this place goes by a few names on delivery service sites... I guess to highlight their various specialties. So I tried their Pizza and Wings, pretty good. A tad more expensive than normal prices, probably to offset the expense of halal meats.. would definitely order more often if there was a discount or coupon. I also tried their Desi offerings. I really enjoyed their butter chicken. I can't remember what else I tried, but I do recall being very happy. Maybe it was a mango lassi. Also delivery didn't take very long either. Props to that. However, they emphasize their desserts online even by going by Prime Desserts for the same address. I was excited to try different cake flavors. While diverse and not just the regular pizza place desserts (mango mousse or pistachio creme anyone?).. I was very disappointed that my cakes were still frozen when delivered. Well we can't Judge a Pizza & Tandoor place by its cakes I guess. So 4 stars for Pizza and Tandoor items. Very good, if not slightly over priced. To get to 5 Stars I'll need to try more. The pizza is excellent here. There was a generous amount of cheese. More than a lot of other places. There was a buttery garlic coating to the outside crust. The crust is not too doughy but not crispy either. The pie was served piping hot. The owner is a very friendly guy. Overall i would say this pizza is better than well known chains. read more

I came here for a t-mobile promotion. Well, T-Mobile Tuesday rewards got it wrong! T-Mobile rewards offered a pizza deal as a part of Entertainment discount. Prime is no longer participating. So after a bit of back and forth about how "it was just offered" and "we are not a part of that" Mr. Sam say he would honor the deal. Let me tell you!!! We ordered two small pizzas and drinks. So much cheaper than going though Grubhub because they charge you extra for added veggies when you come in they don't! Which is always a plus less money spent right? Have them 4-stars because of the prices they have on the display are not accurate. I order a MED mozzarella sticks which in the display it states $3.99. But when I got my receipt it stated they were $4.99. When I saw this I let them know and was told the "prices went up". So I stayed well y'all need to update the display because customers don't know that. I was refunded the $1 so I can't complain to much. But just in the future if prices are different make sure they are correctly displayed because how would customers know? This is hands down my favorite takeout spot in Woodbridge. Their pizza is delicious and their Indian food is superb. My boyfriend's family is Indian and they can vouch that the Indian food is delicious, authentic, and can be customized to different spice levels. Delicious, fresh tasting Indian food!! Tried this place for the first time today, husband wanted to try their 'house special' of chicken korma. We had garlic naan with the chicken korma which was amazing!! We also ordered the samosas, which were excellent, and a Hawaiian pizza for good measure. Lol!! The service was friendly and fast. I'll start off by saying. The food here is good. I tried the chicken supreme pizza, BBQ wings and the garden salad. I was pleased with everything I've tried. Unfortunately their delivery service is HORRIBLE! I ordered from them via the Eat24 app (which I love). It took almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls (one from me and one from Eat24) to find out what happened to my order. We both were told that the driver will be there in 10-15 minutes. Mind you I called first then waited 20 minutes before contacting Eat24. Just as I was about to cancel my order there was a knock on the door. My food was hot and fresh. Today I was bored, hungry, and lazy. Fortunately as I browsed the internet I discovered Prime Pizza and Grill accepts online orders. Feeling adventurous despite the three adjectives above, I placed an order for a great deal of food. They had a special of 1 large pizza with 3 toppings, one pasta dish, 10 wings, and 2 liter of soda for like 23 smackers. Smelling a deal I went with it. First the pizza: as always I went with the standard peperoni to see how they turn out this classic. The pizza looks very similar to Papa Johns when you first open the box. I think what many would consider a plus. The sauce tasted a little too tomato-ey for my taste but otherwise nice. The pepperoni had good flavor and added just the right amount of salt. The cheese was nothing special. I did enjoy that when I got to the crust it had a nice airy-ness and chew to it. Now onto the wings. These wings were most likely deep fried. IE: the proper way to cook wings. Am I certain no, but I'd wager a bet. The sauce on the wings were interesting, there were chunks of garlic in it, which was nice, and a subtle asian flavor I couldn't put my finger on. I'd have to eat this again to decide exactly what I think of them, but the results are leaning towards the positive side. I also got lasagna which I have yet to try. Will update the review once I do. My wife made an order through Grub Hub and after an hour waiting the food was never delivered, when we called to asked what was the status of the food he stated it was delivered already. When we insisted that we didn't received the food he insinuated that we were lying, got aggressive with her on the phone and was very disrespectful to include telling my wife to go F$$k herself that they don't like GrubHub anyways... We immediately called Grub Hub to report the situation when we heard a knock on the door with the delivery guy telling us that if we didn't take the food he was going to get fired... Now, I've tried a few pizza places around here, and I have often been disappointed. A lot of the pizza has been sub par, and I'll admit I'm a bit picky with my pizza and my subs (particularly coming from the Allentown, PA area where I feel we have EXCELLENT pizza and sub places). We ordered a medium three topping pizza, ten buffalo wings and a steak and cheese sub. The pizza was actually quite good... the sauce was not too sweet and the crust was tasty (kind of like Vocelli Pizza). The buffalo wings were decent, and you can get them in five different styles. We got ours medium, and they were quite good (you've got issues if you mess up Buffalo Wings). The steak and cheese was also quite good. Now it's not as good as a true Philly cheesesteak, but it's very good quality for what you'll get in the DC area. So I give this place 4 stars. And that is 4 stars relative to the other Pizza and Sub places in Woodbridge and the surrounding area. Now the Pizza is not Papa John's quality and it's not New York quality... but it is quite good for what it is (compared to the area). This can be said for all of the food here. I called to check on order at hour mark and they were very nice, apologized and said its busy night, but driver is on way, and he was. We ordered calzone which was very good. The service is horrible. I called to ask if they delivered to my area, he said yes. I then had to ask if there was a delivery fee, he said yes it was a five dollar delivery fee. The menu mentions nothing about a five dollar delivery fee. What he does mention is a minimum of $20. TWENTY DOLLARS! This place is unreasonable. AND IT WOULD TAKE 55 minutes to deliver. When I told him that that's ok, but I refuse to pay five dollars to have food delivered, he stated that he could lower the five dollar amount to $2 if I paid a 20% tip. That causad me to not trust them. The guy that answered the phone told me that he needed to clear the line because he has other people calling, which I thought was not very professional or customer service oriented. In fact he ultimately hung up......... Enough said. FOOD: You may have noticed a pattern with all of the online reviews thus far and yelp: the food is good.
