The prices on the website are lower than at the actual store. My order - 4 pizzas, crazy bread, and Italian cheese bread, totaled about $72. The person taking my order didn't give me my total until I had gotten to the window to pay. I was shell-shocked to say the least. I paid, and was asked to pull into a spot to wait for my order. Because there was a line, I waited to check my order for while I waited for my food. After looking at the website and compared prices between that and the store, I went in to find out why. I showed the cashier and, a few minutes later, the store manager. I asked each why there was a difference, they each told me that they didnt know why. They weren't offering to make it right. I have to admit I've not been to a Little Ceasar's for quite some time. I found their pizza surprisingly good on this visit. The toppings were about what you would expect in quality and quantity. There was a fair amount of cheese as well. I did find it a bit on the greasy side, enough that it soaked the bottom of the box. We have gone to this little caesars often because it's within 5 min of our house. Whether we go inside, order online, or use the drive thru, the service is less than ideal. I ordered pizza for drive thru pickup last night. I got the email confirming it was ready for pickup. It took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was at the window. I can understand being busy, but the courtesy of letting me know they even cared I was there and waiting would have been nice. Usually pretty quick, inexpensive and I think of it as more of comfort food than hunger food. This location has a drive thru which is pretty cool for a pizza place. Quality wise, I'm sure you can find better pizzas, atmosphere, etc. but for what it is and the kids love it, my fast food pizza place of choice. So I went in to the location off 29th and Regal this last Saturday and while they're affordable, the store is FILTHY. There are cobwebs under the windows, dust on the window sills. The chair by the pop machine is a plain view of behind the machine, which is FULL of garbage, bouncy balls and layers upon layers of dirt, dust and just plain filth. I don't understand how they are able to pass a health inspection and I'm horrified what the rest of the store where the food is actually made is like. So gross. Their "hot and ready" pizzas are not hot and ready as evident by my 25+ minute wait in my car in the drive through. I know what I'm getting when I order a $5 pizza (quality-wise) but I do not appreciate waiting and waiting and waiting in my car.
