Very unprofessional and showcasing little awareness on the staff's part. We didn't get it for an hour. Driver was nice, said he had been taking out three deliveries at once, all night. (HIRE MORE DRIVERS!) The calzone was delicious! I had never even seen the blackjack menu.... All I can say is she brought home one of the best salads I'd ever eaten, Michigan Cherry. Since then, I have tried every salad they offer. Bro! So good! We got the large pizza and salad deal for 15.99. Twas delish! The pizza was awesome. Very cheesy, we like that. Got pineapple and chicken for toppings and BBQ sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. The pizza could have used a little more sauce in my opinion, but I'll just ask for extra sauce next time. For the salad we got a chicken Cesar with classic Cesar dressing. It was tasty. Chicken was a little over done, but not inedible. They gave us extra cheese packets too! He had some trouble finding me but that's because my complex doesn't light up the number on our building. Go figure. He was really nice though! Had some good conversation. I ordered a couple of large pizzas last night and I was okay with the wait time because it was delivery. We go to grab our slices and the pizza was undercooked. Raw dough throughout the pizza. I then called and nicely enough they replaced them. It was late so I just assumed they did their jobs and cooked it properly. I go to get some for lunch and IT WAS STILL RAW! My daughter ordered online and received the email saying the carryout order would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited alittle longer since its Saturday evening, I even called about 24 minutes after the call and email asking if the order was ready. The guy put me on hold, came back and said yes, it's ready. My son left to pick it up. We live 5 minutes from this location. 30 minutes later, my son shows up. They didnt have the salad prepared and they had to prepare it. WTH? Is there anyone there at that location that understands what it means to tell a customer yes, your border's ready and then still have to wait to have a simple salad made? I found out blackjack now offers calzones. It's been a long time since we ordered from blackjack pizza, so we decided to give it a shot again. We ordered 2 calzones and 1 large pepperoni pizza. We ordered on a Sunday during the Broncos game. The approximate delivery time was 45 mins. We received our order after 90 mins! I felt bad for the guy and gave him a 3 dollar tip, but honestly it should have been 0. You know you're going to be slammed during the Broncos games on Sunday's, and it seems to me they didn't staff properly. Funny how most pizza places can do this but blackjack cannot. Bad management. As for the quality? Pizza wasn't hot but very soggy. Especially the calzones. You can tell they had been sitting for a good amount of time before being delivered. We do order the same thing consistently and every time they think we're crazy when we ask that they make the salad with Romaine rather than iceberg and we know they can but they always seem to have to ask I wish it was just normal. The employee was rude on the phone but agreed that as long as I got there by 10, I would be fine. When I got there, I tried to use my Groupon voucher but was told it was not valid. I BOUGHT IT TWO WEEKS AGO FOR THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY. I didn't argue with her but walked out instead. I looked back at her and noticed she was mocking me to her boyfriend that was hanging out (not an employee) and sitting on the counter. Total trash. Since moving north we have ordered from this black jack 4 times and every time it seems it gets better with each pie .about 4pm today i ordered online my first doing so with black jack ( I have with papa Johns and pizza Hut and both times it ended badly wrong pizza or cold very few toppings ) but here ....
