Being someone who worked at a Little Caesars for two years, I know what the restaurant should look like and how it should run. And this place is not it, they are lucky I gave them 2 stars. Fishy the cashier placed a portal order in the compartment without entering it into the system. This completely ruins, the purpose of having it. Because now the guest has to ask the cashier to receive his order instead of typing in the code and getting it themselves. Next they had about eight employees 30 minutes away from closing. So tell me why there is not pizzas ready in the hot box. NOT ONE. No bread, wings, anything, kinda beats the purpose of hot and ready. Along with the 8 ppl working I seen 4 of them standing around and one of them cleaning. Also I can tell the oven is to high of a temperature and the track is moving to fast. This used to be a great place for quick and inexpensive pizza for my sons. But it's gone downhill considerably in the past year. Two months ago I came in and waited over 20 minutes for "Hot & Ready" pizza. I shrugged it off because it was a Friday afternoon and every Mom in Hendertucky was trying to feed their kids. Tried again today. After dodging the homeless to get into the store, after I ordered I was told it was a 15-minute wait for my "Hot & Ready" items. What part of READY do they not understand? We used to go to this location regularly. Tried to use a TMobile coupon a while ago and they actually take the coupon item off the menu during the promotion time. Had to go to Valle Verde location to use the coupon. Found out they are better so we drive further now, even if we can get an item at this location that is closer. read more

I come here often as a door dash delivery person. The staff is always very helpful, especially Izzy who works the front counter. He's been very patient with me when I was first getting used to the door dash app. He's also very good with all the people who come in and out while I stand there watching while waiting for my orders. Lil Caesar used to be great for a quick pizza, but they have totally lost their pizza making mo-jo! Their new filled crust is to be passed on at all costs, period; no if, and, or buts. They use a processed rolled cheese that doesn't melt within the crust and there is nothing like biting into a cheese pizza with an unmelted chunk of cheese. Now, we like pepperoni but not when the grease is soaking thru the box and it was a result of way too thin crust. Nasty nasty nasty!! The wings were ok, and that's just it--ok. The staff were great except the working manager on 4/9. The online ordering according to them stops at 8:30 but I tried to make it prior. When I called in my order they were charging me an extra $3, which isn't crazy but I wanted to know why there was a price difference. I went into the store and showed them my online order price. The manager was sending one of her employees to relay the information that they are a franchise and can charge their own prices. After all that they still didn't add a discount or try to even make it right. We still enjoyed our pizza! read more

I'd like to point out the lack of respect the crew has for their customers. I have dealt with countless deaths in my life the past few months & the snickering, mocking, & lies that this store displayed was more than just discouraging, it was an embarrassment to the company. I had spoke with the actual store manager Justice earlier that day to elaborate my situation kindly. Breanna & Justice & the younger male at the register all have some type of attitude problem with customers who have a VALID reason to come back to the store. From the lying about your name (Breanna) claiming to be Justice "Janice" (the manager) when I had asked for one. The demeter changed when you realized a frequent customer (which we've lived in this side of town for nearly 10years) when we KINDLY explained the situation and yet again thanking them for their time and patience when that was NOT the case. After the eye rolling, and very murmured side comment to me when I has said "thank you for your time" your fellow male coworker (as we were walking off) had overheard your comments as you walked away that was SO HILARIOUS you couldn't at least wait till I was out of the store to start a problem with one of your loyal customers. I would LOVE to have the cameras checked to see if they spit in my food after the way they treated me and the hilarious comment I was just barley out ear.shot to hear, I am truly concerned about the lack of judgment these crew members are getting. I just want to say, BE KIND & you don't know what people are going thru. When someone is going out of their way to be kind, DO THE SAME. YOURE ON THE CLOCK. When they tell you it's going to be 5 minutes for a pizza, expect to wait 45-50 minutes. The annoying part is they didn't acknowledge giving everyone their order before ours... We placed an online order, the order was not ready at the time it stated in the email. We waited and it never went into the portal, when we asked about the order, the employee walked back and there it was sitting on the back table. When we received the pizza, it was luke warm at best and two of the three pizzas were over cooked. I understand that it is a busy Friday night but when you order something online and it gives a certain it is to be ready, then either a notification email should be sent stating the delay or it should be ready at the time promised. read more

Which was the person that came to the counter, Mind you when I walked into the location it took quite a while for anyone to come to the counter. So she asked me if I could help her and I proceeded to explain to her the entire situation from start to finish and she expressed her intolerable edited and told me that even though I had called and even though She had reassured me that they would release the order with no problem. So after her no caring and not listening and being totally rude and disrespectful he accused me of giving her attitude and raising my voice even though I definitely was not ( because if I was I'm more than sure other employees would have came forward or customers " and it was completely silence ...soooo she she she could refuse service to me. Little Caesars is by no means a 4 star pizza place - not even close. But I'm pretty sure everyone knows what to expect when they step inside this place. You're getting a $5 pizza, and if you get what you pay for, don't expect much. That being said, I have a family of myself and 3 men. Well, one man and two boys. But those boys are already eating us out of house and home and they're not even out of diapers yet. About once a month we go for some really cheap pizza when things get tight between paychecks and mommy doesn't feel like slaving away in the kitchen. This is always our store of choice, partly from location and also from quality. I've dealt with other LCs before on many occasions and have been served pizzas that taste like cardboard with a smattering of marinara sauce. Sometimes the pizzas are clearly old and stale. Sometimes there's no cheese on some of the slices. Not this place. I have never once been served an inedible pizza from this LC. The pizzas are ALWAYS fresh - usually many times better than we expect. But since it's a $5 pizza, I say again - don't expect much. The management team must really have it nailed down here. It's OK. The Hot N Ready is pretty much never ready, so I now call in ahead of time, even if I'm just ordering a pepperoni pizza. The lines can also get kind of slow and long at this location, which isn't really in the best area to begin with. I sometimes drive out of my way to the one over on Sunset & Valle Verde just to avoid this one, because they never have lines and always have Hot N Ready pizzas ready. read more

Store opens up at 11am. I walk in at 1104am to order 2 cheese, one pepperoni, and 2 crazy breads. And of course, NO Hot N' Ready available. Was told it would take 10 min. Order was not ready until 1128am. After I received my food I requested to speak with the manager regarding not the customer service (which is always great by the front staff), but the consistency of never having Hot N' Ready pizzas as Little Ceasars advertise as available. I have gone like today when they open, mid afternoon, early to late evening. No matter what time of day, the availability of Hot N' Ready is never available. Customer service has always been great and have no concerns with the quality of food, however, addressed the continuous issue of Hot N' Ready never being available, though this is what Little Ceasars advertises and is known for. She immediately attempted to deflect and minimize my statement by stating that I could order online or call in (which is something I usually do because of this issue). She stated that there food is always hot, and as I replied stating that I understand these two additional options of ordering, this is not what I was stating was that there seems to never be Hot N' Ready available at this location. Today was a hungover, let's get some cheap pizzas kinda of day. LC is right across the street from my apartment so we came here for their $5 Hot N Ready pepperoni pizzas. The place is small. There were a lot of people with the same kind of idea as I. Not much sitting and standing room, so I felt like I was inconvenient to other customers, blocking the counter after I was done ordering, since I had nowhere else to stand. For the pizzas and amount I ordered, I had to end up waiting 10 minutes because they didn't have it ready. Completely understandable. What really turned me off was the fact that the cashier kept apologizing to me every minute. To me, there is such thing as over apologizing and this was a perfect example of that. Maybe she felt like I didn't seem happy as my sunglasses were on the whole time, however, I had to end up telling her to stop apologizing as I was getting a little ticked off. The pizzas were alright. Not as cheesy as I would like them to be. A lot of sauce and the crust was dry. I bought 3 total pizzas, so I'm curious to see how they stack up against the cold pizza test. Whenever I get pizza leftovers, I LOVE eating it straight out of the refrigerator. I wonder how this pizza will stack up. Overall, I guess it's good for the price. I personally think that I wasn't as satisfied as I should, but I did see a meat pizza for $9 bucks, so the next time I'm in this mood, maybe I'll try that! read more

Apparently, if you order a pizza it is okay to give a pizza that has two pieces missing toppings and cheese instead of remaking it in the first place. I called the store after I opened the pizza box when I made it home. I did not have time to go back up there with the pizza and swap it for a new one. This is the only resolution they gave. I generally order there once a week and have found their quality has been slipping the last several weeks. I will be buying my pizza elsewhere from now on. read more
