I made my first order at Little Caesars Pizza at this specific location on Big Bend Rd. in Riverview. Not only did they add an extra $10 to my order without me, knowing under the guise of federal tax and other taxes, but then they source it out for delivery to DoorDash, which I've never used. I guarantee my order to be here by 10:01 PM. 10:11 PM I called them asked where my order was. They asked if I got a text saying it was picked up. Yes, I did. She said well she can't do anything about it once DoorDash has it so she blew me off.. so then I called again the number that was in my text that was supposedly for the DoorDash driver whose name is Moise and he never picked up both times that I called. So I left him a nice little message told him he can shove the order up his butt so he's not answering. He probably already ate it anyway and tomorrow morning I called my bank and cancel the charge. I would never eat at this little Caesars again. They all seem to be really just plain uncaring un empathetic, stupid people and that includes the DoorDash driver Moise. read more

I'm so happy I looked past the negative reviews. I placed an online order that was ready at exactly the time I requested. My pizza was piping hot, so I know it just came out. The staff was upbeat and friendly. The most important thing was my pizza and sticks was DELICIOUS!! I don't eat here often but I'm super impressed. Great job guys! read more

Went in to find the people prepping the food bare handing all of the toppings and other food. One kid wasn't even wearing a mask properly while he was topping new pizzas on the prep line. It was down below his chin. Fine if you don't want a mask on your own time but when you're preparing other people's food you should have gloves and a mask on. Asked to speak to the manager and he came around from the back and also had to pull his mask up. Must be a culture at this store. The manager also didn't acknowledge my complaint and just went to the back. Bad Quality. Cold. Slightly Scammed. Burned at the bottom. I've never had a "bad" pizza from Little Caesars I've always given it a free pass due to the price until I came to this location. The customer service was okay but the pizza and quality wasn't the greatest. I ordered a regular "classic" pizza but was told there were none so I payed for an "extra most best" pizza only to be given a "classic" upset but hungry I took it home anyway only to be greeted by a cold and questionable quality pizza. I assume it could've been avoided if I would've just checked the pizza before getting in my car. I guess that's what happens when you put your faith into a pizza that has never let you down before. All in all these things happen and I'll continue to eat at LC, but I'll make sure to go to a different location next time. Also what happen to my crust? read more

Nice pizza.. we buy from here all the time.. but recently no one picks up the phone when we call and when we come in the regular pepperoni pizza is always out of stock and they want us to wait at least 10 minutes for it.. They are forcing us to buy the extra pepperoni which they keep it ready all the time.. Could be a Bussiness strategy but it's really inconvenient.. Eh, when you're hungry, don't really know what you want, and don't want to spend a lot, this place will do. We stayed away for years figuring it had to be horrible. It's not great pizza, but it's edible. What do you want for $5 or $6 bucks! It's pretty doughy and I prefer a thinner pizza, but I surprised mysef when I actually ate it, so it doesn't suck ! Lol ! Hot & ready, fresh... from 5 days ago... recently went to this store and the pizza given to me looked like it was made 5 days ago. Was hard and just plain gross. To top it off I also ordered crazy bread, crazy part is that it was just over cooked bread with no garlic sauce on it...I haven't been to this store in well over a year and now I remember why. Avoid this store and go down to the one on big bend...Wish I still had the pictures to post. Never have had an issue with the quality of food at this particular location, but wait times especially during lunch hours are terrible. The last few times I have visited this location during lunch hours (anytime from 11-2pm) there is almost never any pizza ready and if there are, they've been sitting in their heaters too long to be desirable any longer. Lunch hours are prime time. Coming from a former employee nearly 10 years ago, this would've been unacceptable with my boss. Understandable ly, most of the employees here are either high school or early college age, but that doesn't mean there is leniency allowed with regard to employee morale and customer service with their "hot n ready" motto. read more

My husband came in to your store tonight around 8:40pm 3/22 to pick up a pizza after our family visited the circus. The girl working the counter was extremely rude to him when he asked if you accept veteran discounts. She shamed him for asking stating that she doesn't get benefits why should he? My husband is a combat Marine Corp veteran who served two tours in Iraq. He should never have been shamed for asking for a discount that many businesses give proudly. As an Italian from Brooklyn this place is sacrilegious for me to check in here. But at 12am on a Sunday night and your craving pizza in Florida, you have limited options. I'm pretty sure that Little Caesars is the underdog of the pizza world, but I am still impressed every time I eat a piece of crazy bread. There's something about the amount of garlic and butter on the crazy bread that is not only breathtaking, but also insanely delicious.
