Place is a joke. Place an order for 5:15 pick up, sit here for 30 minutes because they can't make it on time.

I went inside and didn't get the code right at first, so I asked for help. The employee asked for my name, I gave him my full name, and then he still asked for the code. I said, "I'm pretty sure it's 145." He asked again, I repeated it, and he laughed saying, "No, you're so close." I even offered to go get my phone from the car if needed. I completely understand not giving me the pizza without the correct code, that part is fine. What bothered me was the way the situation was handled. The interaction felt very unprofessional the entire time, and honestly the employee seemed like he might have been stoned during his shift based on the way he was acting and talking. I ended up going back outside, getting my phone, and entering the correct code myself. As I was walking out with my pizza, the employee started asking everybody standing in the lobby, "Did he get his pizza? Did it work?" which honestly just felt unnecessary and embarrassing. The employee told me his name was Carlos, although the way he chuckled while saying it made me unsure if that was even his real name. I've worked fast food before, and I know customer service matters. To top it off, the pretzel pizza I ordered was absolutely covered in salt. One of my worst experiences at Little Caesars. read more

The food was mid at best. Very bland, boring and basic. The service was interesting. Only one person seemed to be working the counter and she didn't seem like she knew how to count peoples change which is embarrassing. Also, we ordered wings and they were not cooked all the way. Salmonella is entering the chat. I want to share our experience on Friday, April 1st, at the Barstow location. We walked into the location, and a girl rudely greeted us. When we got home, our breadsticks were barely cut and we were able to lift one round piece of bread. The pizzas had minimal pepperonis and sauce and were cut into odd pieces. This will be my first and last time going to this place. I was dissatisfied with the pizza and Crazy bread. They both sucked....waste of my money. On a regular pizza, cheese is spread all over the pizza. Not on this one....I could still see the dry ass dough on top of the pizza. I'm like, "where is the cheese"? On top of that they gave me the wrong type of crust. And the Crazy bread was flat as hell, like it was missing something.......like maybe the yeast! The pizza isn't always good, they take forever to make your order and that's usually why I order ahead on the app but recently I've been having a hard time even doing that due to their app not working. I got two pepperonis and one chese pizza they had a weird taste to it. The service always sucks when we go there. Like always, good price but the girls never wear gloves while making the pizzas even when wearing nail polish. uniforms always super dirty with no aprons and shirt untucked.
