NEVER AGAIN. This location does a lot of business. During the 25-20 minutes I was there, about 20 came thru for their pickup order. I give Little Ceasars that. I place my usual order pepperoni crazy puffs. I noticed that they had a new kind of crazy puffs--cheesesteak puffs. I ordered both cheesesteak and pepperoni crazy puffs. The crazy puffs are $3.99 for 4. This location cooked them to perfection. The cheesesteak was disgusting. Pterodactyl meat. Inedible. There was a big blob of "meat" in the middle of the puff. I get ill just thinking about it. I didn't even eat the pepperoni because there was something not right about this "food". We go to Little Ceasar's being of the cheap cost. It is not worth it. I used to have bad experiences at this little Caesar's location. The food never tasted right and I always had to put my pizza in the oven before I could actually enjoy it, due to it somehow not being cooked all the way. But I will say things have really gotten better here! We've come about 3 times and every time the pizzas are hot and delicious. We normally do a mobile order and we've had no issues (besides maybe waiting 2-5 minutes for assistance) I recommend going back if you've had a bad experience before! read more

can't put 0 stars. Every. Single. Time. I come to this specific store i have a problem. Firstly, the store is run by kids with apparently no manager at all times of the day no matter when you call. Secondly, the children that work there have no professionalism and joke around with their friends that come in while you wait for someone to acknowledge you to place your order. Thirdly which is the final straw is that i place a mobile order at around 10:00 which is for the convenience of the customer so you can come in and just pick up your order, it takes around 40 minutes until the app tells me that my 2 pizzas are done and the store closes at 11:00. When I show up to the store the doors are locked and a white lady is walking around the back ignoring me knocking on the door, about 5 minutes pass and she finally comes to the door and tells me shes the manager and she closed the order out because nobody has come to claim the order for her to make it. My order is payed for already and i have no pizza, she tells me to call in the morning for a refund. the previous kids mentioned that run the store first picks up the phone and doesn't say anything waiting for me to hang up, then when i call back i wait a total of 15 minutes because they're too busy to just process my refund and theres no manager in the store... Do you know how some places can spoil it for the other locations? Well this one would have if it had been my first experience with Little Caesars . It was exactly 12:00 noon , which is a typical time customers come to an establishment to eat. I had a taste for pizza outside of some of my top favorite pizza places. I thought about how I hadn't eaten at Caesars in a while. I walked in an it was a crowd. I've never seen a large crowd in Little Caesars ever! What happen to being hot and ready? I asked for a plain cheese pizza , which is what their business is none for. They didn't have any. At 12:00 noon you don't have a basic cheese pizza! I ordered and waited. The hint for me should have been the people waiting upon my arrival. Finally two more guys walked in and asked for pepperoni. It was only two ladies working at the time. The cashier continued to run in the back, leaving several customers unattended. She took one of the customers money for the pepperoni and she went to the back without informing us that she'd have to leave for a minute or so. He began to get impatient and mumbling" there is a pepperoni out here; can you just hand it to me." He repeated himself at least 10 times. Finally he started yelling. When my plain cheese pizza was given to me, I went home to eat my lunch. I noticed it wasn't fresh.The seasoning was a bit heavy as well. I don't know what they used, but it was different . Terrible management! Sometimes it's better to have nothing in the area than poor managed retailers. This location is open until 11pm but they close down the kitchen at 10:15pm. I can't speak on the quality because I was turned away. The workers have no accountability and the owners must be disengaged. This community need well managed retailers. You hurt our area when you bring poorly managed businesses here. Go away and let a serious vendor help build our communities. I tried again and had a better experience. This Little Caesars location just opened within the last couple of months, and it does not disappoint. I went in just before Superbowl Sunday was set to start, and ordered two of the $5 Hot and Ready pizzas. The pizzas were hot and ready as soon as I made the order. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Great place to go if you want a quick, and inexpensive meal. read more

This was the worse lil ceasars I have been to. I called in an simple order for pepperoni cheese bread, the person on the phone told me it would take 15 min. I came in 30 to pick up. When I walked into the store it took 5 min for someone to come up and greet me then I told them I called in my order and they told me they did not put it in yet. I waited 20 more minutes and I seen the person I spoke with on the phone going home and she let me know she put in the order. I waited another 15 min then calmly asked the other worker if my food was ready. Normally they aren't that bad but the last time I went not only did it take a long time even though I called in my order in, but he gave it to another customer and tried to lie about it. Also after handling money they made my pizza with their bare hands !! My boyfriend asks the guy not to touch our pizza without gloves because he had just handled cash and he says that they "exempt From the rule that requires them to were gloves". Not sure what happened to this place but when it first opened it was awesome. I went here last night around 7pm and there wasn't to many in the waiting area. I just wanted a cheese pizza, the employee that was working the front area wasn't nice nor did she seem to care about her attitude. She just handed me my pizza and walked away. I work a midnight shift. I sent my Son to get a pizza while I slept before work..the pizza he brought home was undercooked on one side and burnt on the other side. I cannot believe how this pizza was even sold. The Manager Anita even stated it shown have been thrown away and not served to Customers. I asked for another pizza and a refund since I had to get out of my bed and drive back to the location on an error on Little Caesar's part. And the Manager would not only provide me with another fresh pizza but also refused to give me the Corporate or Franchisee information. I ordered the combo # 2. The one thing I hate most is that half your meal is hot and the other half is cold. The cheese pizza had cheese that wasn't even melted, it was cold and hard. The crazy bread was cold also. I think the cheese pizza and crazy bread were made from the same batch of dough. There were these hard circles underneath the crust on the pizza and crazy bread. We called the hiram location 3 times before getting an answer. When we finally did the man who answered the phone was short and ready to get off the phone. The women at the counter was very nice, but when I walked in they didn't know of our carry out order, which is fine I work in the restaurant industry I know this happens. After going back to my car to wait on our order I told my boyfriend what happened and he said I asked for the wrong thing. So I went back inside and let the women at the counter know I made a mistake. She was very nice and not concerned that it happened, she went to the back to tell the two men in the kitchen what happened. Tj, who had just been fussing very loudly with the other guy in the kitchen, came around the corner and told me he already put the other order in. I told him I still needed the correct order, the one we called in. Tj then proceed to tell me "I had try to tell you!" Then tried to walk away. At no point did he try to tell me anything and besides that its not right for him to try and correct the guest and try to push the wrong order on me. I then asked for my money back and tj walked back into the kitchen, completely ignoring the fact that I was obviously upset. I eventually got my money back from the 2nd man in the kitchen. I didnt recieve one apology nor was I asked by the other man or women why I needed my money back. I live right by this little Caesars and generally it sucks, they need new computer because theirs are always down. I have tried multiple times to let this location "redeem" themselves, but it is no use. The customer service has always been terrible. The employees at this location have no respect for customers, the wait time has been over 20 minutes for me on more than one occasion, they never have supplies/sauces, I can visibly see employee food out around the food prep area and the store always appears dirty, the employees are more concerned with each other than the people coming in the door... the list goes on. Overall, I would rather drive the extra few miles to Powder Springs Rd store for a better experience (which we have been doing). read more

I went to purchase some pizza at my local Little Caesars today. When I went to pay, I handed the cashier a Little Caesars gift card. The cashier turned around and said to her manager "what do I do with this?" and the manager said "we don't accept those here." At that point I cancel the order and walked out and got pizza at another place which is what I will do from now on. I was trying to use a Little Caesars gift card at a Little Caesars. This is unacceptable for a corporate company. I have loved Little Caesars for years, but in the past year or so the Hiram franchise has gone down the drain.
