No one will be surprised, but I'm writing to advise against ordering from Little Ceasar's Maple Ave. App order placed at 4:10 for 5:45 pickup, left with the mediocre food at 6:45. House full of family waiting over an hour for dinner. Absolute chaos and zero concern or customer service. Random excuses after saying 4 times over 30 minutes "its coming out now." App said "in the oven" at 5:29, so I asked at 6:15 if they were burnt yet. Blank stares. There were 10 pizzas in the "pick up with a code" warmers, but no codes were configured. 8 people tried. There were over 20 more pizzas in piles in the back stacked up and getting cold. They have decent pizza for a reasonable price, IF you can get them. Haven't seen a Hot&Ready pizza for at least 5 years now. Unless you want to stand in their depressing lobby for an hour, don't order. read more

By far the worst pizza place I've ever had to deal with. I stood in there for 20 minutes. They put in three pizzas in an order of breadsticks in 20 minutes. Meanwhile, my order now had supposedly been in the oven for 35 minutes, but still not done. They were not busy, but their employees just move about as fast as a sloth. We walked out after waiting over an hour for a single cheese pizza. Like They weren't even busy. read more

Pizza hot and on time but no cheese in crust. Only good thing is a coupon reduced the loss paid to a little over one dollar. Glad i didn't tip, usually give Domino's a tip they never have made any mistakes. Took a chance on this one to try something different. read more

I ordered over an hour ago and walked into the store to get my order. The website gave me a 20 min ready time. When I finally got someone to come to the front counter, I was then told that my order wasn't even in the oven yet. I already paid online. A woman in front of me was given her food for free for the wait, yet all I was told is they are making your order right now and then it will go in oven! So for a 50 min additional time for one pizza and crazy bread, I have now waited an hour and 15 mins. I would 100% not recommend!!! read more

I was on hold for 15 minutes and they did pickup the phone. That's when I got to hear the whole going on in the background. When I got to the there I bought it to there attention to hang up the phone. The acting gm was not friendly and and didn't Even offer apology. Customer service I would say a 0. Is for friendliness 0. As someone who frequents this place, and has pizza all the time, i feel qualified to offer an accurate, unbiased review. The customer who left the 2 star review had a bad experience, and I had a similar one. But there were about 10 people in line, when theres only ever like 5-10 pizzas available (They make them, and store them in a heater, so its always hot when you pick it up, but not all 10 are going to be the one you wanted, so if 2 people take the only 2 deluxe pizzas, you have to wait. This is not a big deal, and if you're expecting them to produce an infinite amount of pizzas then you're insane.) That said, I was given free breadsticks and I only had to wait an extra 5 minutes. However, if you are TRULY worried about having to wait, then just call ahead. It's a pizza place afterall. You're welcome to call in and order a pizza for pickup, and itll be ready when you get there, instead of just popping in and expecting no one else in town had the same idea as you (Spoiler, everyone had the same idea as you.) So, service is fine, wait time is fine, its all what you should be expecting for a fast food service. No better or worse than McDonalds, except maybe a little better because they often give you free things even if you have to wait a little longer. That's a nice compensation, but I am a patient person, and so I don't mind waiting the extra 5 minutes, and if I can't wait 5 minutes ill call ahead and order it for pick up. Win win situation. Last thing Ill comment on is the pizza itself. I only ever get the regular pepperoni pizzas, and i've heard their prices went from $5 to $6, they also have an $8 deep dish pizza which is amazing. So, the pizzas i've tried have all been absolutely sublime. But that depends on what you like, Italian Eatery still has the best pizza in town as far as i'm concerned, but for the price? You just can't beat a $5-6 pizza from this place, half the cost of anywhere else and just as good, just a different recipe. This isn't a paid review, if it was I wouldn't have been allowed to mention italian eatery being a superior establishment, but for the cost, little ceasers makes my #2 spot. read more

Do they only hire drug addicts who don't have a clue how to run a business. Ordered two pizzas and they said their system was done and their was 19 people in front of me and refused to give me my money back. Manager refused to talk to me about it and wouldn't come out from the back to talk to any of the customers. read more

I called Little Caesars on the corner of Maple Avenue and Military Road and NOBODY answered the phone. I called twice. I think they need to hire employees that will answer the phone. Hot and ready pizza is not something you get here when I went in I asked for the extra best thin crust the employee said there was more in oven I asked how long was told 7 min ok I paid and waited. 2 other people came in placed orders and got theirs before me they had the same thing I asked where mine was at this point had been 20 minutes. Was then told almost ready that was a lie I continued to wait they said one belt on oven was down I got my pizzas after almost 35 min.
