They are always closed earlier than their published hours. Yelp says 10, Google says 9, yet they're closed at 8:30. I'm tired of giving LC a try, it's off my list. read more

I tried to call to remedy issues with a person- but no one would answer the phone. Ordered online in hopes it would speed up the process- got to the store and they couldn't find my order- so I showed email confirmation, then told me to pull around and they'd bring it out to me. Van full of kids wanting a quick dinner option. 40 minutes later I went in to find out what was taking so long- they forgot I was out there and said they weren't allowed to walk out online orders...? What!? AND- get home and the pizza was wrong- so my 2 cheese-only kids had nothing to eat (picking the pepperoni off is not an option in their minds). Absolute worst experience. Unfortunately not the first either. Supposed to be fast, but slower and only slightly cheaper than close by competitors so there is no reason to go there. read more

They have little kids working by themselves having more than 5 cars parked outside waiting for their meal. After 12 minutes waiting I go inside the store to only find my food sitting in the counter and the kids were laughing out loud and chit chatting and I said "there's people waiting outside for their food" and they laughed and said they new. There should be an Adult manager keeping an eye in this store it's ridiculous. read more

Ordered online and Little Caesars provided a specified range of time. Showed up on the back end of that time and not hot, nor ready. Not the only time this has happened and why we took to SM to say something. Look, I get it, this is a tough time for restaurants to get people in place, but it would be wise to forecast online delivers to meet a more accurate pick up time. Typically when we patronize this store there no leadership. Can't place the blame on kids. read more

This is for the Little Caesars at 6001 Pleasant Colony Ct SUITE 101, Crestwood, KY 40014. Tuesday, October 24 around 7:30 p.m. I go in and got my order. I asked the young man if it had the crazy sauce in the box but he was walking away and i assumed he didn't hear me. I waited a couple of minutes and looked in the box as well. No one was coming out to help me. I didn't want the order to get cold waiting for sauce so I went behind the counter to the side area and waved to get the young man's attention. He was sitting down out of sight playing on his phone. He got up and was saying something that I couldn't hear. He got my sauce and I told him that sorry, I didn't hear what he was saying. He then told me that I wasn't supposed to come around the counter to the back and that I didn't own the store. He was mad apparently. I was stunned that an employee talked to a customer that way. I was so shocked that I blurted out, "What did you just say to me?" and he doubled down. I told him he doesn't talk to customers that way and that he needs customer service training etc. He told me he didn't care. I pointed out that I wouldn't have to come to the back area if he wasn't playing on his phone. He then said that it wasn't his job (to get sauce, work the front?). I asked for a manager and it turned out it was HIM! His name is Caleb and boy let me tell you that kid should never be the face of a company. He really needs training on how to be tactful in certain situations. I'm not saying that I should be allowed to go in the back - I'm saying that if he didn't like it he can tell me in a more respectful way and then we could discuss why I did it. Normally the kids are great at this location. Caleb looks like he's maybe 19. They certainly need adults working there and not kids. read more

Ordered thru the Little Caesars' app. They now use DoorDash for delivery. Received my order and it was missing 2 items. The DoorDasher looked at me as of this was my fault and could not help. I called the store and the manager, John, was beyond rude. My only options for their failure was to come get my order or call DoorDash and then he hung up on me when I said neither of those options were acceptable and asked for his help in fixing the problem. So, I spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting to get resolution from DoorDash who could not even guarantee me a full refund since they did deliver part of the order--only the crazy bread with NO pizza. Not even a meal?! This has been a complete failure on Little Caesars' behalf. I have no dinner nor a refund and all I received was a crappy attitude from John and the phone rep and no one who actually cared about customers. read more

Ordered food online, went to pick up. Normally they are pretty quick. Took awhile to get assistance as the people were talking inside. Then when I got taken care of it went fast. Half the order was wrong. That was frustrating and when I called to complain. They didn't really apologize it was just we will put your name down and come get a different one. Every time I go to these Little Caesars something is wrong with my order like just now I went there waited 30 minutes for them to bring it out they never did and I go in complaining turns out it's in the back on a table and I ask on long it's been done and they say "not that long" and I open it up and it's soggy. Another time I order ahead of time 10-15 minutes early and I get there go in they say it'll be a few minutes and I wait in my car another dude walks in and leaves with "his" food comes back a few minutes later then leaves again with is actually food turns out they have my order to him. Another time I order I got the pizza and there was so much sauce in the center is was clued to the box. The worst Little Caesar's place alive they seriously need new people don't go here going to a different one my be longer but it's better than getting your order wrong every time. read more

I placed a $65 order through door dash at 950. At 1045 I call the store. The nice employee who answered, said a dasher was just assigned and was to far away to get there by close. I explained I was having a kids slumber party and he was very nice and apologetic and asked if I had a way to still cancel on door dash. I could and did cancel the order. I asked him if he had seen the order and had my phone number and he didn't think to call and see why it was picked up and he said it was completed over 45 minutes ago. He said he "seen it sitting there just a few minutes ago-and was like wow that pizza had been there a while." I told him I'm glad I cancelled because it would have been cold. He said since I told him I was just 9 minutes away, to just come get it for no charge, they were closing in just a few minutes so it would been thrown away anyway. Now I jump and get dressed, I'm speeding trying to get there, I see in my gps I would be arriving at 11:04, so I call again to let them know I'm 4 minutes away and the "manager-Tobby" that answers said sorry we will be closed by then. (4 minutes past closing) I said well you can literally set the pizza outside in the cold, they are cold anyway, and he says, no you'll have to pay. I explained that the guy who answered the phone said I could have them and he said he was "the manager and that guy was just an employee so I had to pay. He said I cancelled with door dash and owed the money." Now yes, his rude attitude prompted me to say some some cuss words and I included how can you charge me for hour old pizza when you're closing and you're employee said I could have it and you can't even discount it. He said "nope" and hung up. I went to the store and of course he ignored me knocking while just looking down staring at the register, and finally opened the door. I told him his employee said it was free and how was he not going even offer it discounted. He swore he never heard me ask it to be discounted and he only heard me cuss. The manager is a prick and I feel sorry for his staff. His "employee " who he should stand behind his promise, even if he shouldn't have offered to give it to me had far more customer service than he did. I am upset at myself for getting so upset and cussing but I'm in customer service and the fact of the matter was, the moment he answered-he said we would be closed and immediately was not even try to take care of me. He was rude and he could have easily said, "look, I'm sorry but we will have to charge you but since the pizza is an hour old I'll dis punt it for you." He didn't even want to wait the 4 minutes passed closing to even let me get it regardless. I have never in my life given the crappy service he game cause I would have a job.
