I came on a Thursday night around 6 PM. There was no customers in the restaurant so I was taken care of right away. All of the workers at the front were very friendly. They ask what you want then bring you down the bar and have you chose everything you want. I got a bowl with steak and lots of veggies and toppings. The employee that was assisting me was super generous with the portions he gave me. The food itself was good. The steak was a little dry and not very well flavored. But the rice was well cooked and the other items were fresh. All in all, an ok fast meal option.

I have a hard time leaving bad reviews but we were on a road trip home and wanted to stop for something quick but not totally fast food so we stopped at little boomers the town is cute that it is in, and maybe we just got their on their off day but it ws packed so we had hope. I got their chicken quesadilla, my dad and step mom got a brisket burrito. my quesadilla came a lot later than theirs and the cheese had a weird texture not your normal melted cheese, it was full of grease and just didn't taste right, i had 4 bites before calling it quits on it. i didn't even touch the chips, im sure they were fine but my appetite was gone. the burritos seemed fine, they are huge so definitely worth the price but so big that it was hard to eat and just fell out so quickly. There was a lot of fat left on the meat as well so once they saw that it kinda ruined it for them too. Its definitely a college town so i guess when i was in college i liked that kind of food too. They were nice there so i give them that and had tons of options, maybe i just ordered the wrong thing.

Rudest server my family experienced in years.

Food was fine and two pleasant servers; however, the one male server was so rude and clearly annoyed ruined our experience. His disposition was the same for my family (including three young children) along with a delivery person and the customer after us. No idea how a manager could allow this person to stay at work who behaves this way. We will not return.

Was craving Mexico lunch on our way through town. Found this burrito bar and loved it. I'm from California, and it's rare to find a good authentic Mexican taqueria type place that is not a chain that is also good. Super friendly staff. Choose from burritos, to bowls etc. and build what you want. Fresh and tasty. Exactly what we were looking for so well worth the short drive off the Interstate. Plus the super cool Main Street of Corning is fantastic. Lots of fun places. No salsa bar here, but maybe that is result of lingering COVID fears? And chips are way salty. Otherwise, highly suggest this hip, energetic place.

One the best damn burritos I've ever had. An unexpected gem in the middle of the Southern Tier. Great service too!

This is a Chipotle style build your own burrito bar. I got the order I usually get at Chipotle a bowl with rice, black beans, fajita veggies, mild and hot salsa, corn salad and guac. It was fine and well priced. I like the customizable menu as it is good for people with dietary restrictions. It wasn't any better or worse than chipotle but I'd prefer to support a small business like this. I liked the guac here better but I thought the veggies were worse. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here but a fine place for a quick meal.

Cute joint in Corning. First time in this town and wanted to try as much as I could. This was what my friends wanted to try so we went in and it was basically like a small town chipotle. I have to admit everything tasted more fresh, but the flavors were not as well developed or rich as chipotle. You do get a bigger portion for the same price. Service was quick and friendly. The venue was clean. It was pretty busy, plenty of empty tables too though. For a town with no chipotle, this would definitely be plenty and enough to hold me over till I found one.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised with this place! The place isn't Chipotle, but I didn't expect it to be. I got standard ground beef tacos, and everything was super delicious! I love that there was a side of chips - that's something you don't get for free elsewhere. I didn't know this or else I probably would have ordered a side of salsa. Next time!! A great lunch option in the area!!!

Similar to the burrito chains but with a local feel. Enjoyed a delicious burrito bowl with chips n salsa. More tasty than the chains and the hot salsa was actually hot... And delicious. I recommend it if you can take the heat!

Very similar to a chipotle and qdoba, but with a very nice small town feel to it. Everything was very fresh and tasted wonderful. I had the pulled pork burrito with just about everything you can imagine on it that they had to offer. The hottest hot sauce was delicious! My burrito was stuffed and I couldn't even finish it. I wasn't a huge fan of the corn salsa because it wasn't what I was expecting. The person I was with had the ground beef quesadilla and I tried it and it was phenomenal. The woman working was the mother of the owners and she was super friendly and helpful. She suggested the beef to my friend and it was a great suggestion. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable and I would definitely recommend it and go back.

Every time I lament the fact I spent money to eat there... I had read that this was a good one on the 'Where Syracuse Eats' Facebook page, which can be a pit of snakes at times. I decided to bookmark it, as a 'just in case' I was ever passing through Waterloo. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when my mom and I walked in around 5:30-5:45 p.m. and not a soul was in the place. Apparently, people in Waterloo eat dinner around 6 p.m. so the place was popping as we were eating and then leaving. My mom is a vegetarian so we shared the vegetarian combo D plate. I ate the tostaguac and she had the enchilada, and we shared the rice. I normally find the rice at Mexican restaurants to be underwhelming, even at my favorite spot in Detroit. This was delicious and I ate it! (There may have been some debate on who should get the last few bites of rice!) I also ordered a side of their hot salsa. I think this was $2 but it was so good and so worth it. The regular salsa was fine but not spicy at all. Service was fast once we decided what to order. No pictures because I was too excited by an actual Mexican place within a reasonable distance from me! Skip the places in Syracuse and come to La Fiesta Brava!

The new space feels like a nice refresh, but they've kept what people love about it. The Ranchero sauce is a standout--really flavorful and easily my favorite thing on the menu. I also really enjoyed the bartenders working this past Tuesday. Overall, it's become a reliable go-to spot in town for a quick, satisfying meal, and I'm glad to see it continuing to improve in the new location.
