This was my first time ordering food at the stand alone location in Gravois Bluffs. I had Wing Stop wings at Fenton Pizza Hut many years ago and did not like it. I heard they had a crispy chicken sandwich and thought I would give it a try again. The combo was under $10 with tax. Included fries and a soda. My order was made fresh right after I placed my order. You can choose what sauce (see pic). I chose the Parmesan garlic. Good, but, left the sandwich pretty dry (pickles helped!). Ample amount of fries and sandwich had a good crispy fried patty. I could only eat half! The soda dispenser is the kind you can mix 100 different sodas. But, it was filthy dirty. Soda splashed all over it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. This is one the best places to get wings, hands down! They have so many great tasting flavors, their service is always top notch and the rolls they make are warm, soft and delicious. They also usually, have a game on every time and great lighting which makes for great ambiance. I personally, love their "Atomic Wings" however, you might wish to have some of those rolls, some ranch dipping sauce and a large drink because, "WOOOWEEE!!!" I've never had a bad experience at any location so find the closest one near you (if you should prefer) and "stop" in ASAP. read more

Shout out to the hard working employees on New Year's Eve! I ordered online for a later pick up. I arrived 10 minutes early. They were getting slammed. Several people waiting and a steady stream of people coming in for pick ups. These employees were working their butts off. I didn't mind the wait. They acknowledged everyone who came in the store respectfully. When my food came up they apologized for the wait. I was worried there would be something missing or it wouldn't taste right. Overall a good experience. I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants having been in the fine dining business myself, but I took my mom out for dinner and this was her restaurant of choice. The food was decent, but what really unexpectedly sold me on this experience was the great service we received. Our server Zibby was kind, attentive, and able to answer every question I asked about the menu. My 16 year old son and I have been on a wings kick lately. So we decided to try Wingstop. Never will I visit this location again. The bone in wings were really small small to the point there was very little meat to eat...though the flavor was good. We shared a chicken sandwich that was excellent although the quality control was bad as it was missing pickles. The 2 star review comes from the 25 minute wait for the food...how do you get catsup for fries here?, the sole chef was constantly on her phone with personal calls as I could hear what she was saying...the men's toilet was broken and would not flush and the bathroom smelled of urine...the large overfilled garbage can where the 2 workers throw any wasted food and other trash was right behind the cash register...there were no napkins or paper towels for our hands after eating wings in the store...the TV was tuned to a NFL football replay when March madness games were on. Maybe other wing stop locations are better? Whoever owns this location needs to spend some quality time in their store. read more

Food: 6/10. I got the garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was crispy and cooked nicely, but the garlic Parmesan sauce was insanely buttery and dripping off the sandwich. Maybe that's how other people like it, but it was way too buttery for me. Service: 2/10. I showed up at the latest time that the app said my food would be ready. I showed up and it seemed like they hadn't even started it. I stood there waiting for another 15 minutes and it looked like other people were having the same issue. I don't mind if it takes a little longer for the food to be made, just don't lie to me on the app about the time. The workers weren't wearing gloves and were touching their phones and their faces. This is a new restaurant in the Gravois Bluffs and since I live in the area, I figured I would check them out on a night when I didn't want to cook dinner. I was happy to know they also offer deliver (for a small fee)! I placed an order online which was super easy to do. The website is organized and makes the process go quickly. They also allow you to schedule a delivery time for later and that's just what I needed to do. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email and I could track the order online if I needed to. When the order was ready for delivery, I received a text to let me know that my order would be delivered through DoorDash. Fine with me. When the delivery driver was in the area; he did call me since our neighborhood can be tricky at night and I met him outside. He handed me the order and was super friendly. When I brought the order inside, I decided to pop everything in the air fryer to reheat things since I like my food piping hot (if you don't have an air fryer, you need to get one)! A few short minutes later, I was plating dinner with a few different items. We had 3 different flavors of boneless wings (atomic, Hawaiian and lemon pepper) and we had some French fries too. Comfort food at its best on a Friday night! For 2 people, it was perfect to order a combo 8 piece (2 flavors) with fries and a drink and then we had a coupon for 5 free boneless wings (with any wing order) so we ordered them too. While I do think more sauce would have made the chicken taste better; they flavors were fine to me. The atomic were for my hubby and he said that it was a good amount of heat and that he would get them again! I enjoyed the Hawaiian flavor and we both enjoyed the lemon pepper. They provided a side of Blue Cheese as a side and since we ordered a meal; we also received a soft drink. WingStop Review Finally tried WingStop for my first time... have been drooling over the menu on the app for over a month now, good thing my iPhone is waterproof. We ordered online at 11am so that we wouldn't have a problem getting food for New Year's Eve. It was over $120 order. We asked to pick up at 5:30pm. Food wasn't ready- they hadn't even started making it. Then they were out of ranch and wouldn't refund us for the ranch ($20). They could either cancel the whole order and refund or we lost $20 for ranch. They wouldn't even give a gift card for the difference. We would have cancelled if we didn't have 6 kids to feed. walked in to order some food to go and all employees were at a table with the music turned up. then ordered 50 boneless wings 2 large fries and 2 sides of ranch total was almost $70. so I handed him a 50 and a 20 they told me they couldn't take 50's anymore which is a legal for of tender. My cousins and I have been eating at this place a little more often recently. Despite the slow service and incompetent workers, we have continued to give this place our business. Last time changed that. We usually get the same thing being their special on 20 boneless wings and a large fry. We always got a water and usually fill it with water. Though there have been times one of us will occasionally put soda in it. Has never been a problem in the past so we didn't think much of it this time around. After we order our food and 20 minutes go by, a worker, high off his ass to the point his eyes are barely open, he smells of weed, giggling the whole time, slowly walks over asking for "Jacob". Which we respond nobodies name here is Jacob. He blankly looks at us and puts a receipt on the table showing a refund for their food. Then slurring over his speech attempts to explain that putting soda in a water cup is theft and "life doesn't give second chances". Promptly kicking them out. We apologize and offer to pay for a soda but keep the water cup instead of an actual fountain cup and they repeat their saying about life and second chances. We questioned why they refunded our order 20 minutes ago and we are just now being informed by it, because I would have cancelled my order and ate somewhere else where we can all eat together. They don't give us a direct answer only repeating their favorite saying about life. My cousins leave the store to not disturb anybody else in the building since they were all staring at us. I patiently wait for my food then they toss a bag on the counter, I asked if it was mine and they didn't acknowledge anything and went into the back. I stand there with debate of opening the bag since I don't want to touch somebody else's food if it's not mine. After a few more minutes a guy peaks his head out and just nods at me. I grab the food and leave, still not entirely sure if it was mine because the sauces on the wings weren't correct except for the large fry. After months of consistent business to this company where we have witnessed many things such as, workers eating the extra food they make (theft???), dirty tables, trashcan overflowing, empty toiletries in the bathroom, workers not washing their hands and touching the food. all around this place has done too much to act so unprofessional over soda in a water cup. Louisiana rub was very salty, not what you would expect for "Louisiana" flavor. We ordered ranch and honey mustard dipping sauce but it was not delivered. Habanero sauce was good. I tried the new ghost kitchen Thighstop last night. I read the press release. I really wanted to try them and I went out of my way to take a big trip to the city to get Thighstop. The ordering process through DoorDash was easy and not very complicated I was able to order what I wanted without any hassle. The fries were good and the corn while a little bit smaller than I thought it would be was equally well tasty. That was the end of my pleasant experience these eyes themselves were dry they were very chewy they were not moist like I was expecting a thigh to be. I tried the original hot it was not hot it was barely any spice at all it was like they didn't even put sauce on it. I also had Louisiana rub and if you like pepperon salt that was about it there's no other really flavor to it. I don't think I'll ever go back there again I was very disappointed. It would have been so much better if I just gone to a crappy KFC or a Popeyes for thighs. At least a Popeyes I would have got some seasoning. I'm giving it two stars for the sides but that's not enough to get make me go there again. read more

I went to Wingstop last night and placed an order around 6:30. This was the first time I ordered on the fly, usually I order online, because I know how slow they are. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I did a little shopping and was back at 6:45. I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. They have a rack behind the counter that they place the food on when it's ready. Finally, I saw a bag on the rack at 7:00. I went up to see if it was mine but the name they had written on it was too small so I stepped forward to see better. I noticed it was mine so I just grabbed it and started to leave when one of the kids working there started berating me for "stealing" food and "who said I could just walk behind the counter and take it"? I said, it's mine, it has my name on it but he just wouldn't let it go. He just kept at it. I said why didn't you announce that my food was ready? He had no response to that but practically chased me out the door, bullying and berating me the whole time. Do they expect their customers to jump up every time a bag appears on the rack and ask if it's theirs? That's not only inefficient but certainly not customer friendly. I still can't believe this escalated into such a bizarre confrontation! Then, to top it off, I get home and 1/2 my order was incorrect. Additionally, I ordered only wings, no fries, and ended up paying almost the same amount that it would have cost me to add fries and a drink, but I wasn't told that. I've been here 3 times in the past 2 months. Each occasion I got the boneless 20 pack with 3 sauces. Tender meat, large pieces, and I love the breading. They charge for additional dressing.
