Overall, the pizza was good, however, I would not order the jalapenos or garlic again. The jalapeños were pickled (I should have asked) and I only care for fresh ones and the garlic seemed like an oil or sauce versus having pieces of garlic (I could be wrong). They have coupons you can save from the side of the pizza boxes to help get you a discount off a future pizza after you collect 10, I always order my pizza with sausage, green peppers and pepperoni. This is one of my favorite pizza places. We frequently come here at least twice a month. Food is always delicious. But today they gave me the wrong pizza and that's ok it happens. But I was nice of enough to return the wrong pizza and go back again, I didn't complain or anything and maybe I should have. Other than am sorry. Still my favorite pizza near my house. I am from Chicago, so I may be biased. I love the thin crust and their sausage tastes like home. The ingredients are super fresh. The sauce is great, not too sweet (which is usually a complaint of mine elsewhere). They are super quick. If you order on their website? It'll tell you 25 mins, but I just head straight over -- usually ready in 15 mins. The restaurant itself is small with no seating. So, be prepared to take it to go! I recommend! You can signup for rewards on their website, but I don't find myself getting many freebies from it. If you order a lot though, it would be worth it. Oh! And their cannoli is on point. We usually get more New York style pizza but Rosati's is our fave for thin crust. For pizza we had the Classic Combo and Meat Mania. Enjoyed both of them, although the edges were slightly more done than we've had it but still good. We had two orders of the Jumbo Wings- Hot and Parmesan Garlic and they were good. We ordered for pick up and had family over to celebrate a birthday. They have never had Rosati's and they really liked it. Instead of getting a birthday cake, I ordered the Zeppole's (crispy fried dough and powdered sugar) with Nutella for dipping. They were amazing! Best pizza I've had in a long time, I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of independent pizza shops have soggy crusts, this crust was perfect even had a bit of a crackery crunch. This place is not stingy with toppings either. A definite return for me. read more

However,The price kept going up, for a 12 inch Pizza with three toppings and two cannolis. The bill was over $33.00. And it tasted horrible!!! We called them and asked them if they changed anything about their pizzas like the sauce or the cheese because it didn't taste like their pizzas normally do. They said no, sorry there's nothing they can do about it. The pizza It's Terrible and now we get people that don't give a crap about giving good service we even offered to bring them the pizza but they're unwilling to make things right but more than happy to take your money. Stopped in today for lunch and was surprised to see there is no dining room. No worries, we ordered 2 lunch specials--a slice of pizza, a delicious (and pretty large) salad, and the most delicious cookie I have had in a long time for $7.99. It's a steal of a deal for good, quality food. We also got an order of cheese fries because cheese fries are always the answer, no matter what the question is. They were delicious, on par with Shake Shack, which has the best cheese fries in all the land. We've been ordering at this location for the longest time and today was a cluster of one disaster after the other. 1) We received a 15% off promo code valid at all locations. We tried using today and their online ordering system is not accepting the code. We called in our order and was told that their system will only accept up to a 10% discount so they cannot honor the promo code. They also said that the 10% discount "if order is placed online" no longer exists. Minus 1 star We still placed an order- classic combo pizza pizza and 24 pc wings dry/sauce in the side, with a 10% discount 2) We ordered the 24pc wings ($28.99) dry with sauce on the side, so we can enjoy the nice crisp of the wings, as we dip them in either honey mustard or habañero sauce except, the wings that we received were smothered in mild sauce (see photo). I'll start by saying as a native Chicagoan the food is pretty good. I know prices go up, but when the Italian Beef sandwich goes from $11.81 to $15.17 in an instant, I have to just stop buying. I've been priced out. That's a more than 25% increase! Whatever happened to a dollar here and there? When I ask the young man about it, he's combative and "we're the cheapest location and corporate has been calling on us to raise our prices for awhile now" and "beef prices are high!". We order 3 pies and it was quiet disappointing. 2 of them were wrong. Delivery took forever to get here, and well the pizza was just so so. I called the store and expressed my displeasure and they told me the temp was the delivery guys fault and that they had indeed made the pies the way I ordered them.
