I ordered for a 3:30 pick up. The pizza was ready early and hot, common LC pizza. The review is primarily for misinformation. I have gotten take out a few times and was impressed with their mask requirements. Signage is posted outside and in. Their employees have always been masked properly before today. I asked for the person at the register to please put hers on, I am immunocompromised. She did- only to remove it once I walked away. The people constructing the pizzas and boxing them had masks around their chin. An unpleasant experience this time around and unfortunately I will have to miss out on my crazy bread. Vaccinated I may be, but Covid isn't picky. I don't need a side of it along with my crazy sauce. read more

Despite ordering in advance on the app, the pizza consistently take an extra half hour after I show to pick it up. It's suppose to be hot and ready. I don't recommend ever trying to get dinner here. He refused to give me his name and told me I was wrong so I will not get a refund. I am stuck with someone else order and didn't get my order at all. The pizza is okay, for cheap pizza. We ordered the Crazy Bread for the first time tonight. It looked good in the online picture. It was not edible! Each piece was pure dough, as if they completely forgot to bake it. It tasted horrible. We called to express our dissatisfaction. The employee stated that he couldn't do anything about it and we would have to bring it in during the day for a manager to see it. What? This is the customer service epic fail. We are not driving back to the store for our under $5 purchase. You can not even comp us for a lousy product that we paid for in good faith? We could have put that money toward a high quality pizza elsewhere instead. read more

OMG they get slower and slower and slower and slower! There is never any pizza hot n ready. I think it's being managed by someone inexperienced in restaurants. The line is out the door even on weekdays. The employees seem to be working hard but there aren't enough of them and planning is poor. The prices are great, which is why I'm willing to go there once in a while. Lately we've been going to Domino's and spending a little more for better, faster pizza. It is really good for cheap pizza. If you had an issue and you are nice to the staff about it they normally always fix it. I had an issue with one of my pizzas and they fixed it the next time I came in! read more

Pizza is always delicious. It can get really busy, so expect to wait a little for those Hot N' Ready's. Staff really does their best to get the pizzas out as fast as they can so be patient. Just glad we finally have one in the neighborhood. read more

Well, most all reviews are still true. Pizza needs baked 2-3 minutes more. They had no cheese pkts, they only had 1 pepperoni hot n ready and when I purchased it she yelled out to make another. This is on a Saturday. read more

This place is awful. Not one single time have they gotten my order right or on time. I continue to order thinking they will finally get it right this time just to find out nothing changes. There is no management or if there is, he/she is just as bad if not worse than the rest of the staff. It takes effort to get my last 5 orders wrong in a row. SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING. read more
