Should be zero stars. Ordered pepperoni pizza to go. Crust, cheese and pepperoni were burned. Horrible pizza that was inedible. Never again.

Waited 30 minutes. Got there at 7:06 promised time and received pizza at 7:33. Pizza was not the pretzel cheese, no sauces, no reimbursement. Was told the pizza had dropped then the same car next to me waiting was told the same thing and that was causing the wait time. Very possibly the most reliably terrible service I've ever received anywhere for anything. I thought "Hot 'N' Ready" was their motto. Getting a Little Caesars pizza now takes longer than any other pizza place. Also they lock the front doors so you can't even pick up online orders without waiting in the horrendous drive thru line. Let me start off with the statement that I love Little Caesars. Their pizza is top bang for your buck that would make any McDonalds blush. Naturally, being the broke millennial I am, I eat more Little Caesars than I care to admit. It's good, it's cheap, and (Usually) faster than any of the competition and my poor cooking skills. It's November 12th of 2018 and around around 6:30 PM. I just got off work and I'm hungry after a long day. I'm in the mood for some bangin' thin crust pizza and after this unusual experience, I will be the first to tell you that you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice going to this particular Little Caesars. My experience began when I rolled up to notice they close their doors, so the only option is the drive-thru. I later found out that this location closes their doors for security reasons, which I'll get into that later. So, I go through the drive-thru and it's extremely busy. I want to say I've been to 3-4 other Little Caesars locations and I never see it this busy. Keep in mind, this is November 12th which is a Monday night. The weekend has come and gone. Why the long lines? I'll tell you, dear viewers, that the reason for these lines isn't due to the popularity, but due to the results of an understaffed business that has no reason to even stay open. When I approached the window, I was greeted by a gentlemen who looks like he had better days and would wear his baseball cap backwards to let the customers know how casual he keeps things in "Da Caesar hood". I ordered just one thin crust pepperoni pizza. No customizations, no special requests, just a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Seems simple enough. I was told that it would take 10 minutes to prepare. "Not a problem", I thought. I'll go ahead and wait. I pay the chill, casual dude and I park in their small, cramped, and cozy parking spots and wait. So, I'm sitting here watching YouTube videos to pass the time and 15 minutes go by...And another 15...And another 15. We are at 45 minutes here, ladies and gentlemen. At this point, getting delivery from a pizza competitor would have been faster. So, here's where things get weird, and I'll let you the reader decide on what to make of my experience. So, my friend is riding with me and he's getting impatient and he hasn't even ordered pizza. He gets out and asks the manager how long it'll take. The manager says it'll be just another minute. Really? After 45 minutes, you needed more time? Let it be known, I was not alone in my frustrations, dear viewer. My incident was no isolated as I noticed the car to my left where a woman got out of her car and was too visibly frustrated. Normally, I can get pretty hot-headed in frustrating situations like this, but I'm not sure whether it's my willingness to understand or the cold weather, but I decided to inquire more as to why this is happening. I spoke to the manager to explain how disappointed I was, not even for the 45+ minute wait time, but of the strong misleading from casual dude-bro. All's he could do was give me a prompt sorry and left, but I was also approached by a woman who works as a pizza maker there at the Little Caesars. She told me thanks for being a patient customer and gave me a sucker and introduced herself with the name of Shyla. I'm not entirely sure that's how her name is spelled, but hey, it's whatever. It was a nice gesture, but this is something that's out of her power that a small lolipop cannot solve regardless of her good intentions. After having a nice discussion with her about the realities of fast food service, I begun to understand how and why things are the way they are. The problem is the lack of workers there. Shyla told me they close the lobby because they are so short staffed and can't tend to the lobby, which could cause a lot of issues. She also told me how she was the sole individual who was making pizzas without help. I'm not entirely sure if this is all true or not, and if it is, why is she standing outside talking to me instead of making more pizzas if they are so short staffed? Regardless, I gave her the benefit of a doubt and respectfully gave her my well wishes. At this point, the conversation gets even more interesting. She told me to just mention her name next time and she will prioritize my ticket over everyone else's. So, dear reader, do you think this is ethical to prioritize my ticket over everyone else who has waited longer than me? I know if the shoe was on the other foot, I wouldn't be happy to hear someone got prioritized over me when I've been there longer. It's again, a nice gesture, but it's an unethical decision that crushes the integrity of Little Caesars. If Shyla was willing to do that for me, how many others has she promised to "prioritize" tickets on? read more

I went at about 2pm on a Sunday, and they were understaffed and absolutely mobbed with orders but everyone working was hustling and apologizing for my wait. While I was there they were dealing with some not so appreciative customers, and got straight yelled at by one. The manager personally thanked me for my patience, and I just thought that I should let Yelp know, that on this day Little Caesar's busted ass and did what they could. read more

the food is so good but my gosh to dir in a line backed up all the way to the road is Ridiculous I have been sitting in there line no lie over 35 minutes still just sitting the cars that's parked in there drive way can't even back out to leave because it's so packed just sitting they need to fix this problem get more workers and some that are fast please this is just crazy read more

Nothing but junkie drug heads that work here. Didn't know this until, it took 15 minutes for a pizza that usually takes 7 minutes to bake. Then they get upset because you want your money back. 15.00 for a stuffed crust pizza, with extra cheese. Should have only cost 10.25 I know, buy it all the time from Landon & Lebanon. Every time I go through the drive thru I get awesome service. I have had a different person every time, but I have seen the same workers. Fast service a hot pizza at an affordable price. I am a person that if there is some one rude I will leave. Even if someone is outside they are kind. read more
