Little Caesar's Pizza is located in Pantego, Tx off Bowen and Park row serving hot and ready pizzas and other family favorites in a one stop shop that will sure get the whole family smiling! I came through on a weekday during the dinner rush and guest were coming in while others were leaving making the ordering process quite simple and fast. I went ahead and ordered a pepperoni pizza with pretzel crust and cheese sauce instead of marinara. I was told it will be ready in no time, so I sat down on one of the many chairs they have provided in the clean and well lit lobby and waited patiently. Within 10 minutes the pizza was ready, and I was given the box and out the door in a jiffy. The pizza looked marvelous with glistening cheese and the pepperoni oils sweating profusely on the creamy cheese sauce. The pretzel crust was near perfect with salt crystals on top and a brush of butter maybe over the crust really set this pizza apart from the competitors. The pizza was so hot and fresh I just couldn't smash it right away but had to wait a couple of minutes before I did to prevent me burning my mouth. 40 minutes from time I ordered. People who ordered after me received theirs within 15 minutes. At 25 minutes I asked if mine was being made. The gal at the register (autistic, but very sweet and efficient) checked with shift manager, who looked at order on computer, then my receipt, then with the guy who cuts and boxes pizzas. She then told register gal that "the ticket is up there", referring to area where boxing guy was, then walked to the back without talking to me. Ten minutes later, I asked again if my pizza was being made. She said it was about ready to be boxed. That let me know that my order was passed over. I did get some free cheesy bread. HOWEVER, a few more things. * MAJOR ISSUE: After the shift manager went to the back (see above), the register gal seemed uneasy when she was not waiting on customers, which she did very well. She looked down, not making eye contact, which I get. I walked up and told her that I was no upset with her, just her manager. She had tears in her eyes and kept apologizing. I told her she did nothing wrong. I don't think my actions made her tear up, I think it was her manager's. * Woman talked to shift manager about why they did not take coupons when the coupon showed this location. Shift manager said the Manager/Owner had not hooked up the coupon scanner ... then proceded to tell us that the M/O didn't care. * Shift manager, another worker making pizzas and boxing guy were in no hurry. Boxing guy could only work as fast as the pizzas came out and he was waiting at times. I got there about 5:30, dinner rush hour. You'd think they would be cranking them out. * No Hot 'n' Ready pizzas ready when I walked in. People had to order one, wait 10-15 minutes to get one. read more

This Little Caesar's Pizza is amazing! My preschool provides a monthly pizza day for our students. I had ordered pizza the night before from another pizza establishment. The power was out in the area of the other pizza restaurant. They had not let me know they were closed so I had a true pizza emergency! Eighty 2, 3 and 4 year olds were counting on pizza for their lunch. Little Caesar's made us 22 replacement pizzas in less than 20 minutes. This is your typical little caesars, nothing flashy but it gets the job done. They have some chairs to sit and wait, the place was clean and well lit so you can find it from the outside. The cashier was nice and took my order, was helpful in giving suggestions too. Place seem clean, there was about 4 workers in the back making pizza, they all seem to be communicating well with each other and working instead of slacking off and goofing around as you see in other locations. I had to wait for about 10 minutes because the pizza i wanted was not available at the time. So only pepperoni is available to buy because is the only pizza they have 'hot and ready'. I did not experience anything negative but i also did not experience amazing customer service to give this location a higher rating. read more

This location doesn't get enough credit for the quality of a quick take out pizza! Granted that your getting fresh hot pizzas for less than $10, you can't be expecting gourmet restaurant standards or fancy options! Hands down my choice over anything frozen and at an excellent price! Staff at this location are extremely helpful and and polite. Havent been to a Little Caesars in awhile as there aren't very many around anymore. I did decide to grab a pizza on the way home and when I went in to order I originally wanted to try the pretzel pizza but they stopped making that and instead ordered bacon deep dish for 12 bucks and crazy bread. The pizza was good but the crazy bread wasnt so much. It tasted much different and bland for crazy bread. Dont know if they changed their recipe or not but its definitely not the same. Overall I like Little (SCaesars) as i like to call it lol, and I'm sure I'll be back here soon. read more

I went to go pick up an order for door dash and the lady there has a face of misery. Doesn't even talk to you or anything. Just plain rude! I don't know her name but she's a black lady with a ponytail. I'll take my pie with extra sauce please. I feel that they like many other locations tend to make'em a little dry. I like to call in my orders or stop by and order fresh. If you order fresh there is a difference in charge, something like fifty cents to a dollar. No one can explain this. But there is. So, if ordering fresh, best to get what you want. I like to get a few toppings and pretend like I'm ordering a fancy pie. Get a few dipping sauces and feel like you're having a party. This stuff is sure to woo any party of kids and make you look like a winner! For a business ran solely on the backs of young highschool and college age kids, I'm surprised that they do so, in a pristine manner. I've never had any problems, except for one time with a charging mistake, which the manager rectified quickly. Every other time I've gotten pies, they have always been rockstar. What has my life come to when I'm actually writing a review for Little Caesars Pizza? Well since I've been here WAY too many times it would be an injustice to this location and Yelp for me not to, so here goes. If you've never been to Little Caesars or had their slice of pizza, do not get your hopes up. It's definitely not gourmet pizza but you can't beat it for $5.55 (as of May 2014) for a large pie. I like Little Caesars because of its simplicity. Their selling point is "Hot-N-Ready", no need to call in or wait, they'll have a large pizza ready for you at all times. And in my experience, no matter what time of day or how busy they were, has always been just that. I've been to this location more than a handful of times and have never had any issues. If you're looking for a fast, easy, and decent tasting take home dinner, that won't break the bank, this is the place for you. read more

I'm not even a big pizza fan but my family and I love their deep dish pizzas. This was also my first visit to this location, and we order from Little Ceasars almost weekly from location on Lamar. I should be complaining considering I called in my order and when I got there, it was wrong. They weren't deep dishes. The cashier Kamesha apologized and offered a side of cinnamon roll bites with no charge. When she advised the manager Syndie what was going on, she came to the counter and apologized herself as she was the one that took the order and told me she misunderstood and it would be a 10 minute wait. I was ok with that considering they were trying to make it right and they were very busy with a couple of large orders. As I waited, I noticed there was a girl named Chauntel working very fast paced with a smile on her face pulling pizzas out of the oven, cutting them, and boxing them up. One lady had a very large order and when Chauntel stacked them on the counter, she immediately asked her if she was by herself. The lady responded no and without hesitation, Chauntel grabbed a big portion of the pizzas and carried them out for her. Not only were these girls very pleasant and professional, the store was the cleanest I had ever seen out of all locations I have been to. This store will be my new location to go to. read more

This is the worst Little Cesar's I've been too. I always come in asking for a fresh pepperoni pizza out of the oven and am willing to pay the extra charge. And they always have an attitude about it! Sorry I don't want the old one's out of the warmer. Today the guy working there copt an attitude about it then tried to give me one out of the oven that looked messed up in the middle of the pizza there was no cheese or anything on it. Finally I just asked for my money back. I then went across town to the one off pioneer and they had no problem getting me a fresh one and didn't even charge me extra, they have my business now!
