Ever so often I just can't cook! Out of time, out of energy, something unexpected comes up, and I call Pizza Hut for pick up or delivery. After years of consistently good pizza, I just don't think they can be beat! I love the original crust supreme. But no matter what I order, it's been so satisfying that I don't bother with coupons from other pizza places. I've tried others that were very light on toppings, or so greasy it was slippery. We normally have a great experience but today we were highly disappointed in the wings that we got. They were suppose be naked and honey bbq. They were dry and hard, they were difficult to bite through , and they just were not made right. Additionally, I purchased four ranch dressings and did not receive those with our delivery. read more

I ordered two pizzas, to the same address they have delivered to countless times. After 40 minutes of waiting on Tracy it still hasn't arrived. I called the store and talk to Tracy. She said she couldn't find the address (again that they have delivered to many times), further she didn't call the number to ask about the address when she was "in my neighborhood" (which I very much doubt). She then told me another of her co workers was on the way and would be here in 10 minutes (it's 6 minutes from my house to this dominos by the way). I just got a call from a dude at the dominos store asking to confirm I had cancelled my order, which I did not. I confirmed I did in fact still want my food. I'm not holding my breath but it's 6:18 PM, if I get my food (big if) I fully expect it to be cold, and it thrown around during this painful process. Well finally received my food, and the guy actually asked me "do still you want it". Y'all should just close this store and start over. read more

I usually cook at home but I splurged & ordered a pan pizza because my mom likes it. When I went in they told me it was just going in the oven & to give them 8 minutes. I guess that should've been a red flag. When I got home & opened the box the veggies were raw & just sitting loose on top...red flag #2. Then I took my first bite, the dough was raw. I know pan pizza dough is supposed to be soft, but not RAW. In the picture, that stringy, moist dough, NOT cheese. On that point, there was hardly any of that either :/ I'm not big on leaving review unless something make a big impression on me. This did. Very disappointed and I'm not real picky. read more

Ordered a personal pan online and the app says it will be ready in 15 minutes. When I get to the restaurant the man says it will be 15 more minutes which turned into 20 more minutes. Why do you bother to have an app to order on if you still have to wait when you get there? Isn't that the point of the app? The app was counting down from 15 minutes. Won't be back! read more

This specific Pizza Hut has screwed me over before when I ordered and they charged my card three or four times and refused to refund me. The incident that happened last night just solidified that I will never use this Pizza Hut again. I called my order in at 9:00 pm received confirmation of order at 9:02 and was told it would be delivered by 9:40 I believe. Well that time had come and gone and no word. Called Pizza Hut and was told the order had to be pushed back due to how busy they had become so ok fine was told it would be delivered by 10:20. When it hit 10:30 I decided to call and see what was going on. The lady was nice at first till I told her that my food had not been delivered yet and this is the second time calling to which she quickly adopted an attitude. She asked me to hold and talked to her driver, the driver stated he came to my house at 9:30 and knocked on my door and called my number multiple times and no answer which was an outright lie. Seeing as how we had called after 9:30 and was told our order was pushed back so there's discrepancy number one then I told her we had called and were told that it would be delayed past our original time so how could he have taken it at 9:30. With her attitude fully unlocked she then said well he said he went and knocked maybe you just didn't hear him but I'm going off what my driver said cus I wasn't there. So I asked now what? She said well now my order has been cancelled and it would take another hour or so to be ready. Not apologetic not sympathetic nothing, I didn't even want a discount or anything for free just some kind of apology and for the driver to take credibility and say o I didn't get my ass off and make that delivery or whatever he decided to say. Usually when we order pizza and stuff it's a good amount due to my nephew and nieces and their friends plus us at the house at once. This place will never get another order from us or any of our families and will be letting our friends know. read more

This isn't my first time here. The first time here the pizza was good and the service was just a bit off and snippy. I just blew it off. The second time I came the service was completely rude as was treated like a child. To boot the pizza tasted off like they used old moldy cheese. The third and last time I will ever come here, i was picking up pizza for a kids party and basically got yelled at because i was early. Told me I can wait 15 minutes with a violent and aggressive attitude. If my wife didn't already pay online I would of left and go somewhere else. I TOTALLY Don't recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic, Piss poor excuse for a pizza establishment! I have eaten at other Pizza Huts in other states. I believe they are franchised owned which reflects that this owner doesn't care at all about their Pizza Hut. The frustration began when ordering online. We are visiting my daughter who lives out city limits and doesn't get pizza delivery. We ordered pick up so she could get after work. They won't let you pay online for pick up only delivery (which makes no sense)! I called after placing the order to see if I can pay over the phone and was told that for my protection they don't take payments over the phone. I asked why they don't accept online for carry out and was told same thing about identity theft. WTH, You can pay online at Dominoes! Then we got the pizzas and garlic knots. The garlic knots look nothing like the picture online and are cold. The pizza crusts are supposed to be brushed w/ garlic Parmesan herbs. One had nothing, the other only had it brushed on maybe 1/2 the pizza. Both pizzas were barely warm and one was under cooked. The "seasoned pork" selected looked like shredded pork online but was just sausage. There is no way to leave feedback with Pizza Hut. When you tell them, they don't care. After deciding to report my experience to Yelp I read that others have had similar issues with this Pizza Hut. read more

I usually order delivery and never had an issue with orders, quality of food or payment online. I was in town so decided to pick up and save myself the delivery fee. When I was instructed to pay using the card reader I actually cussed out loud...it was beyond filthy. You could barely read the instructions. I then noticed the counter, floor and glass doors as I left. All absolutely disgustingly dirty. Not a sloppy job cleaning my overworked or understaffed employees. This is blatant neglect of care. I shiver wondering about kitchen standards. Cleaning of pans, cross contamination of food and even more scary how food is stored. Never ordering from them again!!!!!! read more

So i put in an order online, and set it for an hour later. The order included a two liter soda. So i show up about fifty minutes later and check in, so they know im there. Im told it will be another fifteen minutes, not to bad im thinking. Thirty five minutes later i have to go up and ask if my order is ready. Apparently it was sitting there without any of them thinking to ask the one person in the store if it was mine. So the cashier checks me out, i pay and leave. I get home and realize they forgot to give me the pepsi i ordered online. Then i open the pizza to see its like one third crust! They must have run out of tomato sauce or something... plus it was cold and the dough had this weird consistency, like it was old or something. Needless to say, as much as i like the wings and pizza from most pizza huts, i wont be back to this one any time soon. read more

Had a terrible experience with a burnt pizza and a clerk with dirty fingernails over a year ago and stopped eating here. Figured I'd give it another try... bad idea! On Thursday PM, Feb 4, we called and ordered 8 large pizzas for a Super Bowl party to be held Saturday night, Feb. 6. When pizzas did not arrive, we called and were told they had no record of our order. We asked to speak with the manager and were put on hold. After 15 minutes, we hung up and redialed. We were put on hold again and we repeated the process a third time. We then gave up, realizing that the personnel at Pizza Hut did not care. We went into emergency mode to get snacks for our guests.
