Damn, they just priced me out. I was perfectly fine with the veggie burger they offered which cost $4.50. I show up a couple days ago and they replaced the veggie burger with a Beyond burger at 7 bucks. 50% price increase and still the same size! And it's even two bucks more than a regular burger. There was nothing wrong with the veggie burger before, and, honestly, the Beyond burger is weirdly gross. This somehow reminds me of when New Coke was introduced, and what a flop that was. Location/Parking: They are located in Progress Ridge with a lot of other stores, restaurants and Big Al's across the street. I have never had to struggle to find parking, if anything more so having to walk to my destination which isn't that bad on a sunny day. Service: The management team did a fabulous job on training the team. You can easily tell that it was a group of young individuals working but they were prompted and knew their stuff. The cashier even repeated the order and asked if we wanted water cups without asking which I can never recall having been asked that. Food: Their burgers are small, so don't come on an empty stomach or else you'll leave hungry. I'm personally not a fan of it because $6 for basically what should be called a slider seems expensive. Just ordered some truffle fries and they were B O M B. We loved them! Their fries were a lot more truffle-y than other places and it was just amazing. Very good portion sizes too and at a great price. Only three bucks a portion considering truffles are a premium thing. I just love the truffle oil they use. Wish I could buy it from them! I have yet to try their burgers and they did have a beyond burger which I will need to try sometime. EDIT: I tried their Beyond Burger and it was AMAZING. I loved it! This is somewhere between that 3-4 star range. A perfect sized burger that fills you up without feeling like you over ate. Fries are always a must have. Progress Ridge is definitely one of the better locations. Most of the time you're guaranteed a perfect burger, however, there are those one offs where the bun is just soggy from over seasoning. read more

They are little burgers and while I would like the price to be less it's pretty on par with what you are getting in the fresh beef and ingredients. Even though the concept of cooking them for the most part to order is kind of cool there are a lot of inefficiencies. For example there really is no need to freshly cook bacon if you're going to serve that much of it. I can live with precooked bacon. Also since the burgers are thicker they take a little longer. When it gets a little to busy though they might end up a little more under than you're comfortable. I love the truffle fries. You get a ton of them and they are a certain kind of special you can shove in your face by the handful. I might suggest to look around before you order. If you're looking for a no frills burger place then this is the restaurant you're looking for. While the menu is small, you won't have any trouble ordering the burger that you want. The patties are 1/4 pound but for a couple of dollars more, you can have 2 patties. I got the cheeseburger with Tillamook cheddar and the burger came out hot and juicy. The truffle fries are really good as well and even though they come in what would be considered a small package, they give you a lot of fries that can be easily find something for everyone. We went in around 6:00pm on a Monday to find 5 guys behind the counter (and no-one waiting). They saw us but made absolutely no effort to acknowledge us or even point to the self service ordering screen. There were limited options on the screen. On the wall was a gluten-fee available sign but no way to get any information about it. The staff simply refused to engage. The cooking area was filthy - to the extent there were fries all over the cooking area floor, which these staff were just ignoring and walking through. I understand contactless ordering during the pandemic, but not the total disregard of customers and your own workspace. Oh Little Big Burger, I finally try this place out after hearing about it when graduating school then when it came to Eugene. For Saturday at 1pm, there was no line which was great and a simple menu so I would think lines would go fast. Large seating area and a small but long counter for ordering, four employees with one of them taking orders. Anyway, I got a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and truffle fries. I did see that extra toppings were available for a charge and beer as well. I wasn't sure how the order was going to come out (on a tray or brown bag) so just took a seat and waited. While waiting I realized that there was no line because everyone was waiting for their food. About 4 or 5 orders ahead of mine and when I got my order the burger was small, I would say more like one slider and the bun was cold (though it started to get warm as I continue to eat the burger). I couldn't taste the cheese and mostly tasted the ketchup from the bottom bun. The truffle fries are what I kept hearing about and I honestly tasted the truffle in the beginning then it just seemed like salty fries. I did like how thin they were and just the right portion for the little burger. As I continue to eat the fries on and off with their fry sauce, I wish I got a drink as it was getting salty. The fry sauce is thousand island dressing and compliments the fries. Not too over powering. A plus was the music playing, it was early 2000's hip hop of Snoop Dog and Fat Joe. It brought back memories and had me stay in the restaurant a little longer as I ate my meal slowly. Today I put in an online order and our food was not ready until just over 30 minutes AFTER the app said the food would be ready. So from the time I put in the order it took about 50 minutes to cook 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. This also wasn't during the dinner or lunch rush either. This isn't the first time this has happened too. This has happened the last 2-3 times I've been there where it took well over 30 Minutes to receive my food. Somehow I keep going back because I love LBB and it's down the street from me, but I continue to get bad service every time I go. I feel for the staff there, as they all seem overworked and stressed out. Every time I go in customers seem to be pissed off with the wait time.
