The atmosphere of this location is very relaxed and the pictures on the walls are always fun to look at. Our service was amazing and our waitress, Kylie B, did a phenomenal job! Kylie has always been a wonderful server who goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests are well taken care of. While dining, we ordered fries and pretzel bites as an appetizer and they were excellent. Quite flavorful and cooked perfectly. My son ordered a calzone with chicken, spinach, and tomatoes and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughter ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and it was devoured. My husband had a just right combo with a deluxe pizza and said it was perfect. My calzone was delicious! I wish I had taken pictures of our meals, but the food smelled too good. Throughout the meal Kylie frequently checked up on us and made us feel like part of the family, and we will definitely be back. Great job Kylie, you are the best server that we have ever had! I don't often leave bad reviews but I feel this is needed. Our server Kylie B. Sat us down and took 10 minutes to bring our drinks, took our order and 15 minutes later our appetizers came out. Made food order, an hour later our food came out and it was cold. Server didn't clean up or give refills. Went to the restroom and saw my food sitting back in the kitchen with her talking to coworkers. Never had worse service anywhere will absolutely not be coming back. This place was the first place me and my fiancé went and totally enjoyed the old location next to the interstate of I- 75 in middletown ohio. Then they moved, and lost their liquor license due to serving minors. Then we decided tonight to try again. They got their liquor license back- however, the serving time is terrible- and had I visited the woman's room prior to getting my sandwich 45 minutes later and begging for my bill- I would never have ate anything from there There was a party of 8- 2 adults 6 children that finally asked just for an order of fries until they could get their food before we left. This is the stall at the disabled stall of the women's restroom at this restaurant and extremely disturbing. I placed an online pick up order for 1 pepperoni pizza and small salad on a Sunday at 5:20pm (15 min est wait). Get in drive through line at 5:40pm. I get a text that says food is ready as I make it to the window at 5:55pm. They tell me "hey it'll be 2-3 minutes can you pull forward". I pull forward and wait 10 min before they tell me AGAIN to pull forward into a different spot. After waiting another 5 min, I get my pizza/salad at 6:15pm. When I get home I see they didn't even put any salad dressing in the bag. Why did I get a text saying my food was ready if I had to wait an additional 20 min after getting to the window? We were told our pizza would be delivered at a specific time. 45 minutes later, it still wasn't here. We called and were told that they had tried to contact us and couldn't reach us. They, in fact, did not call or message at all. We then had to wait another 45min for the pizzas we had ordered which were now cold as I'm sure they did not make new ones for us but delivered the ones that had been sitting around for an hour and a half. New location- inside is nice- waitress was nice, food took a long time. Four of us ordered rondos and the just right combos. Baked royal had three pieces of thin meat. - basically had a bread sub. Not good. Salad and rondos was good but $64 plus a generous $13 tip- not worth it. Left hungry. Was only able to eat about half of the half sub bc it was basically bread. I was staying at a hotel and ordered take out. We placed our order over the phone and gentleman was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the meat pizza and a side salad. We requested that the ground beef be replaced with jalapeño. The delivery man brought out pizza to our room door. He was a very nice man. The pizza was beautiful and super delicious. It was loaded with bacon and pepperoni. I love bacon and loved how it was loaded with bacon pieces. They were falling off the slices and I was able to use the crust to scoop up the extra bacon. The jalapeño were super fresh, crunchy, and full of spicy flavor. The salad was very fresh with good quality ingredients. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the crust was not strong enough for all the toppings. When I picked up a slice, the toppings would roll off, so I had to scoop it back up. read more

I first had their pizza as a child at Kings Island, and noticed a location while in Ohio this weekend, so I wanted to try it out. The pizza was great! Hot, fresh, and just as I remembered. My friend tried their crustless bowl, and she really enjoyed it as well. The sauce is really good in my opinion, and I love the thin crust original crust option. The salad was nice and fresh. It would have been nice to have some croutons for the salad though. We could have also used some napkins as we were staying in a hotel, but aside from those minor things the experience was great! read more

I have ordered my last time from Larosa. Their food is good as well as their service is good. Their webb site sucks. I have not been able to sign in for several months now so I have to order by phone. They have an excellent web site if you can get into it. I checked the app on play store and 80 % of the reviews are having the same problem. I went to a supervisor several weeks ago and after about 1/2 an hour he said it should be fixed. Went to order again and it would not let me in. Some one needs to check their app out. It is so frustrating I wont order from Larose again until they fix it. Several of us eat here on Saturdays after shooting at gun range in Middletown. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and we always receive good service. I love garlic and I appreciate the various garlic choices for the wings. On this day I had the BBQ/ Garlic boneless wings. I really enjoyed them. Poor customer service and poor quality food should be their tag line. We rarely get LaRosa's since the closest one doesn't deliver to us. My husband made this his special request on Father's Day, so we did something out of the norm and ordered carry out. Our problems began when I ordered a calzone. I wanted spinach, onions, mushrooms and sausage. The customer service rep on the phone said they had a three ingredient maximum. I quickly replied, "Oh, I don't mind paying an upcharge." I was then told that three ingredients were the maximum that would fit into a calzone. Uuhhhhmmmm... how does Cassanos, Dominos and Pizza Hut make them with five and six ingredients? Whatever. I arrived to pick up our food and wait for service. And wait for service. And wait for service. Finally, I am checked out and I head home. Upon arriving home I am thoroughly disappointed with the calzone. The ingredients inside were good, but there was no sauce. Zero sauce. Notta. Not like they didn't put enough in for my tastebuds, but like they didn't put ANY in. The sausage grease made It palatable though. The bigger disappointment was that it was so dry. This is my standard place when I order la rosa's delivery. I also took my kids there on Christmas Eve for the spaghetti lunch. With the exception of the service being very slow as there was a miscommunication of who's section we were in, everything was awesome. Especially for a holiday. Normally, the food is exceptional, however last nights order had an issue. La Rosa's has buffalo garlic wings that have a very unique flavor that I love. I decided to treat myself and get some last night, and either they changed the recipe or someone doesn't know it. What I got was buffalo wings with tons of minced garlic...not awesome. I ended up calling customer service to check that my pizza got ordered because my Internet froze, and the guy was super personable and checked my hotel address just in case. Food: The food was great. I've only eaten in a few times, but often get delivery. Everything my family has had has been good, the service has been friendly, and they've only messed up our order once and were quick to correct it. My favorite item is there Calzone. I decided to go to LaRosa's at this location for the first time today. I walk into the restaurant and see the "Please wait to be seated sign" My fiancé and I stand there for about 5 minutes. During this time I see 2 waitress standing at an order station towards the back of the store doing nothing. I see another waitress walking around, we make eye contact, she comes near the front of the store, then turns around and walks into a back room. There was a elderly lady running the cashier up front, she was busy with carry out orders. I look into the kitchen area and see 5 to 8 people walking around. Food was barely above a freezer aisle dinner. We'd been driving for four hours before stopping for the night and ordering into the hotel we stayed at. The pizza was the flat cardboard style that a store brand frozen pizza attempts to imitate. The "calzone" was a glorified hot pocket. The "hot garlic bread with cheese" was neither hot nor had any garlic flavor and only had a slice of provolone from the local grocery dairy department dropped on some bland, chewy bread. To top it off they forgot dipping sauce and when we called to ask about it they told us they could credit us or we could give the food back. We eat at this location every Saturday for lunch. It is always clean, staffed with friendly folks and food is good. My only complaint and it is probably outside the restaurant owner's control, is the drive to get to the building is always in need of serious repair.
