tapas style and honestly, all the dishes sound appetizing. On this visit, we tried a few dishes. I wish I came with a more empty stomach to try more things. We ordered their crispy maitake mushrooms, steamed local black cod, and grilled house-made lamb sausage. Everything was delicious! The crispy maitake mushrooms came with a fish sauce which gave a nice brightening note to eat with fried food. Lemon was also fried with them to help cut any grease, so overall this dish did not feel oily or heavy. The steamed local black cod's ginger scallion oil surprisingly paired very well with the black truffle pesto. It had an earthy flavor profile that was brightened by the ginger. The cod was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms soaked up all of that saucy goodness. I loved this dish! The grilled house-made lamb sausage was Thai inspired and you could definitely taste the spices in the sausage. I actually would've liked more of the tamarind BBQ sauce and basil salad on this dish to help counter the lamb's spiciness a bit, but I enjoyed the dish. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and came out quickly. The restaurant is housed in what looks like a historic house, so it was a very cozy environment. We were surprised by the lemon / tangy flavor in the artichoke dip but really enjoyed it! We LOVED the mussels--this was a generous serving, and this was a great combination with the broth and sausage. The tagliatelle was clearly homemade and fresh, and the sauce was flavorful but light; the only thing I would change is the amount of peas / pea flavor. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy!
