Here's my basis for the good review: 1) Excellent and prompt customer service; 2) The place is immaculately clean; 3) The food is delicious and features generous portions; 4) There are TWO gluten-free pizza crust options; 5) Parking is ample; 6) The prices are reasonable; 7) Convenient to other shopping opportunities; 8) Genuine smiles from the owners and staff are standard operating procedure. They were knowledgeable, patient, and they took the time to help me find the best deals so I could feed my hungry boys without stretching my budget. I never felt rushed. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered. My sandwich was acceptable, but the chipotle chicken Alfredo was not prepared well. The chicken was overcooked, and the sauce had thickened to the point that it affected the texture of the dish. My wife was unable to finish it. We were also there during happy hour, which was supposed to include $2 off all drinks. After reviewing the bill, the drink discount did not appear to be applied. Because of the amount of time we had already spent waiting, we chose not to raise the issue at the restaurant. After asking for the bill, we waited about 10 minutes and had to call the waitress over again to request it. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return to Pub 22. We try to support local businesses, especially since there are limited dining options nearby, but the service, food quality, and billing accuracy during this visit did not meet expectations.
