Everytime I go I always have to leave and so do many other customers. Why? There is never any hot and ready pizzas available. The only thing available is crazy bread. Yes it's cheap and for being cheap it's good, but it's not worth the 20-30 min wait time for 1 pizza. I'm doing this update a little late. Last Friday, I called in an order for pick up from my house. I was told that my order would be in ready in ten to fifteen minutes. After waiting about ten minutes to leave my house, I took the ten minute drive to Little Caesars. After waiting another five minutes (that's a conservative estimation) in line, I was told that my order wasn't even in the oven yet. This is the second time this has happened to me. (The first time, my order was taken over the phone but no employee could find the ticket for it when I showed up.) I don't mind a moderate wait if a place is busy, but I DO mind being told that my order would be ready at a certain time only to find that it hasn't even been prepared. The stars are for the very professional, very polite young man behind the counter. Do better. read more

The pizzas are always good here, but the 2-stars are for the wait. It is NEVER "hot & ready" at this location. You always have to order your pizza and then wait for them to make it. In Victorville you walk in and get your pizza and leave. read more

Went in a few days ago and I knew there would be a wait time because it was full in there. Cashier was super nice. Let me know it would be a wait and the whole time I was there she kept me updated. There was some sort of mistake and she let me know, after I received my food the gave me an order of wings for the extra wait time. I didn't get her name but the was so happy and nice, she has really bright red hair. She brings really good vibes to this place. Hope to continue seeing her there. read more

Im very impressed with the service and pizza! I went to little Caesars during lunch rush hours and honestly at first I turned around, do to the experiences I have had before. But I went back because I had only a few bucks to feed a house full of kids. And I'm glad I went back because the workers there were very nice and working hard. this location is usually under staffed the majority of the time and has a hard time keeping up with orders but the employees are overall polite,also my pizza wash fresh and hot out the oven I don't really like little Cesars but it was pretty good fresh and not sitting in the hot and ready box read more

This is the third tone I came to visit family and friends here and we came to pick up a few hot and ready and they had no hot and ready pizza available (apparently they don't anticipate customers in Friday and Saturdays and don't make pizza until you order even though they advertise hot and ready )! I can't believe no one has reviewed this place....it's not bad...it's excellent for people who are on a budget...I love their Deep Dish Pizza...the basic pizza is good too...especially if you order it "heart attack" style.. they just add melted garlic butter with parmesan...YUM...and you can't beat their bread sticks..1.99 for a pack of 6... all buttery and garlicky also....service is fair and with a smile...the only downfall I see is the place is tiny and gets packed quick read more

I should've known what to expect based on the reviews. Called in an order with crazy bread, then had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store because they were out of crazy bread. Then come to find out it wasn't even cooked. Totally doughy. So we just threw it out. I don't know what they were doing for that extra 10 minutes, because they sure weren't cooking crazy bread. When we got the pizzas home we had to re-cut them ourselves because they weren't cut through (not even close). And, based on the shapes of the slices, they apparently cut them with their eyes closed. I have got a pizza here a couple weeks ago before 11:00pm. I came in at 10:30 for two hot-n-ready to go...i walk in, door not locked. Employee approaches me aggressively and says "WE CLOSED YOU NEED TO GET OUT". I say you cant sell me those two pizzas sittin in the heater. She "NOO GET OUT!" Even though the "OPEN" sign was on, the door was still locked. But that is not what this is about. After ordering, I sat in the one and only chair and watched a male and a female make the pizzas. Neither were wearing gloves, hair nets, etc. The male wiped his hands on his pants and went back to the food.
