This place does not care about its customers or the people that work their buts off to deliver their overpriced food to the customers. On top of that the atmosphere is completely unprofessionally. From the elderly old man in a wheelchair, chain smoking in front of the entrance to the restaurant emanating a foul smoking odor, assaulting the sences t As the smell lingers right at the entrance of the pizza place. As well as the employees that yell at other employees, openly degrading them. This is something that i have seen on numerous occasions at this mom and pop pizzaria. Normally I would go out of my way to support a small local business. But sadly I cannot in good conscience endorse this place. Honestly, in this case...your money would be better spent at a place like Capitol Pizza, or even Papa John's. read more

Great service, speedy and tasty pizzas! Only for to go or delivery. They have a bar height table if you must eat in but this is more of a take away restaurant. The crust had a nice chew and the ingredients felt fresh. We loved the Tropical Hawaiian and the Classico Italiano, the dipping sauce and the pepper was a nice touch. I'm not sure how else to describe this. It's like when Papa Johns used to be good. That's the only way I can describe this place. I loved PPJs, but over the last 5-6 years they've gone to trash. I want to start with the fact that the pizza is AMAZING and we eat here 1-2 times every weekend even though it's not that close to us! I also want to say that the guy who used to work the night shift on weekends was THE BEST! He was always BETOND friendly and upbeat about everything. However, the lady that works there now for those shifts is the complete opposite! She's not very friendly always seems annoyed we come in so late (well we get off late as well and like I said before don't live close) I made an order and it was messed up 2 different times, I let it slide 1 time because I too work in customer service and know mistakes can happen but a second time is annoying. read more

And it is still not here We keep calling the restaurant and they keep saying 5 more minutes. 5 more minutes 5 more minutes and it will be there after 3 phone calls. We are now trying to get a refund. It said the pizzas were being baked. 45 minutes before close I checked again as the pizzas hadn't arrived in the estimated delivery window. This restaurant came highly recommended to us and our first experience was excellent. We thought he found our new favorite pizza place, but we never received the same service after that. The Margherita pizza consistently missed basil each time we ordered it, and today, they completely bungled the order. I was sent an email saying I would receive a $10 coupon, but I couldn't get it to apply on the website. I called for help - big mistake. The woman working there was rude and flat-out lied to me and my husband several times. She offered no apology for setting my pizza to pick-up instead of delivery and tried to have a cold pizza delivered instead. We canceled the order. Some of the best pizza I've ever had, no joke. We ordered a large pizza with the works, it arrived ~35 minutes later, included dipping sauce and all that... everything you'd expect.
