Pizza is always hot and accurate, service is super friendly, always greeted at the door quickly.

Had a free medium pizza from this location. It had marina as the sauce with the garlic hand-tossed crust. Half Italian sausage/Half Chicken and bacon on entire pie. It was completed in 20 minutes and to my door still hot. The delivery guy was friendly and professional. It was one of the pizzas we've had. Happy Pi Day! I finally tried the Domino's Italian sandwich been wanting to do this for a while. I have been looking for a toasted Italian sandwich most places serve them cold. When I saw Domino's had a hot toasted Italian sandwich, I went for it, and I loved the oven baked sandwich. The bread is an artisan ciabatta bread around 6 inches long with pepperoni, ham, salami, cheese, onions and peppers. All toasted just prefect the beard is crispy with a chew. Good amount of meat and cheese also with a good toasting. The sandwich is cut in half if you know me, I like sandwiches cut in half. I have had their pizza as will in the past always good pizza. I ordered on the web page very easy to do. I picked it up so I would not have a deliver fee. Price is 6.99 plus tax. Ready when I got at the store about 10 minutes. Easy store to pull in and park. Paid on-line so just got the sandwich and left. Very good service and very pleased with the food. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered my pizza around six Friday night and it said would be delivered in 23 to 30 minutes. Instead when it was 30 minutes the tracker said my order had been delivered. Food arrived thirty minutes later and was not edible. I called the store and the person who supposedly delivered it to told me it was at my door. No one knocked or rang my doorbell. I called back yesterday and the supposed manager Collin said because I did not call Friday night he would do nothing. I believe this is the person I spoke to Friday night and why would the store manager be delivering pizzas. I have filed a complaint with corporate. This is not over. read more

David- you are a shitty delivery guy. My Italian greyhound puppy got out and like a baby he ran to his car instead of standing still so I could grab my dog. She's all of 8 lbs - super dangerous- watch out if you see her. If I could take back my tip I would. Ridiculous. The dangerous dog that he almost got hit by a car- just because he couldn't be bothered to help- much less make eye contact with me. What is wrong with people?!? To start Danielle was prompt, professional and very sweet. Danielle was careful and helpful with placing pizza in my van. The very best pizza that my family has had in years. The 6 pizza's were Hot, Fresh and Delicious. The 6 Pizza's had a great flavor, full of tasty toppings with a crisp crust, the cheese was muy gooey, fresh and delicious. Lexi at the W. Greenoaks/Lake Arlington store in Arlington, Tx gave outstanding service today. I went to the Randol Mills Road location first and was tried horribly by the manager. But being that I love Dominos so much, I wasn't going to be defeated today. I drove an hour out of my way to go to another location hoping that Dominos reputation was gone with the times. And thankfully, Dominos reputation is still intake, thanks to Lexi, the store manager at the Lake Arlington location. Not only did she give fast service, but she gave it with a smile. And as I waited for my order, I could hear Lexi treating her employees with the same respect and compassion as she gave me. This young lady is Domino's poster child and should be made a regional manager. Keep up the great work Lexi. read more

I'm disappointed in our local domino's. We went to today to pick up pizzas and were informed you could no longer get Parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. Seriously??? I will NEVER order from Dominos again, and I wanted to tell everyone I know of my horrible experience. My friends and I ordered a large half pepperoni and half pineapple and ham with onion. We instructed the driver not to knock on the online order. Nearly TWO hours later we call the shop, "oh ya he just left" after the online indicator of what is happening had said the driver was on his way 45 minutes prior. Keep in mind it's barely a five minute drive. After an additional 15 minutes the driver appears, immediately loudly knocks on the door. After opening the pizza box, the pizza is cold and hard like it was an hour old, and cut in the most rushed way I've ever seen, and all the toppings appeared to just be thrown on the pizza, no separation at all. Even though when ordering online there I'm a visual. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A PIZZA PLACE. We called back instead of offering to bring us another like a reputable company we got "its too late".... never again. I'm only putting a star because they won't let you post this without one. read more

We ordered a pizza for pickup and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes so we headed to the store. When we were alerted that the pizza was ready, we tried to go in to pick it up but they would not let us in to pick it up. We were told that it had to be delivered because it was after 10 pm. Why would it let you order it for pick up and then wait until it's ready and we are at the store to tell us that they have to deliver it. We are not even in their delivery area.
