An employee and a gentleman were were having a conversation by yelling at each other from the front counter and kitchen that was so loud the cashier couldn't hear me when trying to order, even after repeating myself multiple times. Very unprofessional and showcasing little awareness on the staff's part. We ordered one calzone and a large chicken Caesar salad to split for dinner on a Thursday night. I asked for one Ranch and one Caesar dressing. The food took so long that we called the store twice. We didn't get it for an hour. Driver was nice, said he had been taking out three deliveries at once, all night. (HIRE MORE DRIVERS!) The calzone was delicious! My sister was visiting from Florida.... we couldn't stop talking and laughing, but we were hungry. I told her I'd buy if she'd fly, so off she went in search of some food. I had never even seen the blackjack menu.... All I can say is she brought home one of the best salads I'd ever eaten, Michigan Cherry. Since then, I have tried every salad they offer. Bro! So good! We got the large pizza and salad deal for 15.99. Twas delish! The pizza was awesome. Very cheesy, we like that. Got pineapple and chicken for toppings and BBQ sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. The pizza could have used a little more sauce in my opinion, but I'll just ask for extra sauce next time. For the salad we got a chicken Cesar with classic Cesar dressing. It was tasty. Chicken was a little over done, but not inedible. They gave us extra cheese packets too! Hehhehehe On the menu we had we could get something for free so we got the cinnabread. That was tasty! No complaints there. The driver was really nice. He had some trouble finding me but that's because my complex doesn't light up the number on our building. Go figure. He was really nice though! Had some good conversation. The biggest down side would have to be ordering on line. Mainly for the order I wanted. The free item on the menu didn't have a code, so there was no other way to get it but to call. And replacing BBQ for pizza sauce seemed a little tricky. The BBQ was on the toppings list and not in sauces or something like that. So I called and placed my order. I ordered a couple of large pizzas last night and I was okay with the wait time because it was delivery. We go to grab our slices and the pizza was undercooked. Raw dough throughout the pizza. I then called and nicely enough they replaced them. It was late so I just assumed they did their jobs and cooked it properly. I go to get some for lunch and IT WAS STILL RAW! So I call back and they said there's nothing they can do. So some undercooked food is worth $40. They didn't even want to take them back. So I paid y'all to almost poison my family. I found out blackjack now offers calzones. It's been a long time since we ordered from blackjack pizza, so we decided to give it a shot again. We ordered 2 calzones and 1 large pepperoni pizza. We ordered on a Sunday during the Broncos game. The approximate delivery time was 45 mins. We received our order after 90 mins! I felt bad for the guy and gave him a 3 dollar tip, but honestly it should have been 0. You know you're going to be slammed during the Broncos games on Sunday's, and it seems to me they didn't staff properly. Funny how most pizza places can do this but blackjack cannot. Bad management. As for the quality? Pizza wasn't hot but very soggy. Especially the calzones. You can tell they had been sitting for a good amount of time before being delivered. We usually have good luck here the food is what Blackjack food is. We do order the same thing consistently and every time they think we're crazy when we ask that they make the salad with Romaine rather than iceberg and we know they can but they always seem to have to ask I wish it was just normal. We only live about 2 minutes away but it always seems to take them the full 45 minutes so I'm not sure how that works but again they've always been pretty good. read more

The employee was rude on the phone but agreed that as long as I got there by 10, I would be fine. When I got there, I tried to use my Groupon voucher but was told it was not valid. I BOUGHT IT TWO WEEKS AGO FOR THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY. I didn't argue with her but walked out instead. I looked back at her and noticed she was mocking me to her boyfriend that was hanging out (not an employee) and sitting on the counter. Total trash.
