Our Arlington neighborhood pizza and its hands down the best! Really love the crust , the freshness of the ingredients soo delicious! I always order the sticky fingers pizza and that's the supreme and the butter garlic Parmesan crust is a must! They have a new ultimate double cheese crust! It's been several years since I've had Mr.Jims so I decided it was time to order again since we are in delivery range of one now . We ordered a specialty pizza, some wings and a 2 liter! It showed up on time and the pizza was well done as I had asked for it so that was nice . The wings were the only disappointing part of the meal. They were small and had way too much fat on them which made them seem undercooked even know they weren't . The most important part of the meal was the pie of course and it was very good! The sauce was very tasty and the Italian sausage had a nice spice to it . I think the prices are a little high but I will definitely order again read more

One star, for this review is one star too many... This location has the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. I have had problems almost every time I've ordered and I am officially done ordering. I was spoken to completely unprofessionally and rude and then hung up on when I was calling to check the status of a delivery that was two hours late. I will be contacting a GM or owner as they should understand how terrible their employees treat paying customers. read more

I usually just order from the likes of Pizza Hut and Dominos, however I got a takeout menu in my mailbox with a deal I couldn't pass up, $7.99 Large pizza up to five toppings, extra cheese. It was for their D'Lish pizza which I have since learned it their "healthier" option compared to their original. We ordered over the phone, paid over the phone, and the employee asked us to leave a chair outside (due to Covid-19) for the driver to leave the pizza on. Delivery was quoted at 45mins and they arrived on time. The only negative I have for them is they did charge a $1 extra for bbq base - I don't get why it requires extra money but Dominos do the same. However, there was a good amount of bbq - PH and Dom lack on this, and there was plenty of cheese on it, definitely more than PH and Dominos give you. I'd order again using this deal and I'm curious what their original pizzas are like. Plus their menus have magnets on them - very handy to keep on the fridge!! read more

We're all about pizza and wings for football season, hockey season and basketball season. (All year :). The wings are middle of the road, but I love the hot sauce, their barbecue is more of a dry rub and not the saucy BBQ I'm used to. They are usually moist but we've had a few off batches. Now the pizza is yummy. I know everyone has their own pizza tastes, but I think this is the most consistent pizza place in our neighborhood. We got a double pepperoni that was cheesy perfection. The bake was nice. I ordered here the other night and pizzas arrived 40 mins later as I was told and one was a little over but it was hot and tasted fresh. We always order thin and its pretty crispy. Delivery usually arrives in advertised window. The only thing I don't recommend is the brownie desserts. They don't taste fresh. They usually offer coupon deals on the website. Website could be more user friendly. Delivery drivers have been consistently nice. read more

My partner and I order from a pizza place about once a week. We have our favorites and our never-agains... Mr. Jim's was a shot in the dark because we wanted something different, and had some coupons. Ordering was smooth and surprisingly pleasant after checking the menu online, and the prices were also extremely reasonable. Delivery was quick and friendly. More than I love pizza, I love garlic. Jim's had a garlic Parmesan crust option as well as roasted garlic as a topping...and both were spectacularly delicious. Bacon, mushrooms, and jalapeños were my other picks and they were all very good. Thin crust was crispy, and the cheese was hot and melty. 5 stars shouldn't be an easy rating to get, but Jim's deserves it! They have now been added to the regular pizza ordering line-up. This place has done a pretty well job of providing quality food at a good price and with fast service. However, this night I ordered a meal deal that includes one pizza, lasagna, and a half salad. Like always I got it for delivery but when the driver arrived, he informed us that the salad wasn't here because it wasn't packed with the order... Really. I order a meal deal and I get 2/3 of it and now I have to wait another 30-45 minutes.. Pretty sad. I don't like pizza, just not a big fan of the food. However, Mr. Jim's is pretty darn good. The crust is not too thick or too thin, perfect amount of cheese, and great toppings (love the Hawaiian pizza). It tastes especially great right out of the oven!! My brother always bring some home for us occasionally, and that would be the only time I would eat it. Would I order it on my own? Probably not. Having recently moved to Arlington, we received a welcome coupon for Mr. Jim's in the mail and decided to try them out. Our first order was placed over the phone. It arrived about 35 minutes later. Everything was correct and tasted great. Our second order we did online. This time we tried the flavored crust. That was awesome. My husband and I were looking for a new pizza place to try, but we were hesitant because pizza can be expensive (we always have to get two different pizzas because I have a food allergy), and it sucks to spend that much money on pizza that might, well, suck. We had recently found Mr. Jim's coupons on our front door, so we decided to try it. We were so pleasantly surprised! We got a thin and a thick crust, and both were delicious! The problem is their online payment system and after trying 3 credit cards- which now have a pending amount on them- the order never went though. On one credit card there was an endless load for processing. This frustration is making me move to find another pizza place for local delivery. I love pizza, but never will return to Mr. JIM''S PIZZA chain. Ordered the supreme thin crust with moderate toppimgs. Picked up and payed, then looked at pizza at counter, was disappointed. I inquired about why they 8 toppings were scarce, that I ordered the 1 with moderate toppings, he stated that was it. So, yes, STRIKE 1. So arrived home and tasted pizza, it was not enough sauce and was dry, STRIKE 2. Ordered the 8 wings, divided flavors with spicy and bbq, chicken wings tasted soft and mushy, STRIKE 3. This review may have been different with pizza if my concern was valued, pizza replaced. But he didn't really care. I just moved here 5 months ago from California 2 Arlington Texas and have already tried 4to5 pizza places and this place literally has my first or second best pizza I've ever tasted also 30 minutes before they closed delivered to me and or two medium pizzas was offering with extra cheese garlic pepperoni and one-half of the medium was Olive and mushroom for $21 but if you do it original 1 topping 2 medium they wanted only $15 this place is beyond great this pizza is better than places charging twice as much I am so grateful I found something so good in Texas I love Texas read more

There aren't enough words to describe how ridiculous the service and food were at this location. I placed an order online at 5:48 pm on Thursday and was informed that the pizza would be delivered in approximately 35-40 minutes. I definitely understand it's not an exact time frame, however, not receiving the lukewarm pizza until 7:15, an hour and a half later is absolutely insane. I called about 6:45 and was informed that it was on the way... I called back at 7 and was informed that it was in the way but they didn't know exactly where he was, however I could call once he arrived to receive a discount. The agent I spoke with acted like I was a bother. When we called back once the pizza arrive, we had to wait about ten minutes while the driver called the store to see if we could receive a discount. This is my second time with an experience like this at this location... the prior incident was a year ago and I vowed to not order from there again, but this time definitely sealed the deal.
