Always quick and a hit with the kiddos when you are in a pinch. We like the pizzas even though they are not higher tier but they taste good for what you pay. Service has alway been great and there is plenty of seating if you want to dine in. read more

I usually love to eat here, but lately I never want to come back. One of the female workers there (Tan, Hispanic, Heavier side, brown hair with blonde highlights) was talking about Marijuana with some blonde worker. Then the hispanic girl with highlights I think had smoke in her mouth come out while leaving the bathroom. Very inappropriate to be doing at your job. I tried calling asking for the Hispanic girl named Elaina because I was upset at this. Especially since children may go into that restroom after she smoked in it! When I asked to speak to Elaina, a worker named Sydney that answered the phone and had yelled at me to not ask for her! It's hit or miss - If you go when it's busy, you may wait a few minutes; but, the pizza is fresh. Catch it any other time and it's luke-warm and rubbery. Last couple of times I ordered the extra cheese and pepperoni deal. Pepperoni was added; but, not the cheese. Very disappointed. read more

These days I am confined to a wheelchair. I went to Little Caesars pizza this evening to get a thin crust ready made pizza. The man that was behind the counter appeared to be the manager or person in charge. I was 5 minutes early at 4:25. He told me that it would be 10-15 minutes and they would have one. I waited 10 minutes, half of it outside the store on the sidewalk and half of it in my van with the ramp deployed right out the front door of the store. I went back in and asked about the pizza, only to be told I didn't formally order one so there wasn't one available without waiting for it to be made. Because of my physical condition, it was work for me just to come to the store and come in. Only to be treated like a nobody instead of a customer. There were a couple of customers that witnessed the event and my waiting that I made eye contact with that had a look of total disbelief in the manner in which I was treated. I'm sorry that you can't hire competent employees, but I have my solution. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever grace your doors again. read more

I went and got a cheese hot and ready my kids ate it then my husband asked me wth is this it was a crust that had mold in it i was like woah!!!! I will never ever eat pizza from there again!when i called to complain they asked me to bring the piece in and they would give me another pizza! Do they really think that id want another pizza from there after that?! I hope they are more careful woth their pizzas. Thumbs down for me. The last time I went here with my girlfriend we both got pissed off due to how terrible the service was. It took around an hour to get my food and when I finally got it, it was cold. When I took it back to get it heated up the employees seemed like they didn't even want to be there at all. read more

Every time I go in and try to get a hot and ready they never have any and I have to wait 20 minutes. Very frustrating

I've tried every pizza chain in town, and Little Caesars beats then all hands down with their deep dish pizza. The hot and ready program is a great way to pick up a hot fresh pizza at a reasonable price. On this visit we tried the pepperoni and cheese stuffed pizza. It was awesome!! read more

Stayed in Kerrville several days for daughters college orientation, had 2 other kids with its so we are here a lot. Service was fast, place was clean and food was hot. Had a couple special orders and they were accepted with a smile and no complaints. Highly recommended and they have place to eat inside! read more

Horrible service. We called shortly before closing time, and they told us if we could make it in 5 minutes they'd make our order, of course pizzas can't be prepared and cooked in five minutes, more like 13-15 minutes. We arrive a few minutes after the call, the staff is outside getting ready to leave and locking up doors and laughing at their "prank" which was completely unprofessional and I'm disgusted that these employees find anything laughable about lying to their customers. They could have just said "No" it's close to our closing time so we can no longer begin a new order or something of that nature. Their manager and their manager's manager will be hearing from me tomorrow, this dinner was for a special group of students that came up to Kerrville all the way from extreme south TX. They are entering freshman and are enjoying their visit to the main campus, until this of course put a damper on their dinner plans! Un-FUCKIN-real!! what is this world coming to when everyone lies about everything. Where has the human moral compass disappeared to? Shame on you. The employee who took this call and worked this shift needs to be terminated ASAP she is doing no favors to your company, or its what appeared to be "respectable" service, she's bringing you down. They do have a bit of a wait time sometimes but they have some of the best pizza in town. They actually put extra toppings compared to other places and the cinnamon bites are to die for! read more

its good pizza, better than dominoes and pizza hut in my opinion. everyone has their preference for pizza though.
