If the delivery driver did not want to hand my order to me, he could have at least placed my order on the chair just left of where he placed it on the ground. I came to pick up an online order through the app. One pizza and one order of pizza puffs. They had a situation that was out of their control that affected their ability to make the pizza on time. I ended up waiting about 35 minutes. When I got home and opened the pizza box it was the wrong pizza. They could have gone a long way by giving me a free drink or something since I was waiting a while. But to screw up the order and giving me the wrong pizza? So I'm really big on customer service. Being demanding of employees is not okay. The girl working here with two gentlemen was very demanding. She kept bossing the two guys around very loudly. I don't know if she was in charge like a lead or a supervisor but she just kept barking orders and in front of customers. Then you wonder why you don't keep good employees or people quit because you have others like this in charge. She also wasn't very polite with customers. Her tone was aggressive. So either people for the company need better training or you need to hire better employees. It's tough times but that's no excuse. The owner of this location has an awful attitude. She will not acknowledge you when you walk in, while you are waiting, or if you have a question. She had me stand there while she boxed up pizzas and answered a personal call on her cell phone without making eye contact or any acknowledgment. When I reached out to ask for a crazy bread after standing for at least 5 minutes with no interaction she told me to give her a minute. She looks bitter, bothered, and annoyed whenever you walk in here. She said she is the owner and can refuse service. If you own this business, you need to humble yourself and understand that whether someone is spending $1 or $100 in your business, your customers are paying people. The people who are helping your business run should be treated with minimal respect when they walk into your establishment. I would like to highly commend Esperanza and employee at Little Cesars for her exceptional awesome service, along with the manager Damien. I went during peak time, they were very busy but were still able to give great service, which now a days is hard to find. I like coming to Little Caesar's Pizza, but for some weird reason this store always cheats people from the Extra Most Bestest. I ordered 2 pizzas and a order of 8 pc wings. Honestly I always loved coming to the location because the pizza they make was always great but after today I rather drive all the way down to Plaza Blvd to the other little Cesar location if the Arabic man is there. I don't know if he's a manager or who he is but the way he talks to his employees with no respect and in a condescending manner, and still has the audacity to snap his fingers at me and give me attitude talking to me as if I were one of his employees, after that I lost all respect for this man. If I could add negative stars I would. The owner justified the employees behavior with it being a difficult environment specially since San Diego county is still mandating facial coverings, and having pound background noise as the reason why the employee was being rude not only to the other employees saying unprofessional comments and snapping his finger at customers. To be clear, having to wear a facial covering is not an excuse to be unprofessional. Also, if the environment is categorized as loud and making it difficult to hear other people speaking, maybe he should not be wearing earphones to be able to hear others. The lack of acknowledgment from the owner to realize there shouldn't be an excuse to be rude and unprofessional to employees makes me feel empathetic for te rest of employees that have to work in this environment. read more
