Sandwiches were just so good! Today, we tried their fried chicken meals with Addies Greens (collards), corn cake, tenders, and Taters (mashed potatoes and gravy.) I started first on the collards, and let me tell you they are on point delicious!!! I could have those every single day. The fried chicken and tenders were excellent size portions, perfectly seasoned, and crispy! You will not find chicken this good anywhere else. The corn cakes are fluffy and good too! As a local of Hispanic origin (100% American born and educated "who 100% percent supported this organization for the last 5 years, I am sad. The servers are all very friendly and attentive. The buffet also offers made to order pancakes and omelettes. The executive chef specializes as a pastry chef and his talent shows! His cinnamon roll has the perfectly sweet crispy glaze at the bottom and is super fluffy inside. The bacon has the perfect crisp with a sweet maple flavor without sacrificing the crunchy texture and it all melts in your mouth perfectly. I loved it so much that I had to go back for seconds. I can say the same for the country potatoes, although in the catering serving trays, it maintained its crispy outside texture while still fluffy inside and seasoned to perfection.
