I wished I could give this place zero stars. I would like first state she quite rude and definitely should not in the field of customer service. I order two large crazy crusted pizza and Italian cheese bread and a 20oz soda and it was for delivery and cost me $61 dollars and they forgot the crazy crusted dust and the bread sticks were extremely hard and cold and dry and the cheese was overcooked and extremely hard and I had to throw it away. Plus they put mushrooms on both pizza and my husband is allergic to mushrooms.Called the store and the young lady that answered the phone stated that they messed on my order and had to remake it and so I'm guessing when they remade it to be stuffed crust they forgot the crazy dust crust. They could remake but I would have come get it. I told I would just take a refund and she stated I had call and talk to the general manager today which I did and the general manager said I need to send pictures to basically prove I wasn't lying and never apologized or anything to make me feel better and I was in the middle of talking and she hung up on me. I paid way too much money not to get what I paid for as well as be treated so poorly. Something needs to be done this is unacceptable. read more

Hot and ready... slow and steady! Waited 10 mins for a cheese pizza and I got there hours after they had been open

Note sure how this place stays in business. Honestly, every time I have been I have had a bad experience. Most recently, I ordered 4 Lunch pizzas and a Crazy bread using the mobile app. I drove to the place and waiting for my confirmation code. After it was past time to get the code, I went in and asked about the order. They said it was ready a while ago. I asked why they never sent me a notice that it was ready. They said that the order would not fit in their lockers. I asked why they would not send a code why it was ready. They looked at me with a blank stare. Ugg... Here's the breakdown: 1.5/2 for Pizza 0.5/2 for Customer Service 0.5/1 for Consistent Hot-N-Ready Pizza An Overall 2.5 Star Experience, but I'll up it to 3 Stars for generosity. Little Caesar's Pizza of Dumfries left something to be desired. Honestly this is my go to for pizza in the area. I've had Boli's and Papa John's. Both of those places don't deserve the name "Pizza" in their title. So the pizza at Little Caesar's is probably the gold standard for the Dumfries Area. Although this Little Caesar's does come with it's caveats, of which includes mediocre (at best) customer service, an occasional dried up pizza, and, at most, one "Hot & Ready" Pizza. I could pass off two of these flaws as "I'm paying $5 for pizza and service", but why can't I leave with at least two pizzas that are "(Hot &) READY"? I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for them to make the pizzas. Well, on the bright side, at least I know they're "Hot". I would recommend this place to those knowing the value of the pizza they're getting and want edible, decent pizza from only in the Route 1 Dumfries Area. read more

I ordered three pizzas and only received two of them. They also forgot the ranch that I ordered. When I called the store to get my pizza or a refund the guy on the phone was very rude. I know it's a pizza place, but basic respect is required wherever. The supervisor would not send the last pizza out and would only give a partial refund. I will not come back and I am telling everyone I know to stay away. I can buy a frozen pizza that probably tastes better and I won't have to be disrespected to eat it. So I get in and order a #1 cheese pizza combo and wings. Pretty straight forward order I assume. Cashier rings it up wrong, takes my card and recharges it correctly. Short and sweet... this is the best Little Caesars Pizza I have ever been too. Obviously this location is new, you can tell by how clean it is. The staff was all teenagers, which I don't mind because they were all working and appeared pleasant and professional. They didn't have any pizza's ready and waiting when we arrived, but we had a cheese and pepperoni pizza hot and in our hands after about an 8 minute wait. read more

Great value if you're needing pizzas for parties or other festivities. Pizza is pretty good as well as the other items on the menu. Service was pretty fast compared to other pizza places. Not bad, but if you're looking for something that tastes delicious I'd suggest going elsewhere to be honest. read more

What you'd expect from a Little Caesar's. Order was prepared well, correctly, fast. Sales associate was friendly and helpful.

They never have all meat hot and ready, I asked over phone to see if they have hot and ready and they say yes but they don't.

The cleanest and best tasting Little Caesars around. I dont know how they get the dough to taste so good. This location also does a lot for the local community. They sponsor football games and the local veteran chapter. I love a business that gives back. Get the crazy bread! read more

Speed and service can't be beat here. You can feed a big crew of hungry kids in a heartbeat for minimal money. The pizzas are hot and ready when you arrive (I'm talking about the $5 pizzas here). Only thing keeping me from giving them a "5"--- there have been a few times where the pizzas were a bit 'well done'. The cheese was borderline burned. This is the exception, not the rule. The always hot and ready $5 large pizza (cheese or peperoni only) was indeed available at 830pm on a Sunday (3/18). Its big enough to feed a family of 3 or 4. The whole point to little caesars pizza is to be able to walk in, order your pizza, and walk out in about five minutes... as the pizzas are already made and waiting for purchase. I ordered two Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni (supposedly on the hot and ready menu) and an Extra Most Bestest Hawaiian. Had to wait fifteen minutes for the Hawaiian to be made and after it was made and put to the side THEN the two pepperoni pizzas were put into the oven. In the mean time I am watching people come in, place orders, get their pizzas and leave. When I mentioned this to the people working there, no one seemed to care. Here's the deal: your employees need to get their heads out of their backsides. If I want to wait twenty minutes for a pizza I will go somewhere where the pizza tastes much better. read more

This location has the best service I've ever had at a Little Caesars. Brandy was great! We had a very short wait, but Brandy made sure it was worth the wait. It was closing time but instead of giving us the old pizza that had been sitting there a while, a short wait ensured we had a piping hot pie. The cheezy bread here is my favorite! As we were leaving they were locking up but a car pulled up with a family coming in for pizza. Instead of hurrying to lock up as some people do, Brandy welcomed them in and I'm sure took as great care of them as she did us. I have always liked going to Little Caesars and one of the biggest reasons was because they supported the military and veterans. I recently went to this location and they told me that they no longer give military discounts because the new owner has gotten rid of them. It is not that I need a military discount but I just thought it was kind of messed up that every other location I have ever been to has offered it and because Little Caesars corporate has put out such a strong message of how the company supports their troops and veterans. Plus this location is so close to military bases it seems really messed up they no longer give military discounts to at least say we support our local troops. read more

For a Little Caesars this is about as good as you'll find. A group of us trolled in here towards closing time a couple years ago, fresh out of the bar. We ordered two pizzas for a grand total of $10. Since they were closing soon, they gave us basically their entire stockpile of wings, breadsticks, and pizzas that were otherwise going to go to waste. For 4 drunk adults, this was paradise. In the ensuing years, we've been back multiple times and their quality has been very consistent. There are always people rolling in and out for the $5 pizzas or waiting for a more complicated order to be prepared. The staff is always friendly and attentive and I've never failed to be met with a smile. If you're looking for a quick stop for some quick dinner, look no farther. read more
