I've visited this location a few times and usually order online for pickup. Every time, my pizza is piping hot, fresh, and delicious! Even though it's about 25 minutes away, it's totally worth it. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be ordering again! I usually make minimal contact when I'm here since I just come in to grab my order and leave, but the last time an employee helped me, they were super quick and handed me my order with no wait at all. Just to start, as soon as we walked in, the lady at the front did not greet us. When we began ordering, she seemed like she did not want to be there and was giving my cousins and me attitude throughout the interaction. As for the food, we ordered garlic parmesan wings, but what we received looked more like "pollo con crema." It looked nothing like the picture advertised. The employee at the front went to the back and made it herself, but it appeared that she simply poured a large amount of sauce over the wings with very little effort, and she was not wearing gloves while preparing the food. I politely asked if I could change the order because it did not look like the picture. She repeatedly questioned why I wanted it changed, and I explained respectfully that I had paid for the food and was unhappy with how it looked. I work in fast food myself, so I understand that customers and busy shifts can be frustrating, which is why I remained respectful the entire time. However, she rolled her eyes at me and continued acting unprofessionally. Eventually, she called another employee over. I explained the issue again, and although the second employee also seemed annoyed, they agreed to exchange the wings. After that, the employee at the front continued giving us dirty looks, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. Another major concern was that after taking back the wings we returned, they placed them back into the refrigerator instead of throwing them away. That was extremely unsanitary. I also noticed that no one in the back appeared to be wearing gloves while handling food. To top everything off, my cheese stuffed crust pizza barely had any cheese in it at all and looked very poorly made. At that point, we were already in a rush and did not have time to complain further. I eat at Little Caesars often and have never experienced anything like this before. This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, I would not return because of the poor customer service and food quality. read more

I placed an online app order for pickup as I had a T-mobile deal. According to the app tracking, it was ready fairly quickly than estimated. However upon arrival, the lady assisting me had claimed that my order was not there. She even proceeded to ask if I had ordered at the right location. Sure enough, I chose the right location for pickup and even had the order confirmation with the same address to prove it. Then she proceeded to look again and long behold my order was in fact there. Throughout this entire encounter, she was rude and making the situation more difficult than it should have been. I haven't had Little Caesar's in years and to have such a bad experience, I unfortunately will not be returning here again. read more

I live in Bellflower near Bellflower Blvd & Artesia Blvd I drive to the Woodruff and South location because it's hands-down the best Little Caesars in my area I've ordered from the Woodruff location a couple times and every time I've ordered the pizzas are perfect. I don't expect much for the prices that I pay but I have to say they do far exceed my expectation. I recommend anyone who lives in the area to give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Great service wonderful staff parking may be an issue sometimes , but if you preorder you're in and out I guarantee. It takes about 20 minutes average cook time for a pizza anywhere you go which tells me they know how to make a pizza keep up the good work guys. See you later. read more

So the $4.99 pizzas are $5.99! I ordered 2 and they weren't hardly cooked. Pepperoni not good. Employee at the register didn't have much h knowledge of finding orders. Won't be going back. Used to be a very nice, happy man working there all of the time. He wasn't there. :( read more

This is probably the only sad looking Little Caesar's I've ever been to. The woman working there doesn't acknowledge you or anything, and when she finally "helps" you she looks and sounds annoyed. Yooooooooooooooo! Today got a t-mobile coupon from the T-mobile tuesday app for $2 Large Classic pepperoni, so we ordered 2 Large Classic pepperoni, and a 3 meats pepperoni, bacon and sausage today at work. Nothing to impressive with the place its just a takeout pizza but 1 of the pepperoni pizza we received was kinda burnt the 3 meat pizza was quite good like. 7 out of 10 taken into consideration its just little caesars and its cheap fast pizza to go. Service was actually fast since we ordered using the phone app to use the promo code right when we arrived to pick it up the pizza was ready to go. I'm extremely disappointed with the hygiene practices at this Little Caesars. This is the second time I've visited this location, and once again, I witnessed the employees handling food without wearing gloves. The young lady working the front register took orders, then immediately went to the back and began preparing food that she removed from the warmer in the front--without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I watched the young lady with n the back grab cheese and other toppings with her bare hands, and she looked to have on nails, I can be wrong . However that's still an awful practice. The entire back was digesting to watch. The guys did not have in Grover's. Just disgusting to watch. I only returned this second time because I was short on cash and needed something inexpensive. But the pizza was awful, and after witnessing such poor sanitation again, I will not be returning a third time. I came here because the app was 5.99 for a large 2 topping pizza. WoW! I was surprised for a 6 dollar pizza it was well worth it. The crust, toppings everything was good. a lady was there and told the deep dish is even better. Even at the regular price the pizza is a good deal. It may not my favorite pizza place, but I usually pay near 20 for a large two topping pizza. I will be coming back to try the deep dish. The service was great, the woman at the counter was nice and made me glad I tried this place. Thank You. read more

Still trying to figure out why this location is so bad. Ive met the owner and he's a nice guy. But man, it's miserable ordering from here. The workers need some help. I placed the order online and I'm tracking it online. It was suppose to be done between 11:41 and 11:46. The tracker online stopped updating after 11:40. At 12:06 I said screw it, and went to pick it up. Was never notified it was done, or in the portal. I get there and it's just sitting there. No wait, the guy hands it right to me. Just forgot to update the order and put it in the portal. As irritating as that was, I get home, and the order is a mess. One side of the pizza looked like a stuffed crust it was so puffy, the other side was extra thin. The stuffed crazy bread was falling apart with the cheese falling out into the bag. The regular crazy bread wasn't even cooked all the way. It was raw dough in the middle. I had to pop it in the oven to finish cooking to make it edible. It sucks because this is the closest location for me, but I think Ive finally given up on this location. read more

Went to this establishment yesterday 11.26.22 there were six guys there. all on their phones when they should be working. Who ever the management is they have it very good. These guys are nasty, Cashier biting his skin from his fingers at the register. one guy come to the front picks his ear goes back and finish making one customers pizza. The other guys are on the phone, one guy came outside pulled up his shirt rubbed his hands in his hair walks back to kitchen area and still around the food. The cashier was spoken to by myself and my sister as to what was observed and just advised him that they should wash there hands. I however will bot be going to that place again. So when you do go make sure they are working with cleanliness in mind. Nasty! read more

I have been a DOORDASH delivery driver for 4 years and have delivered plenty of orders from this little ceaser's. This is by far the worse one ever I specifically told the Manager Vincent that I was here to pick up two orders what do they do since they're lazy they go thru the whole process of putting them into the Locker instead of just handing them to me. Those lockers are very cumbersome and hard for delivery drivers to get them out and balance the pizza to put in the pizza bag without damaging the pizza. Don't bother trying to call your order in, they don't bother answering calls no matter how many times you try. Don't even see a phone anywhere in the register area. Place is clean for a little Caesar's and they don't excel in customer service but service acceptable. One of the better Little Caesars around. read more

The last few times I've been in this establishment, the cashier has been a jerk. The food is cold if you get hot and ready, and if you order custom, it's either a very long wait or it's wrong. There is no apology, just we're busy or the pizza maker is slow. The phone doesn't work, and there seems to be no one in charge. Too bad. I got pizza pepperoni hot and ready tonight, and it was ice cold and hard. If I wanted to cook, I would have made my own pizza. They rarely have hot and ready items other than pizza ready. It's a real shame as I like supporting local businesses. Next time, I'll go to the bellflower little Ceasars, which is farther away by 10 minutes but always what it's supposed to be. read more

Nothing wrong with this Little Caesar's. I called in and ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce. We got there and picked up within 10min. Pizza was piping hot and ready to go. There's not a whole lot of fantastic taste, and the crust wasn't flavorful, but seriously, it was $5. read more

Cheap & Easy. Not just the title to my forthcoming autobiography, but a description of Little Caesars. I know it's not the greatest. I know it's not "artisanal" pizza made by paisanos, newly arrived from Italy. But hey, it's cheap, fast & easy! Remind you of anyone you know? ;P When having a gathering and in a bind on what to feed the horde of hungry orcs, just say "Hail Caesar!". $5 gets you a large cheese or pepperoni, innocently waiting for you to take them home. No utensils needed. Just grab a slice, sprinkle some chili peppers and/or parmesan cheese if that's what you fancy and enjoy the cheesy, unctuous goodness of cheap & filling pizza. Everytime I've dropped by at this location, it's been hassle-free all the way. Parking can be a little tight, but nothing major. Sometimes I'll have the deep dish pizza, crazy bread and/or the wings, mostly because others want them, but I stick to a large pepperoni. I'm not a fan of pineapple on pizza, but they do you have Hawaiian pizza for those that are. I was good today! Only had 4 slices.......:P Recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM read more

New owner not customer service oriented. Today I tried using my Lakewood Lancer card and was denied. The owner told me he didn't agree to that discount so wasn't going to honor it. I tried explaining this was a discount card as part of a school fundraiser. He didn't care to hear it. I was annoyed because I went there cause of my discount card otherwise I could have just went to any other pizza spot since the pizza at Little Caesars is not cheaper anymore. read more

These are the type of breadsticks you'll be expecting if you order from this location. First picture: dry, burned, stuck together with a pinch of cheese. 2nd picture: stuck together, extra butter (not requested) and no cheese at all. Not to mention the pizza was barley in slices. read more

They're incredibly satisfying and consistently a crowd favorite. I've brought visitors from Japan, Germany, and New York, and every single one of them couldn't stop talking about these knots. My only small critique is that I wish they had used fresh garlic instead of canned, which would have taken them to an even higher level. Still, even as they are, they're outstanding. Overall, Thunderbolt Pizza delivers thoughtful, high-quality food that stands out in a crowded pizza scene. It's the kind of place you keep coming back to--not just because it's good, but because it's consistently memorable.

I said that was ok even though it's pretty lame that you don't keep change in your register. He happened to find a very large coin bag and made me change. We were sitting right at the front and you couldn't miss us. They asked us a few times what our name for the order was and we told them the same thing every time. Finally after about 10 min they asked us for the 3rd time what our name was and then walked away. We could hear someone say "the order for Kymmy didn't leave they are here" or something along those lines. We kind of just looked at each other. The guy that rang us up came over and said, "sorry something happened to your pizza it'll be another 20min or so". At this point we had already been waiting about 15 min for the pizza. So we said ok because we were starving. One of the employees asked us if we drank wine we said no we didn't and that's why we were drinking cokes. He said, "ohh, okayyyy..." and gave us a very judgmental look. Like sir, you don't know why we aren't drinking. We also kind of figured he wanted to give us a few beverage for the mix up. But that was the end of it. We heard someone say our name and we asked if ours was ready and one girl acted like we were being impatient while waiting. Like we didn't just wait over a half hour for food. Finally our pizza was done after a total of 40 min and there was very minimal apology for the delay. We took it back to our hotel and we were so excited it smelled so amazing and it looked so good. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were when we took our first few bites. It was not that great. We had ordered pepperoni and the veggie pizza. We ate half of it because we were starving and very quickly regretted it. It made both of us super sick on top of everything else Needless to say we won't be back here and won't be recommending this place either
