First, I've never been in this location where there was an actual competent person working. They converse about non work related stuff where all customers can hear. Second, they never have anything hot and ready. When I order ahead and wait 15 minutes to leave, I'm still waiting 20 minutes. Given the prices now too Marcos is the way to go for pick up prices and quality. Third, I know it's just pizza and bread sticks but take some pride in your work! Let me just say I will NEVER waste my time with Little Caesars ever again. I had placed an order at 11:46 am for a 10:30pm delivery for my daughter and 15 of her friends for after prom. I received a phone call at 9:52 pm stating we just cancelled your order because we just now got it and it would not be done until midnight. Pizza is good, fast, never any problem. Sometimes the service is a little sketchy but I get in and out.

They used to be good but not anymore. The pizza had very little sauce and cheese, and this was supposed to be the extra most bestest pepperoni.....not even close plus it was completely overcooked. Italian cheese bread was so overcooked to the point it was almost burnt. They have gone so downhill it's sad. They need new management and better trained employees. This place has gone severely downhill. I ordered two pizzas a pepperoni and a sausage nothing difficult. I arrived at the time it slated me to and even had my code before i walked through the door. The people inside are unsanitary they go to the restroom without washing their hands they put their hands in their hair without washing them. Very poorly ran! We ordered online. Our pizza was supposed to be ready by 7:10. My wife calls to the store at 7:45 to see why we haven't gotten the confirmation (Yet the payment was taken out) and what is happening. The young lady at the counter asked someone in the back. Came back with sorry, we don't do any deep dish cooking after 2 pm?? WTH? This is a part of the complaint I filed with the Tri-county Health Dept.: I observed two ladies prepping pizzas and talking with each other. One wasn't wearing her mask on her face, but put it on when someone called her away from the station. The other one had the mask over her mouth but her nose wasn't covered. I asked to speak to the manager and a tall young man said he was one of the assistant managers. He was wearing a mask to cover his beard, leaving his mouth and nose uncovered. His job was to put the pizzas in their boxes, and he was talking the whole time I watched him. I stepped back from the counter and said it was a mandate ordered by the governor that every who works in a food establishment should be wearing a mask. He told me that I didn't need to be so harsh, that sometimes it is hard for people to hear when people are talking to them (which I think was meant to explain why he still wasn't wearing his mask!!). I asked if I could speak to another manager, which he went and got another man. He asked what was wrong and I told him. He said that they are trying their best, and I said for him not to tell me that, because it wasn't true. This Little Caesars could care less about infecting any one with COVID 19, and this is inexcusable. Girl behind the counter watches me grab a couple of sodas from the cooler, and as I get to the counter says "hey how's it going". While picking at her nose ring., she tells me there is no pizza and will not be any for 35 to 40 minutes. This is the 3rd time I've been told this while visiting this location. Won't be back. I drove into Thornton from Evergreen to pick up an item. After picking up my item I was a little hungry so I saw Little Caesars and stopped in. I ordered an Italian Pizza and the Cheese Bread Sticks. It was horrible. I got back on the road and a couple of blocks down the street I attempted to take a piece of pizza out to each and it wasn't even cut all the way through.
