I leave this review unfortunately without actually having the pizza from here this was going to be my first time ever eating Marco's pizza and was excited to give it a try. I called at about 9:05 PM, knowing that they closed within an hour and was on hold for at least 20 minutes. The phone was never picked up. I decided to drive to the store and got there at about 9:30 PM after standing in front of the counter for about five minutes without having any help, I decided to holler at the employees in the back and ask them if they were taking any orders. They shook their head now and went about their night. Hate to leave a negative review without trying the food, but the situation was not handled correctly in my opinion. read more

Crystal and her team are incredible! I order for my family every Tuesday for BOGO night. It's always fast and super fresh. I've never had a bad pizza here. The service was an odd experience. When I gave my order for a calzone to the gentleman behind the counter, he said, "We don't have calzones." After a brief, awkward, silent pause, I pointed out that their menu reflected otherwise. Nodding, he seemed to understand what I was saying, and said, "I know, but we just don't have them." There was no explanation, which I thought was lacking on the customer service end. He just stared at me and grinned slightly. I was mainly taken aback by the fact that it was on their menu but they don't serve them. As for the food, I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizzoli, which is close enough to a calzone, and it was superb. One of the better ones I've had. Even though that was all I had, I believe the food is good enough to go back. I've never had their pizza, so I look forward to trying it. It looks and smells delicious. read more

So first time ordering from Marco's pizza and the pizza was on point no complaints at all but the steak sandwich that I ordered had plenty of mushrooms, but just the steak sandwich had no steak at all. Unfortunately, this Marco's has gone downhill. My pizza was decent but there were fewer toppings on it. My salad had numerous brown edges on the lettuce and some of it the lettuce was fairly beat up and sad looking. This used to never happen and it has happened several times in the last few months. I decided to provide feedback on their website but the survey option for the green oaks location pushes you to the order menu. I tried the survey option for the location on Matlock road and it worked fine. I don't know if this Marco's has changed hands or what but its not the pizza place that it was a couple of years ago. read more

Nice clean store. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and helpful. He went over the specials and helped make me aware of all of the additional options. I ordered the lunch special- single topping 10 inch pizza and a drink. I chose pepperoni and garlic butter on the crust. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Hand style thickness and I requested a little bit crispier crust. The pizza was done in about 15 minutes and it was well worth the wait. There's a few tables in the lobby so dining in is a definite option (tables that seat 4-6 people each). There is also a TV in the dining area. I was visiting a friend in the area and we wanted to have pizza delivered. I, of course, took to yelp to find a place that would deliver. My friend suggested Marco's as one of the places that may deliver as well and after checking out the reviews, headed to their website. I found that Marcos is a franchise chain, although I had never heard about it. I was able to order off the website and it was pretty quick and easy. I found coupons as well which made our two large pizzas and breadsticks pretty affordable. We only tried their original crust pizza, but they also have a thin, a thick, and a lite crust option. The cheesy bread was good and super garlicky. I think Marco's is like your typical delivery chain pizza, however I did like it much better than Dominos or Papa John's etc. read more

This store doesn't even deserve one star! After a horrible experience, and a screwed up order at the Marco in Arlington on Matlock I decided to place the same order at this location on Green Oaks. Well, shame on me. I'm mistakenly ass soon because the word pizza is in their name that's something they could actually make correctly, wrong! Not only were half of the ingredients missing on each pizza when I brought it to their attention and told him to go ahead and remake them correctly. Unfortunately, their response was, that would take too long and instead we will just add the ingredients to the top of the pizza. Really??? So I obviously walked out! Pizza's are reallyyy good. We got the super large and I personally love how small the slices were cut. Fiancé said that its a great way to fold when its cut in between (picking up two at the same time). Cinnamon squares though..I'd say skip the frosting. Tastes like those cheap artificial lollipops. Tons of butter underneath the squares too. Store was very clean, kind workers, and anime on Tv. Great environment. read more

Nice and clean small new pizza place. Got a special large $9 two topping pizza to try. Pepperoni and extra cheese for pick up. The place was recommended by a local shopping center employee. The Italian sausage is the best of any delivery pizza. We always order thin and crisp.

New pizza place, ordered for the first time when I got a coupon in the mail. Promotes itself as New York pizza. Not N.Y. pizza at all. New York pizza has thin gooey crust and so much olive oil it runs orange in your hands. This is more like Greek pizza. Real ingredients. Chewy (not gooey) pizza crust. Lots and lots of nice, real cheese - extra cheese must really be over the top! I took away one star only because the sauce is too sweet for my personal taste, but it's probably popular for some people. The toppings are fresh and delicious! Real sausage, not those dumb pork pellets you get from some takeout places. The mushrooms and tomatoes tasted like they were sliced that afternoon. I'd suggest opening your piping hot Marco's pizza and do what I did, drizzle some delicious extra virgin olive oil on top, and some fresh oregano to taste. I actually do this with any take-out pizza I order. It's an excellent pizza and a great value. Give it a try! read more

This business has the potential 2 make a good pizza pie. When they fall short, they Dont care. I followed their instructions on their survey that very evening 2 complain about their thin crust and its toppings. The crust was burnt and the toppings cold and 1 was notably missing! I left feedback on Google. I was immediately left a link 2 respond 2 and nothing. Most businesses that reply on Google invite u 2 reply elsewhere then ignore u. Look on Google. Glad to have Marco's so close; my pizza is always really hot. I love their thin crust and being able to customize my veggies online. The crust is evenly browned and crisp. The wings with barbecue sauce are plump and tasty. The Greek salad is my go to and I add spinach for extra crunch. read more

We tried to call the store and was on hold for 20 mins. My mom finally went to the store and the guy told her she was rude and asked if she hadn't gotten to eat and wondered if that was why she was rude. He claimed they have a brand new system and that's why the pizza was wrong. Not sure how the system was wrong when receipt printed out showed exactly what we ordered. read more

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 4pm clicked cash option. They called at 5pm saying I haven't paid yet and obviously because we clicked cash for delivery. They said okay the driver was 0min away. Called back at 5:15 and they said they couldn't get in contact with me so that's why as if the call at 5pm did not happen. Back and fourth with the employees lying and saying we could wait another hour putting our wait at 2 hours and 30 minutes. No resolution other than do you want it or not. Asked for corporates number and the employee "Josh" said "do it yourself" then asked for managers number and he hung up after being put on hold. Figured I'd give this place a try based off the reviews, but I honestly don't see what the hype is about. Ordered a medium pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza. The mushrooms are canned and taste terrible. Even chain pizza places use real mushrooms. The sausage is good though and I like the crust. Overall, the pizza tastes okay, but it's really nothing special. I just expected a bit more from a $15 3-topping medium pizza. It's overpriced for what it is. If it wasn't for the canned mushrooms, I'd consider coming back, but that just ruined the pizza. read more
